ELECTUS 15 The Bloodline's Curse

But. Eric wasn't there anymore Either.

Invisible and unseen.

Mogranius says

"Congratulations Eric.

You managed to tap in to the spell.

See how things workout when you stop running your mouth?"

On mid air, Eric's voice is to be heard.

He says

"Ha Ha. Well i never thought this would be possible i give you that. I never even imagined it actually. Before now that is.

But i do like this. I can approach an opponent and just STRIKE."

Mogranius replies with

"Indeed. It is very useful.

But keep in mind. You need to be focused and calm. Focus on the smoke or the spell will break and you will be visible again."

Eric says

"Focus. I just need to focus. It's like i'm allergic to focusing but i will try my best.

But i do have a question.

If i shoot a Fireball, would it be invisible too."

Mogranius replies with

"No No not at all. In fact, you can't even shoot Fireb.a.l.l.s once invisible.

Your body is connected to the smoke. All you can control is smoke after casting this spell."

Eric says

"Oh. Well i can still make this work. I can just appear, strike and disappear again."

Mogranius replies with

"You can appear, yes. But you can't disappear equally as quick. You need a few seconds."

Eric says

"But what about that man in Crutal Kingdom? He disappeared right away."

Mogranius replies with

"Indeed he did. But that is a spell neither me and you didn't tap in too.

Although you might in the near future."

Eric says

"Well it would definetly prove Useful against that manbeast. I'm telling you, he will be our greatest enemy. It's not going to be easy to beat him.

Now let's have some fun."

Eric approaches Stefan who is surprisingly sound asleep, and says

"Watch this"

After that, Eric places his hand underneath Stefan's sleeping bag, near the middle that is, and starts releasing smoke.

Making it look like Stefan's sleeping bag cought on fire.

After that Eric yells

"STEFAN WAKE UP!!! WAKE UP!!! Your sleeping bag is on fire.

Roll around to stop the fire."

Stefan being the light sleeper he is, hears almost every word Eric said.(almost).

And he starts rolling on the dirty ground like a dog while yelling

"AAAAAA AAAAAAA. Put it out, put it out, put it out.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"

And he kept rolling and rolling long enough to realize that his sleeping bag wasn't at all on fire.

And after he stopped his constant screaming, he was able to hear Eric and Mogranius giggling and of course BlackWind going Mehehehe in a laughing matter.

After all of this, Stefan said

"Ha Ha. How original.

All i asked for is a good long sleep.

But you two ruined that as well with your weird fire blasting."

Mogranius replies with

"Actually it's Fire Controlling but both terms are acceptable i suppose."

Stefan says

"Not my point. Now let me sleep."

Eric says

"Alright alright. That's enough messing around for one morning."

Meanwhile, back in Crutal Kingdom. The manbeast who comfronted Eric who apparently seems to be the King of Crutal Kingdom, demands that Guard Commander Chan should see him at once.

Crutal Castle guard one says

"But sire, Guard Commander Chan is still in healing. I doubt that he would be able to walk here."

The King replies with

"Then Drag him here. Unless you want to take his place."

Crutal Guard two replies with

"Yes Sire. We will bring him here immidiately."

A while after. The King witnesess Guard Commander Chan being dragged through the castle hallway by the two previous guards.

After they reach the King's throne, in a cold low voice the king speaks.

"That's close enough."

After that, The King stands up, looking quite intimidating for sure as he approaches.

Chan and even the guards are fearing for their lives.

Chan says

"Please sire. Have mercy."

The King places his right hand on Chan's forehead.

After that, what seemed to be a dark green light appeared above Chan's Chest.

Precisely where Chan was shot.

Chan slips out from the two guard's grip and falls to the ground.

Not in a way where his face would slam on the ground but in a way where his arms stop his fall.

Almost like a bowing position.

After all of this, Chan says

"Well this is interesting."

The glow above his chest lasted a few more seconds and then it disappeared.

Guard Commander Chan was able to stand up on his feet again.

And the wounds, they just completely disappeared. As they were never there.

Chan says

"I feel great. No more pain. No more burns.

But why did you save me sire."

The king sits down on his throne and says

"Guards, you may leave. Chan. Stay here."

