Steve hadn't expected that Sofia and Lucy would tease him in such a way. They had deliberately blocked Steve's view, so that he couldn't see Vivien as she was peeping!
"Vivien, have you slept yet?" Steve knocked on Vivien's door, but there was no sound inside.
Just as Steve was about to leave, Vivien's voice came from inside. "Come in."
Steve walked in and saw Vivien hiding in the blankets, wrapped up tightly, without even showing her face.
"I apologize for Lucy and Sofia. Their actions seem to have frightened you. I didn't know that you were hiding there and could see us..." Steve apologized sincerely to Vivien.
"No, I want to apologize. I shouldn't have been peeping at you while you were doing that..." Vivien's voice came from inside the blankets.
At this time, Vivien's face was flushed red with embarra.s.sment. She felt shy after being discovered by them. Plus, it was the first time that she'd seen a naked s.e.x scene!
This made her even shyer. That was why she dared not show her face to Steve.

"Vivien, If you're not happy here, you can leave in a few days, when Michael and the others have been arrested. Then you'll be safe..." Steve sighed.
He was disappointed, as he could see that Lucy and Sofia really liked Vivien. He was also quite fond of her.
In particular, he really liked Vivien's unique temperament. Although she felt extremely inferior to others, Steve admired her strong and hardworking character and her weed-like spirit.
He hoped that she would be able to shed her inferiority complex, as she'd be even more perfect then. Steve believed that Vivien could truly be outstanding!
"No!" Before Steve had finished his sentence, Vivien suddenly shouted.
She jumped up from the bed and put her arm around Steve's waist, then cried out in fright, "Please don't chase me away! I love it here! I like you guys very much. If it's because I've invaded your privacy, I apologize. I'll be more careful in the future. Please don't chase me away..."
After what had happened tonight, she found herself reluctant to go back to her old life. That kind of dark, lowly life, with no friends, where she was bullied and could only tolerate and endure it in silence seemed agony compared to what she was now experiencing.

Being near Steve made Vivien feel more secure than ever before. Lucy and Sofia were also very kind to her, dressing her up beautifully and accepting her, even though she was just a humble and weak girl.
Now that Steve was going to chase her away, Vivien was really afraid to go back to her old life. Steve was shocked by her reaction, as he hadn't expected that Vivien would be so pa.s.sionate about staying.
"Don't be afraid. If you don't want to leave, n.o.body will chase you away. We'll all welcome you to stay." Steve reached out and wiped the tears from Vivien's face.
Her clear gaze was so pure. Clearly, the world was full of malice, but she was still full of hope and was trying to change everything for the better. Steve couldn't figure out what a pure heart she must have to have such beautiful eyes and hope amid a life full of such malice and darkness.
"Really?" Vivien looked up at Steve.
"Really! I swear by my name!" Steve said seriously.
Vivien burst into laughter immediately, but she soon began to pout again. "No, that's not enough. I need other guarantees."
"What guarantees?" Steve asked.
"Can… I be your woman, like Lucy and Sofia?" Vivien felt as if her heart would jump out of her throat. She never would've thought that she would say such bold words to him. It was totally of character for her!
"Vivien, even if you don't become my woman, I will still let you stay." Steve thought that Vivien was afraid of being abandoned, so she wanted to trade herself for the rights to stay.
Vivien's face paled, while another thought formed in her head…
Am I not worthy enough to be Steve's woman?
But, she didn't ask that. In her mind, since she didn't think that she deserved that role, she would keep trying until she did deserve to be one of Steve's women!
"Well, I'll stay... But, can you promise me something?" Vivien looked up at Steve.
"What is it?" he asked, smiling at her.
"Kiss me!" Vivien's eyes were very serious, and Steve even saw a lot of complex emotions swirling in them.
This time, Steve did not hesitate to kiss the angelic girl directly, but in his heart, it was only a simple goodnight kiss. Just as Steve pecked Vivien's lips gently and was getting ready to get up and leave, Vivien suddenly wrapped her arms around his neck!

Slowly, Steve let go of Vivien, and as their lips separated, he said, "It's time for you to go to bed."
Steve looked into Vivien's eyes. Vivien's face was as red as a ripened apple. It was her first kiss with a heteros.e.xual partner. Steve was so skillful, she had felt a wonderful feeling that she had never experienced before!
"Good night..." Vivien waved shyly to Steve.
Just as Steve was about to leave, he suddenly turned around and took out several bottles of serums, which he placed in Vivien's hands and said, "These are the serums that I cultivated. "Take it. Lucy and Sofia have some too. If you run out, you can ask them for more, or you can come find me. Also, as I cultivated it myself, it's free." Steve did not allow her to refuse his gift. He then turned around and left.
