"Thank you, Mr. White. I enjoyed visiting the aquapark. I feel better," Sheen smiles at Mr. White.

They have arrived at the condominium and it's still early in the morning.

Cj fell asleep again while his father carries him on the way home.

"I am glad to hear that, Miss Sheen. But..." Mr. White looks away from Sheen while putting the pa.s.sword on his condominium.

"But?" Sheen asks.

"I have a favor..." The door was unlocked and Mr. White enters.

He looks at Sheen while standing, holding the door inside.

"Can call me Clark from now on? I feel more comfortable that way with you," He looks at Sheen, waiting for her answer.

Sheen just stares at him blankly, "No. I don't want to. You're my boss, MR. WHITE," she answered.

Mr. White looks down then smiled at her forcibly, "Then, see yo-"

"Just kidding! Of course! I was dying to call you Clark but I thought it's improper because you're my boss but since you asked me, I can't refuse," Sheen smiles at Mr. White widely then takes a step, "I'll be going, Clark. See you tomorrow!"

Mr. White was shocked as he watches Sheen go.

His heart ached earlier, stopping from her refusal.

But when she said yes, it suddenly raced as if he's going to have a heart attack.

He smiles, "See you," he whispered and closes the door.

Sheen went to her condominium and changed her clothes, "I hope Kady's not coming," she whispers while putting on her sweats.h.i.+rt dress.

She wants to see Blue and Wyn, but not Kady.

She still feels uncomfortable around him.

She puts on her rubber shoes, "Wait, is Elgeen coming too? I only met her once on a birthday party,' she thought while tying her shoes.

Suddenly her phone rang, "Hey, Wyn! Yep, I'm getting ready. At the mall, right? Yes, see you!"

Wyn and the others are already on their way to the mall but she forgot to ask if Kady is coming, "I hope he's not coming!" she prayed then went out.

But while she's locking her door, her phone rang again, she didn't bother looking at who it is, thinking that it's Wyn again.

"Yeah, I'm on my way!" She said cheerfully but her smile suddenly vanished.

She felt cold and s.h.i.+vers.

It's not the wind or the temperature, it's the voice that comes from the caller.

"I am happy to hear that you are on your way to my meeting with Mr. White, dearest niece. We are also on our way," her uncle chuckles.

She can't answer, she knows it's their end but she's still afraid.

What if they come back again?

What if Clark can't make them pay and he'll suffer?

What if her parents can't get any jobs anymore?

What she'll be chained again?

"Oh, we're here, I can see Mr. White, but where are you? You're not planning to destroy this, are you?" Her uncle said in an irritated manner.

She still can't answer.

She wants to shout at him.

But she can't.

She's overthinking again.

"Anyways, I know you won't. It's your parents or Mr. White."

Then he ended the call.

She felt her body weaken.

She leans on the door as she breathes in.

"Everything will be alright, no need to worry, it's fine," she pats her chest to make herself calm.

Then she received a message from Wyn saying that they are already at the mall.

She hurriedly went down and took a cab.

"Clark, please call me after your meeting," she texted to Mr. White while fidgetting.

"Good day, Mr. White. We are grateful to meet you," Sheen's Uncle answered.

They noticed that there are no other people on the restaurant, but he brushed it off thinking that Mr. White might've reserved the whole place because Sheen told him how important they are.

They sat down with fake smiles on their face, like a predator ready to devour their prey.

Yet they didn't know that Mr. White is a bigger predator than them.

"Yes, I am happy to meet you, Mr. Verrez," Mr. White greeted and smirks, "And I'm happy to bid you a farewell as well," he added as policemen surround them.

He asked Dan and his other close friends in the company to gather information about Verrez and collect proof about stealing.

It was found out that they have committed embezzlement, fraud, and breaching a fiduciary duty on five different company and one of them is Kady's company.

Kady appeared along with the other CEO of the company victims.

"What? What is happening? Mr. White!" Mr. Verrez panics with his a.s.sistant and guard.

He keeps on shouting with a dreadful look on his face.

"Well, you can shut your disgusting mouth or else I might break it," Kady said with a sharp look on his face, 'I should be the one who will make you pay for Sheen but this guy got you first,' he thought then he took a glance at Mr. white who's sitting like a king with a demonic smile on his face.

As if he's judging Verrez to go to h.e.l.l.

The police started taking Mr. Verrez while the other CEO curse him and punches him.

Mr. White stands up and leaves, "I'll go to file a different case for him, child abuse and others... It's too many, " he whispered to Kady while pa.s.sing by him.

"What do you mean? Is it about Sheen?" Kady took Mr. White's arm to stop him.

"Yes, and I AM the one who will take revenge for her," Mr. White said in a low but sharp tone without looking at Kady.

He wants to slap to Kady's face that he didn't do anything for Sheen.