The guards did so right away. They even speedwalked their way out.

The King says

"Chan...I didn't put you out of your misery...yet. Because i require your...let's say a.s.sistance."

Guard Commander Chan replies with

"Anything for you sire. You never ask anyone for a.s.sistance. I would gladly risk my life for you."

The king replies with a cold low voice

"Good. Although i didn't say if you agree or not. I just said

"i need your a.s.sistance."

Meaning you have no other choice."

Guard Commader Chan replies with

"Yes sire. My mistake. I got excited. I mean to be asked of a.s.sistance from the all mighty king. Its an honour."

The king says

"Good. See...the Electus has returned and i need you to find him....and end him."

Guard Commander Chan replies with

"The..the Electus? That kid who shot me down was the Electus? But sire, he took out almost half of your Kingdom. How can i possibly kill him?"

The King says

"I'm aware that you are weak compared to him..i...i would end his life myself.

I almost did when he was here.

But he would be useless to me if i kill him. But if someone else kills him, all my plans are suddenly doable.

End him and bring his lifeless body to me."

Chan replies with

"Of course sire. I will take an army of ten thousand guards and hunt him down.

He stands no chance against the ill.u.s.tratio.

The King says

"No. We can't risk losing more guards and weakening our Capital.

The ignites are sneaky ambitious people. Whenever they will find the chance, they will strike back for their land.

Not to mention other continents just waiting for a chance... to strike."

Chan replies with

"I haven't thought of that. Indeed its true.

So how will i kill the Electus?"

The King says

"My great Grandfather, Xakro. Obtained the powers he needed to...to invade this land.... By tearing out the Electuses heart and eating it.

By eating her heart, he obtained all eight of her powers. Making him unstoppable.

Making him an Electus and way more."

Chan replies with

"So if you eat his heart, you gain his powers as well? Like your Grandfather did?"

The King says

"No...When my grandfather ate her heart, it also came with a curse.

Although the curse was beneficial, it also came with side effects.

He got all her powers.

Everything he needed to mind control the Kings on our motherland.

He became the Grand King and launched the attack against all other countries."

Chan replies with

"Wow. He sounds smart indeed. But how did he even manage to kill the Electus?"

The King says

"It was a horrible battle. Xakro got burned all over. His face, his body, chest, arms.

It was like he got burned in h.e.l.l.

Specifically, i share the same wounds.. you see on me.

And as the Electus was about to make the final blow, Xakro slit her throat, which killed her almost instantly. She died gasping for hair.

He ate her heart, obtained her powers but...the curse. He didn't see the curse coming.

Chan replies with

"What is the curse sire? Is it curable?"

The King says

"I have the powers Xakro took from the Electus.

But...as the powers were pa.s.sed down through generations. So were the wounds, burn marks, everything.

I'm just another copy of Grand King Xakro.

I barely have a personality of my own.

I'm almost an exact copy."

Chan replies with

"It seems both an honour and a burden to carry such power and responsibility.

But i still don't understand how i can help at this case.

Without troops to command, i'm basically useless."

The King says

"I have the ability to grant you magical powers.

It's no easy task, and it will be very painful for you.

But once obtained, you will skip all five levels of magic and be a level six Grand Master Wizard."

Chan replies with

"Sire. I would withstand any pain and or suffering for our land. A threat to our land is a threat to me. What shall i do to gain powers?"

The King says

"We need three things.

A heart from a thought to be extinct species.

Did....you ever hear about lava controllers? The Calidum Lutum race."

Chan replies with

"I've heard tales about them but i figured they aren't real."

The King says

"They are very real and indeed they do still exist. They disappeared thousands of years ago, like cowards. Leaving everything behind. But i do sense them.

I can hear their small minds often.

But killing one is no easy task.

They control lava and legend has it, they are ten foot tall.

They would crush you like a bug."

Chan replies with

"How can i possibly kill one of those alone?"

The King says

"You. You won't be alone. This time, i will send thirty of the finest men and women on this Kingdom. And i will arm you with a special weapon. Something....that one of the brightest slaves have been working on."

Chan replies with

"Now it sounds a bit more possible. But what are the other two things we need?"
