Xiulan stand up and glanced at her surroundings. "It's better if you ask someone from the store. I'm not particularly good at this." She gave him a humble smile. "I can call them for you."

"I may have to excuse myself. If you need any help you may ask the staff. I will go first." She said and quickly retreated the d.a.m.n store. She can't handle the intense gaze coming from that man. It was both flattering and creepy in some way.

Xiulan's woman instincts is telling her that this man is dangerous but this is the first time that Hongqi's friend approached her to have dinner. She's aware that Hongqi threatened his male friends not to be friends with her, but this guy is trying to disobey that 'bro-code'.

She awkwardly shook his hands and tried to muster the most charming smile she can give. She must not let this man know that she's nervous of his presence. 

"Han Pierre. I kept hearing his name all throughout the day and now he finally appeared in front of me. He's also close to that haughty husband. What kind of bad luck is this?" She secretly grumbled. 

"My husband is very strict in eating dinner together. So I have to decline your dinner invitation. But if you don't mind, we can have quick chat in a tea shop." Xiulan kindly offered. "h.e.l.l no, I want to eat dinner with you." she subconsciously disagreed.
