She bites her lips tight, 'He looks so handsome, I miss him so much!' she thought while remembering how Clark looks serious while working.

Tears slowly forms in her eyes due to excitement and pain.

"I love you," she whispered and composed herself.

"I promise I'll make you happy for your birthday," she said and went to call her dad while walking towards her office.

"Yes, around 10 A.M. be sure to be here and make a scene, I think Bea already told some of the employees about the plan." Sheen said as she looks at some of the files she needs to do.

"Okay, I'll have to prepare for the act. Is the party ready?" Sheen asks, "Oh, okay. Thanks. See you later," Sheen turned off the call and messaged Bea that her parents are ready.

"I'll have to tell Cj," Sheen whispers and went to text Cj: "Hey, Cj. Did you have breakfast? I'll tell you something, text me when it's your break time."

"Okay, Uncle, Aunt. Be sure to look angry. Uncle, try to look like you're ready to kill Boss, Aunt, look like you're embarra.s.sed by Uncle's action but still be angry at Clark." Bea explained to Sheen's parents.

The other employees are already to pretend that there's a scandal ready to happen while some are making sure that no one outside the company will know about the prank to avoid questions.

"Do you know what to tell Clark?" Dan asks with a wide smile in his face, he's excited for what will happen next.

"Yes, don't worry. We practiced earlier." Her Aunt said with a smile on her face.

"I've been waiting for things like this to happen. It's the essence of being a father of a pretty girl!" Her Uncle said as he pulls his sleeves up.

"Okay, everyone, at exactly 10, pretend that Uncle and Aunt are creating a scandal about Boss and Sheen's engagement." Dan shouted inside their workplace.

Their workmates hides the balloon that they will design at the Wisteria garden after the scandal.

"Okay…" Bea said as she watches the clock tick 5 seconds before exact 10 A.M. "Go!"

"We'll pretend when we're on the elevator in their floor. Sheen's will be waiting there." Bea said as they enter the elevator.

The employees start to gossip around, trying to spread it to the other people who will inform Clark.

Dan winked at them with a smirk on his face as the elevator closes.

"I hope those two will make up after this," Sheen's Mother.

"They will, don't worry, Aunt," Bea a.s.sured them.

Sheen walks back and forth in her office while listening outside if ever they are already there.

"Okay, relax. Pretend you're angry at them, pretend that you hate Clark. Pretend that you're angry because they are… well, uh telling lies but will look like it's true."

She takes a deep breath as she hears her father screaming outside.

"Where is Clark? Show me where that ungrateful man is! Tell me!" Her father screams.

She walks towards the door and slowly, with trembling hands, she reached for the door k.n.o.b.

"Okay… you'll be running later, don't be scared." She tells herself.

"Honey! Stop, don't embarra.s.s yourself! He's the boss here," Sheen heard her mother say.

"Uncle! Aunt! Please, stop! Dan! Help me!" Bea widens her eyes at Dan who's smirking with all the acting happening.

"Aunt! Uncle, please, stop!" Dan shouted with trying to suppress his laughter, "You can't go in there!"

Sheen's parents are walking towards the door with angry faces, they are taking this seriously.

If Bea and Dan doesn't know that this is a prank, they will think that Sheen's parents are on their way spanking their Boss for getting engaged with their daughter without permission.

Clark heard the noises outside and immediately called Sheen's office, "Don't go out," he said and stands up.

Sheen jolted with Clark's voice from the telephone, but for some reasons, it made her blush that he's still thinking about her safety even though they are not in a good state.

"What is happening, Dan?" Clark opens the door and the people that he first saw are Sheen's parents.

He bows down in surprise and greeted them softly, "Aunt, Uncle, good morning." He said.

Dan and Bea's eyes went wide.

They never saw their Boss bow down in front of anyone aside from Sheen while using a soft voice and expression.

Sheen's parents want to greet this fine gentleman but they remembered about their daughter's plan and proceeded faking their anger.

"You!" Sheen's father pointed at Clark with a wide irritated eyes, "How dare you get engaged to Sheen!"

"Honey, stop. Don't embarra.s.s yourself!" Her mother said while pulling her husband away from Clark with glances that can almost stab anyone.

