Hearing what he said, Su Qianxun felt a tightness in her chest. She furrowed her eyebrows tightly. ‘Does he mean that he doesn’t want me to touch these clothes?’

“Understood!” Su Qianxun turned around and returned to the room. She changed back into the bathrobe and hung the clothes in the wardrobe again. She felt rather dejected for some reason.

When she walked out of the room, Long Sijue had already come to look for her. He held her by the hand and brought her back to the dining room.

He held her by the shoulders and sat her down. He said, “Taste it.”

“Okay.” Su Qianxun was quite dejected. But this was the first time he had ever cooked for her, so she picked up the chopsticks and tasted the noodles.

She paused before continuing to eat immediately.

“How is it?” Long Sijue looked at her rather nervously. He had spent an entire afternoon learning how to use the kitchen equipment and learning to cook. At last, he followed a recipe that he had found on the internet. He had wasted three full batches of dry noodles before finally succeeding.

The funniest thing was that during his first attempt, Long Sijue did not know how much noodles to put at all. Hence, he added a bunch into the pot. They turned into a pot of porridge in the end.

“It’s quite delicious.” Su Qianxun continued eating.

Hearing her reply, Long Sijue’s mood instantly improved significantly. He returned to his seat, picked up the chopsticks and was about to start eating.

“Young master!” Su Qianxun quickly stopped him.

“Um?” Long Sijue stopped and looked at her.

“Hey… I’m very hungry. Can you give yours to me as well? I’ll make you a bowl later,” Su Qianxun requested.

“Um.” Long Sijue immediately nudged his bowl towards her.

Under his gaze, Su Qianxun ate two bowls of noodles. In the end, even though she was stuffed, she was still determined to finish all the soup.

Long Sijue did not expect that the noodles he cooked would taste so good. It was the first time he saw her eat so much. He was very happy.

Su Qianxun stood up. She wanted to gather the dirty bowls and take them to the kitchen to wash up. But Long Sijue took her to the living room.

Once they entered the living room, she saw the leather belt that she bought for him yesterday. Long Sijue picked up the belt and said, “Put it on for me.”

“Help me put it on.” Long Sijue grabbed her hand and shoved the belt into her palm.

Su Qianxun was slightly hesitant and glum. Yesterday, she wanted to give him a gift to appease him. She did not expect things to get out of hand.

To be frank, she was rather embarra.s.sed. She thought that giving him a belt was a suggestive gesture, just like giving him a tie. It seemed like she wanted to tether him to her side.

But Su Qianxun could not ignore the expectant look in his eyes. Therefore, she took the belt, walked over to him and slipped the belt through the loops of his pants. She could not reach his back, so all she could do was put her arms around his waist to grab the other end of the belt and buckle it up.

Being so close to him, her heart could not stop thumping. Redness crept into her cheeks. She quickly took a few steps back and studied the belt around his waist.

This man was born to a model. Anything he put on would make an unbelievably perfect outfit.

Long Sijue’s figure was very st.u.r.dy. His waistline was lean and graceful. One could feel their body heat up just by looking at him.

“How do I look?” Long Sijue asked. He reached over and touched the metal buckle on the belt.

“I have a good eye for belts.”

Su Qianxun thought that the belt around this man’s waist made him look s.e.xier and more seductive indeed.

The elevator dinged. A group of people walked into the apartment. Long Sijue said, “Wait here for a moment.”

After he said that, he turned and walked to the foyer.