"I will help, I can testify for the abuse. Mental, emotional, physical abuse, blackmailing... They have to pay," Kady grips Mr. White's arm tight without him realizing.

"Thank you, Mr. Kady. I will call you when we need you. Goodbye," Mr. White pulls his arm away and fixes his sleeve.

He called Sheen the moment he went in the car with Mr. Rogers.

Kady then went to the police station with the others.

"Miss Sheen," Mr. White greeted the moment Sheen answers.

It was only one ring then Sheen already answered.

"Clark, what happened? Are you okay? Did they say something bad to you? Are you fine? Where are you? What happened?" Sheen asks fast and non-stop.

Mr. White laughs uncontrollably while holding his stomach, "You're too worried, Miss Sheen, everything went according to my plan. It was too easy, to be honest," he wipes the tears on his eyes from laughing too hard.

Mr. Rogers smile as well while remembering Mr. Verrez's face.

"I'm just worried for you!" Sheen shouted.

"What if they threaten you or Cj, I don't know what I will do," her voice went from loud to faint.

Mr. White's wasn't able to answer.

He covers his face, he's sure that he's blus.h.i.+ng from the hot temperature acc.u.mulated on his face.

Mr. Roger's looks at him weirdly, confused why Mr. White is covering his face.

"I'm sorry for laughing, Sheen..." He answered after a while.

He didn't think that Sheen was worried that much.

He thought she's only worried about her uncle and her parents.

"You should be. I'm at the mall, when is Cj going home? I'll pick him up then we'll go to the company," Sheen said.

Mr. White can hear a man's voice while Sheen was speaking.

He was too suspicious that he unconsciously asks out loud, "Are you with a man?" he asks.

He can feel irritated but he doesn't know why.

"Yeah... Wyn, I told you about him, right?"

Suddenly he felt embarra.s.sed, 'Why am I asking?' he asks himself.

"Yes, I am sorry for asking... I'm just worried," he said as he ma.s.sages his temples.

"Oh, yeah. I'm bringing them in my condominium if that's alright?" Sheen asks.

He wants to say no.

He doesn't want a guy to go to her s.p.a.ce.

He didn't even get to go inside ever since she moved in.

"Okay, you don't have to ask me," he sighs.

He doesn't have the right to say no.

He's just a boss.

"What do you mean I don't have to? You're the one who owns that s.p.a.ce. You just let me stay there."

Suddenly Mr. White laughs again, "I'm sorry."

He clears his throat.

He can sense Sheen pouting on the other side of the phone.

"What? I hate you. I was worried for nothing."

He inhales to stop laughing, "That s.p.a.ce is on your name already, it's one of the benefits of the company."

Sheen suddenly stops from breathing.

She wasn't able to reply fast.

Wyn just looks at her.

They are on the groceries to buy foods and cook it at Sheen's condominium.

Blue looks at Sheen with worried and sad eyes while Elgeen clenches her fist with a sad expression.

She's been trying her best to keep up with their conversations.

Blue and Wyn's eyes are always on Sheen while Sheen just happily enjoys.

Even if Sheen's trying to make her feel comfortable, she can't feel but be jealous.

She knows Blue's still in love with Sheen.

She's just a fiance.

She's not supposed to be here.

"I OWN THAT?" Sheen shouted in surprise.

Blue laughs while Wyn just raises his eyebrow.

Elgeen clicked her tongue and went on her own.

Blue didn't notice Elgeen leaving while he's enjoying to see Sheen's expression.

He missed her so bad.

They weren't able to see each other before Sheen left.

But it's better since Sheen's already over the issue and she acts normal around him again.

As if nothing happened.

"Okay, I'll get Cj then we'll go to your company. Okay, bye!" Sheen puts her phone on her bag.

"Let's go!" She said happily.

She feels like her chains are already broken after hearing Clark's voice saying that he's fine.

"Where's Elgeen?" Sheen asks Blue while she's holding unto Wyn's sweats.h.i.+rt.

Blue looks at her hands then answers, "She's over the-- Where is she?" He suddenly panics.

"Wow, her fiance doesn't even know," Wyn laughs.

"Wait, she texted me. She said she feels unwell, she'll go back to the hotel," Blue frowns.

He knows that she's not comfortable around Sheen because he likes her.

Even though their marriage is arranged, Elgeen fell for him easily.

Cha is the reason because she keeps on teasing and telling stories about Blue.

But his heart still screams Sheen's name.

"Aren't you going to follow her?" Sheen asks while picking up pasta.

"No, she'll feel better when she's alone," Blue frowns.

Wyn looks at Blue, he knows what is happening.

Elgeen rode a cab while her tears are streaming out.

She's trembling due to her sadness.

She looks outside and saw Sheen, waiting for a cab with Blue and Wyn.

They are both looking at her with a wide smile.

'My, aren't you too lucky?' Elgeen thought then told the driver the location of the hotel

"Okay! Let's go to my condo then!" Sheen said.