Clark looks at them shock and confused, he then stared at Dan, eyeing him in question of what is happening.

"You! We took care of you and you dare to take Sheen away from us? Did you lured her with your riches? Huh? Did she asked for your help in exchange of getting married with you? You little boy!" Sheen's Dad moved forward and attacks Clark with pinching his arms and torso.

Dan bites his lip to avoid laughing while Bea just stared at her Uncle in astonishment.

"I can't believe this is happening," Dan whispered.

"You! Why you! How dare you use my daughter?" Sheen's mother who was trying to pull her husband away from Clark now slaps Clark's arm.

Both of them doesn't want to hurt Clark and they look like they are scolding a little boy for Bea and Dan's eyes.

Sheen decided to go out since she already heard the queue words, "Mom? Dad?" She pretended to look surprised.

Everyone looks at her, Bea winks at her, Dan smirked, her parents looks at her as if everything is real and that they really hate Clark.

"What is happening?" She asks, trying to avoid Clark's gaze.

She walks towards them, Bea approached her, "They are making a scandal, Sheen," Bea whispers loud enough for Clark to hear.

"No, they are not, Sheen. There's just some kind of misunderstanding." Clark said and held the hands of Sheen's parents.

"Please have a seat, we will talk about this," Clark added and opened his office's door widely, gesturing Sheen's parents to enter.

Bea gestures them to enter.

Sheen looks at Bea, "Now, what?" She whispers.

"Just go with the flow, you're a writer, you should know when the times right to run away. But before that be sure that you say some rude things to Clark, okay?" Bea winked at her.

"Bea, Dan, you can go back to work. And Dan, handle whatever is the result of this scene downstairs." Clark said as he looks at Sheen who went to follow her parents inside.

Dan and Bea acts worried while nodding, "Yes, boss." They said in unison.

Clark sighs as he closes the door.

Sheen whisper to her parents, "Mom, Dad, stay here. I'll come back after. I'll message you were I will be going later."

"Sorry about this, Miss Sheen," Clark said and went to walk towards them.

"No, I am sorry about this Mr. White," Sheen replied and frowns, still avoiding his gaze.

Clark gulps, he hates it when Sheen calls her that way.

"What sorry? Sheen, you shouldn't let this man use you! You don't love him, right?" Sheen's mother cut-in.

"Yes! You said you're tired of him! You're tired that he's controlling you that's why you removed the ring," Her dad added.

Sheen looks at them, they never talked about this earlier.

All she said is that they should be against the engagement, but the story now is diverting into reality.

"Mom! Dad!" Sheen looks at them surprised.

"What?! If you're after his money, hun, we can live without his help!" Her Mother held Sheen's hand.

Clark is stunned by what is happening, he can't clearly understand what the conversation is really about.

"You can still run away from him, you're just engaged. You don't need his money, we can live on our own."

Sheen's Mom's words hurts her, it was never about Clark's money.

She never thought of it since she first saw Clark.

It never came into her mind that Clark's about money.

Sheen gulps as her hands began to tremble, she wants to shout that it's not about his money, it makes her angry even though it's all an act.

But she has to act as if it's true.

"Can't you understand?" Sheen looks down and pulls her hand away from her mother, "I wanted you to have a good life like before. This are all for you!"

Clark's confusion went lost once more as Sheen screamed.

"What do you mean?" He asks.

Sheen got surprised with Clark's voice, she wasn't able to answer fast.

While staring at the floor, she tried to sound like she's guilty.

"It's true. I… just accepted your proposal because of your money. I need you because you can help me," Sheen said faintly.

She can't raise her head but she has to.

She needs to look at him to make him believe.

This won't be a prank if he won't believe it.

She bites her lips as she finds for the courage to look at him in the eye.

Slowly, she raises her head and looks at Clark's eyes.

His emerald eyes, his black crazy slicked back hair, his face…

She wants to kiss him so bad and tell him it's all a prank.

But the song.

She has to sing it for him while he's going crazy about what's happening right now.

"It's true. I only accepted your proposal because you have the money to help me get rid of my problems. I planned on it since the very beginning. You shouldn't have let me get close to you."

Clark looks at her with pained expression.

