Sofia was much stronger than Lucy. Thus, her physical recovery speed was much faster, too.

Although her body was still weak, her having been tossed around for the whole day yesterday, she could still manage to satisfy Steve. Both of them came out of the bathroom, Sofia's legs being so weak and limp that she would not have had the strength to walk without Steve's help.

Sofia felt weak all over, in fact. She both loved and feared Steve's "little brother." Had she not been strong enough to endure the physical exertion, she would have been utterly tired out by Steve.

By this time, Lucy had already started training. After she ate the ordinary Boss-level magical beast's meat, she was able to speed up her digestion.

"Take these serums. They are more potent than ordinary transcendental serums and can help speed up your training," Steve said, as he took out more than a hundred bottles of red-colored serum.

Sparkling lights were seen flickering inside the red-colored serums. They looked glittery and translucent, as if the bottles contained a red-colored sky!

"What serum is it? It looks so good!" exclaimed Lucy, as she took a bottle of the serum and examined it carefully.

This red-colored serum was what Steve had differentiated from the enhanced Subatomic Serum. The efficacy of the serum was not as strong as the enhanced Subatomic Serum, but was similar to the perfect grade Subatomic Serum. It was still useful for 100% cell activation, yet the efficacy level was much lower.

"This is a new variety of serum that I have developed, which has not been named yet. It is 50% more effective than ordinary Subatomic Serum, so it is similar to the perfect grade Subatomic Serum," Steve said casually.

Since the impact of the enhanced Subatomic Serum had been so great, Steve dared not let anyone else know about this, and thus kept it strictly for his own personal use. Otherwise, it might bring disaster upon Sofia and Lucy.

"You have developed a serum with efficacy comparable to the perfect grade Subatomic Serum?" Sofia took the red-colored serum, a look of astonishment on her face. "When did you become a pharmacist?"

She suddenly felt that she did not know Steve at all. This man standing in front of her seemed to be full of mysteries. The more she discovered about him, the more she was spellbound by him.

"I'm not a pharmacist yet, but I'm going for the pharmacist certification," Steve responded.

"It's really magical. I'll try it."

Lucy could not wait. She held up the red-colored serum and drank it. Suddenly, her eyes lit up, and she felt a great surge of power, spilling out from within her like a river.

She hurriedly practiced the "Fundamental Practices of Energy Absorption" in accordance to the method taught to her by Steve. Suddenly, the Cosmic Force came together, and a small vortex was formed, centering on Lucy.

"What a powerful effect. It worked!" Sofia's face displayed a look of excitement. She hurriedly picked up a bottle of the serum, drank it, and started practicing too.

After being tossed around for the whole day yesterday, both of the sisters' bodies felt as if they had undergone heavy training. The speed of their absorbing the Cosmic Force was much faster than before.

Due to the absorption of the Cosmic Force by their thirsty cells, plus the consumption of the Boss-level magical beast's meat, their strengths were rapidly growing. Steve was not idling away on the side, either. Although the red-colored serum did not work as well as the enhanced Subatomic Serum, he also needed to replenish his energy.

So, after he drank a bottle, he also started to practice. His cell activation grew at a rate of nearly 10% a day. Even though it was delayed for a few days, his strength level was steadier after those few days of battling.

While the three of them were practicing, Steve also corrected their "Fundamental Practices of Energy Absorptions," allowing them to absorb everything faster. After one hour, the three of them ceased their training. Their weary bodies had absorbed a great deal of Cosmic Force throughout this training, and their strengths had also increased a little.

"Dear, these potions that you've made are so beautiful! We might as well think of a nice name for them!" Lucy said, holding the red-colored serum.

"What name do you want it to be?" Steve asked.

He had never thought about this. However, the red-colored serum was a simplified version of the enhanced Subatomic Serum, so it could be theoretically be sold on the market. In fact, it would probably increase the sales, if it had a nice name.

"Let's call it 'Blood of Virgin.'" Lucy said. "That way, the name would be commemorating the three of us."

Poof…

A mouthful of water that Sofia had just drunk spouted out from her lips. She coughed a few times, then looked at Lucy angrily and shuoted, "Don't use that name! You don't feel ashamed, but I do!"

"But, these serums do look like virgin blood..." Lucy said flatly.

"Don't say it again!" Sofia interrupted her immediately.

"Let's name it 'Red Moon's Blood.'" Steve said.

Sofia still felt a little helpless, but at least Steve's suggestion was a much nicer name than what Lucy had thought of. Although, it made her nervous to think that each look at the red-colored serum would bring back the memories of yesterday's madness.

After last night, Sofia and Lucy obviously needed a few days of rest to recover. So, Steve did not force them to repeat any of those things this night. Instead, the three of them planned how they would deal with Stuart.

"There are six more days left in the holiday break, so why don't you two come to my house?" Steve said invitingly.

"No, I still want to practice. After these six days, I must surpa.s.s you!" Sofia said stubbornly. She was still smarting from her latest defeat.

Lucy shook her head and said, "If I were to go to your house alone, I would be tossed to death by you. I better stay here and practice more."

She was genuinely afraid. She knew that, if she was to face Steve alone, she might not even have the strength to get out of bed again! She also felt the gap between herself, Steve, and Sofia. Therefore, she wanted to improve her strength, so that she could catch up with them as soon as possible.

Steve did press them any further, as he also had to deal with other things. According to the invitation from Kenneth, the pharmacist's certification was scheduled for the next day. As such, he needed to prepare!
