Charles' move managed to demoralize the recruits.
"Now, I you shall taste the power of my fist, as I have already given you two free punches!" A savage smile appeared on Charles' lips.
Bang!
He rushed out like a cannonball, faster than the naked eye could see. Andrew's face was grim, and he defended himself in an instant, shouting, "Body of Steel!"
His whole body suddenly became as hard as steel. Even his skin gleamed like steel! In fact, he looked as if he had just become a steel statue! Of course, he was not a real steel statue, as using the original-level force had simply changed the hardness of the cells within his body.
At that moment, Charles' figure suddenly appeared, as his fist smashed onto the left side of Andrew's face.
Bang!
A heavy crash rang out. It was as if a camera was playing the scene in slow motion, as Andrew's face became warped under the impact of Charles' fist! The muscles on his face, which were originally firm and tough, rippled like fluid water, instantly flattened by the fist's powerful force!
Spurt!
Blood sprayed out of Andrew's mouth, while three of his teeth were knocked out! However, he just stood there stubbornly, not budging an inch.
"Not bad! I see that you can resist one of my punches and not fall down," Charles smiled and said. "Well then, why not accept another punch from me?"
In a flash, Charles had landed a direct punch on Andrew's chest.
Boom!
An even greater collision sound could then be heard, as if two trains had met head-on! The sound waves were deafening.
Andrew was thrown off balance and shaken, but his feet were still stubbornly stationed on the floor. He refused to fall, no matter how strong the attack. His firm body stood in the ring, like a strong pine tree that would never fall down.
Upon seeing Andrew's strong fighting spirit, the previously dispirited recruits were immediately touched. He refused to fall, even under such tremendous pressure.
His strong will immediately motivated the recruits. Even Charles started to look at him with a hint of admiration.
"You're very outstanding. You haven't fallen, even after taking two of my punches. Even the first place among the freshmen in the past could not withstand two of my punches!" Charles said, his admiration and respect obvious.
After all, he knew all too well how high the elimination rate of recruits was. This was because, other than their lack of experience and judgment on the battlefield, their fragile mental states made it nearly impossible for them to let go of psychological trauma connected to fierce battles.
This was not a surprise, as most people live in comfortable environments, never being aware of the cruelties of war. So, when these recruits' previous peaceful environments suddenly are change to a cruel battlefield, filled with the gruesome deaths of their comrades, it breaks many of them entirely.
Even veterans, let alone young and impressionable recruits, often had mental or psychological breakdowns, as they were unable to cope with all that they had seen and endured.

In fact, many soldiers were even tormented in their dreams. Therefore, for soldiers, an iron will was more precious than physical strength, and Andrew obviously had that in spades!
The indomitable will of Andrew had even affected the veterans, who now looked on him with awe and admiration.
"Go on! I'm not down yet. I can still fight!" Andrew held his fists in front of his face, his eyes firm and sharp, while blood flowed down his clenched jaw.
"I've only used two punches, yet you're already in such bad shape! Just give up! You are doomed to lose this battle!" Charles said coldly.
"Come at me again!" With a shout, Andrew attacked again. He stomped on the ground like a mammoth beast, shaking the whole ring.
Charles suddenly felt unstable, his body beginning to sway. At that moment, Andrew attacked him again, his fists intertwined with a blue light that emitted a strong, icy aura.
"You can't win!" Charles shouted, as he looked at the fist that had appeared in front of him.
He did not choose to meet it head-on this time. Instead, with one hand outstretched, the black air that was full of magnetic attraction managed to change the trajectory of Andrew's fists.
Andrew's face changed, as his fist was. .h.i.tting uncontrollably towards Charles's palm!
Bang!
The fist and the palm collided, and the black light quickly devoured the cold blue light. Then, Andrew's fist quickly returned to its normal state. After receiving Andrew's punch, Charles did not move.
"If you don't concede defeat, I'll beat you down even more!" Charles expression was menacing.
He did not want to use any original-level combat techniques, but he had come to realize that Andrew was a respectable opponent, so he suddenly changed his mind, shouting out, "Black Smoke Burst!"
The black smoke that devoured Andrew's fist suddenly s.h.i.+fted onto Charles' fist. Charles. .h.i.t Andrew's right face again. As his left face had already been badly injured, if his right face were to be hit again, it might cause a concussion!
Andrew's expression changed, and he hurriedly raised his leg to hit Charles' abdomen with his knee. Charles was struck by the unexpected force, causing the two men to quickly separate, while Charles' fist brushed past Andrew's face without hitting him.
"You were able to escape my attack! This is interesting." Charles sneered, then suddenly rushed forward and launched a fierce counterattack. This time, he was serious.
His shocking speed was much faster than Andrew's, as their evolutionary strengths were very different. In terms of strength and speed, Andrew was no match for Charles. After dodging two attacks consecutively, Andrew was unable to dodge the third attack in time.
Bang!
Charles whipped his legs across Andrew's waist, sending him flying more than 10 feet!
Gack!
Andrew vomited out a mouthful of blood, then quickly stabilized his body. However, Charles chased him once again, bombarding him with a frenzy of punches and kicks.
Andrew could only defend himself pa.s.sively, as he could not keep up with Charles' speed. After being hit several times in a row, Andrew's situation became even worse.
In the end, Andrew could only stand in place and guard his head, while Charles beat him up!