His eyes start to get wet, his head starts to ache, and his heart's beginning to get broken.

"I don't love you. I needed you. I don't want your love. I want you money. Your power. Is that enough? Are you happy now? You don't have to get jealous to anyone since I'm not yours in the very beginning." Sheen added.

Without them knowing, Bea and Dan are listening outside.

They look at each other in amazement.

Sheen's voice sounds like what she's saying is true.

It's full of anger, guilt, and irritation.

"Her family can go acting and they'll become the next stars," Dan whispered to Bea.

"I know right?" Bea giggled.

Clark just stared at Sheen, he doesn't know what to say, what to do, how to react.

It never crossed his mind that Sheen might just be after his money and power.

That she's just using her.

"Then, how can your parent tell me that I'm the one who's using you?" Clark asks in between pauses with such soft and cold voice.

Sheen didn't even blinked while looking at him, "Why? Isn't it true? You were alone, you wanted someone. You did used me to make you feel better about yourself," Sheen said but she battles with her words inside, 'That's not true, he never needs anyone. He wanted me because he loves me,' she thought.

"You used me at first, and I saw your importance, I used you. We're both using each other, aren't we?" Sheen raised her eye brow.

"No!" Clark screamed, Sheen almost jumps in terror, her parents put their hands on their chest, Bea and Dan moved away from the door.

"I never used you! I…" Clark, being tired with the longing he has for Sheen and with the loneliness he feels for this day, can't help but show his true feelings.

He turns around as he wipes the tear that comes out, "I never thought that you… That's why you act as if you're still free. Without a care in the world. That's why you want to know more things about me, because you can someday use it against me."

His words are like a sword, it pierced through Sheen's heart, now he's hearing what a normal reply from what they're playing is.

She covered her mouth as tears stream down her face, this prank should be funny for their side, but it hurts her so much.

Her feet suddenly moved on its own and ran towards the door.

Bea and Dan heard the footsteps and immediately stands up, making way for Sheen.

Bea watches her run with tears on her eyes.

The elevator was exactly open the moment she went out and run faster to catch it.

Clark heard her opening the door, he suddenly realized what he just said and ran after Sheen but the elevator's already going down.

He saw Dan and Bea, "What are you doing here?" He asks.

"We're… worried," Dan answers.

Clark looks at the elevator and called the control room, "Stop the elevator this instance," he said.

But Sheen already went out of the elevator and decided to run downstairs for the next 10 floors to make herself tired.

As she reach the first floor, she laughs at herself with tears on her eyes.

"Don't take it seriously, it looks like you're the one being pranked!" She tells herself.

The other employees saw her, they got worried since they never knew that it should end this way.

She ran outside and slowly stops as she cross towards the convenient store.

The employees watches her worriedly.

She stops and stands in front of the stoplight while catching her breath but a black car suddenly stops in front of her.

Three big men went outside, due to tiredness, her legs went sore and she can't react immediately.

They all look scary with their looks, but with their black sungla.s.ses, it makes them look suspicious and dangerous.

"Hey!" She screamed as the two men hold her.

The third man put a black cloth sack on her face and covered her mouth with his hand.

She just felt herself being carried, 'Now, what?' she thought as they put her inside the car.

The employees saw this and panics, it was then the elevator arrived, Clark with Bea and Dan went out.

"Where is Sheen?" Bea asks.

"They took her!" A woman shouted but it's already too late, the car's gone. Sheen's gone.

"What!?" Bea screamed.

Clark's eye went wide.

Dan looks at Bea, asking if it's part of the plan.

Bea's forehead furrowed, trying to remember if something like this should happen.

"Wyn!" She whispered, "It's Wyn, that guy! I told him to do that with Sheen's knowledge. I forgot to tell her. But I can't be sure if it's him. What if it's not him?"

"What?" Dan walks towards Bea.

"No worries, pretend we don't know anything." Bea said and runs towards Clark, "I received a message from Sheen's phone."

Clark is about to dial the police when she saw Sheen's message, "Mister White, if you want her to live, don't call the police or the next thing you'll see is her dead body."

Bea stared at the message, 'Wyn? Is this really you? I have to know.'
