After Dou Si left both Liu and Zuhn both went back to cultivating. There were new disciples joining the sect daily. Both being core disciples they are allowed to recruit inner and outer disciples to become their underlings. Pretty much, they support the core disciple. The people that are selected are able to become core disciples down the road.

Because Zuhn wasn't strong enough alone to kill s.h.i.+ Huang, he wants to recruit a couple people. These people can't be normal, they need to have a special talent.

People that are undetected from the elders in the sect. People that are hiding their powers, people like Zuhn. A normal core disciple could recruit up to three people to be under them.

However, Zuhn is not planning to follow this rule. Considering that he already has a student and one that will become his student. Zuhn wants to create a small group of elites.

These people will be the unranked best of the best of the sect. Zuhn as already discussed that he will let Liu kill the sect leader. Though, after the sect leader is dead. Zuhn plans to destroy the sect.

The people that fight against him will die, and the people that stand with him will prosper. Liu Lihua agreed with the idea, she was his student. Although he was her master, she still liked his idea on her own.

Three days later

Both Zuhn and Liu were out at the outer gates looking at the new arrivals joining the sect. When the new members saw the two at the gate they all bowed when they walked by.

The new group started to talk among themselves about the two. They knew that they were core disciples, but they didn't know their rankings. The first batch of people joining the sect was all average.

No one peaked Zuhn's interest, they were all not worth recruiting. For the next week straight, Zuhn was only able to pick out one person that was semi-worth of recruiting.

On the second week of recruiting, Zuhn finally found someone. While Zuhn and Liu were waiting at the outer gates. A young teen was walking alone. Most of the new disciples made groups and stuck together with each other.

Though, this teen was wearing a cloak with her face covered. When Zuhn pointed the girl out to Liu, they both locked their eyes on her. The youth was fairly powerful. Considering she was joining the outer disciples with her power was laughable.

No one in the outer disciples could even match her, she could probably take multiple people at once and still not break a sweat. The girl in front of them was controlling her power. She joined the outer disciples with a cultivation rank of Silver 2.

Silver 2 was pretty common in the outer disciples, the elders probably didn't notice the girl slip through. Zuhn sent a little magic towards the girl, the magic he sent marked the girl.

The girl s.h.i.+vered a little bit when the magic hit her. She stopped moving and looked around. She didn't think anything was wrong and continued to walk.

Zuhn whispered into Liu's ear, "You keep watching the new disciples if you find one just follow them."

Liu nodded as Zuhn walked away.

The girl that Zuhn had marked was walking to her a.s.signed small house. Because she was an outer disciple she didn't get to live in something nice. It was pretty much a bit bigger than a shack.

Zuhn was following behind the girl cautiously. The girl kept walking down the street until she turned into a nearby alley.

Zuhn intentionally makes himself be able to be seen. When the girl turned the alley, she took out a small weapon. A normal person couldn't see the girl brought out a weapon.

Zuhn turned the corner as well and looked forward to the girl. The girl turned around and faced Zuhn. Zuhn wasn't wearing his Core disciple uniform and was just wearing a black cloak.

"Who are you?"

The girl had her weapon hidden in her cloak. She was calm, she was also chanting a small amount of magic. The magic she was chanting was trying to figure out Zuhn's power.

Each time she sent out a burst of magic, Zuhn blocked it. The girl was starting to get annoyed.

"I'm going to ask you again, who are you?"

Zuhn stood still and just stared at the girl. He really wanted to see her true power. The girl released more of her power, moving her cultivation rank to Silver 8.

Zuhn knew that she was more powerful than this. But he acted like he was surprised. Before he moved into the alley he moved his cultivation rank to Silver 4.

The girl chanted a couple more spells, only these spells were attacking spells. The spells she sent at Zuhn were small slashes. The slashes were aiming for his arms and legs.

To Zuhn, these spells that she was sending were weak. Each and every attack was blocked or even destroyed before they got close to Zuhn.

The girl's face was full of frustration, "Just who are you!"

The girl raised her cultivation level higher, moving her cultivation to her true power. She raised to early stages of gold. This made Zuhn grin, he was quite happy to notice this girl.

The girl's body started to glow green than blue. She was chanting different spells on her body. She was strengthening her attacks and body. The girl in a split second she rushed at Zuhn.

She was using her full power in one attack. Before the attack could reach Zuhn, a youth in a black cloak just like Zuhn appeared. This youth was Liu, she couldn't find any more people and returned to Zuhn side.

When she saw what was going on below, she decided to interfere. Zuhn knew that Liu was above him, but didn't know she was going to take action.

Liu completely blocked the girls attack against Zuhn. The block sent both of the girl flying backward. Only Liu only went back two steps. While the other girl went flying back into a wall.

Liu turned to Zuhn, "I didn't find anyone else fitting your requirements."

Zuhn nodded and looked towards the girl at the other side of the alley. Both Zuhn and Liu walked over to the girl on the ground. The girl was in total shock at the teen that blocked her attack.

The teen in front of her had to be at the peak of Gold to block such a powerful attack. The girl looked at the girl then back at Zuhn. Zuhn turned to Liu, she took off her hood and looked down at the girl.

"h.e.l.lo! I'm Liu Lihua."

When the girl heard the name she almost choked on her own breath. The girl standing in front of her was one of the legendary figures of the Windwood sect.

Not many people knew the names of the two legendary figures, but she was able to learn them from the streets of powerful sect leaders. It finally made sense to her how her attack was blocked.

But if she is one of the most powerful people in the sect, who is the person behind her?

"Now… How should I put this." Liu tapped her foot on the floor before thinking.
