Draig and Kira lead their unit silently through the forest keeping an eye out for ambush, and luckily there hadn't been any yet.

"It's odd isn't it" stated Draig narrowing his eyes.

"What do you mean" asked Kira looking around and sniffing the air a few times.

"We haven't ran into any of these Guilders yet" continued Draig as they continued walking until they realized a large portion of the forest was gone leaving a wide open s.p.a.ce.

"There trying to make the most of their numerical advantage by literally leveling the field" stated Kira admiring the tactic.

"Numerical advantage? Too many people can also be the cause of your down fall" chuckled Draig as he stepped forward and channeled his Mana upon spotting the group of Guilders.

Moving his lips but not speaking Draig smirked as he a black line came to be and squirmed around on the ground before charging into the group.

"What did you do" asked Kira warily noting the skill just in case.

"Just a little curse to alter their perception" stated Draig before charging out and began his collecting while the Guilders seemed to fight among themselves attacking brutally allowing for Draig to make quick work of collecting his samples however before he could even make a quarter of the way through his curse appeared to be lifted as the angered gazes of these Silver Emblem's focused on him.

'Someone is definitely interfering' concluded Draig and he noticed the movement of Zarra's hand out of the corner of his gaze.

The young Feratu felt his face stiffen, his gaze becoming a bit ruthless.

'If you truly wish to cheat me then I will not be as kind as before' thought Draig before pressing fingers together as if to chop causing the Guilders to go on guard but what they didn't expect those vicious claws to be used as a spear.

One Guilder fell to this attack right off the bat causing a moment of shock for everyone present as Draig's hand was firmly pierced into this man's shoulder wrist deep.

Looking all around him and making eye contact with Zarra himself, Draig removed his hand and let a drop fly to an empty page of his Tome.

"The battle has started" stated Draig simply before his figure began charging the next one not forgetting his goal.

Elegant, that was the thought of many of the people who watched as Draig seemed to perform a beautiful dance for them while avoiding the strikes of the Guilders however that dance came to an end when a whole other group of Guilders came from somewhere else. These were likely the more experienced Silver Emblem Guilders as they looked more battle worn than the ones before them.

It was upon their arrival that Draig was caught, with a mighty swing a hammer met his spine letting a horrific snap to be heard as his body flew through the air and crumpled to the ground.

This scene snapped Kira to attention as he charged forward with the Dread Knights combating the Guilders head on. However Draig just laid there for a moment as his anger reached a peak, with a glimmer of his ring he pulled a green pill and popped it into his mouth allowing for his regeneration factor to be boosted for a bit and fix his spine. Dusting himself off Draig picked a rock up from his side, its size was about the size of a human torso but the way he casually picked it up was proof of his monster heritage.

Looking around Draig saw a Guilder carrying a familiar hammer and let the rock fly at a speed to which the large rock whistled for but a moment before impacting that Guilder in the chest causing blood to spew from his mouth. Draig didn't miss a beat as he appeared in front of the blood with his tome opened catching it on an empty page.

However Draig didn't stop he grabbed this Guilder by the leg and swung him into the crowd knocking many of the Guilders from their feet. At this point he stopped, he felt satiated after releasing his anger from being swatted like an insect.

However Draig noticed that his muscles pulsed a bit but thought nothing of it for the moment as he returned to his mission of evolving the Bloodscript.

Draig was demonstrating his dominance still even after moving to stronger opponents and his troops were nothing to scoff at but while the young Feratu was busy Dracule was making the most of his time as well.

By this point half of the crimson characters had begun to glow and Dracule seemed to be growing tired after chanting for so long but still he continued.

'So close' thought the old pumpkin as the fire in his eyes seemed to burst with more intensity.

Showing the resolve of waiting for hundreds of years Dracule seemed to recharge and his chanting louder.

The old Feratu truly was a being to be reckoned with and one could only imagine how powerful and domineering the father of such a creature would be. However little did he know that his time was beginning to run short for his plans to succeed.

Draig smirked as he collected a drop from a fallen Guilder before looking up at the crowd as the Dread Knights began to shout in victory. It was as such that Draig had demolished the Silver Emblem Guilders as well though he would have long been wore out if it wasn't for the pills he had been taking. Though he didn't show it the curse he had cast had taken a lot out of him, he was only holding on due to his greed. He hungered for more abilities, abilities that would make him reign supreme.

'Ignorant mortals, you mocked me for a mere cla.s.s but you are offering up all of your abilities as compensation' thought Draig with a cruel chuckle.

Zarra looked on and tightened his hands again but once again calmed down after drinking some water.

'These Gold Emblem better show their worth, at the very least the brat can't have that much stamina left' thought Zarra as he waved his hand and the injured Guilders were removed from the field.

"Bring in our young Novas, our beloved Gold Guilders" announced the man.

This caused the crowd to erupt in cheers, these were the majority of the popular Guilders in this category causing for the stands to roar in awe.

Draig noticed this and felt perhaps he may be in trouble this time but only the end result would show the truth.
