RWBY: Reborn With A System 52 Chapter 38: Mission To Cure Ruby Part 1.5

Gin was dodging Jin's skeleton avatar with high speed and tried to find a weakness.

Gin: {How did it come to this!}

[1 hour earlier]

Gin: What, you want to fight?!

Jin: Yeah, to see how strong i really am!

Gin: But why me, couldn't you spar with Shadow or someone else?

Jin: Well, Shadow isn't the kind of guy to..... spar with anyone, and he can sometimes be a jerk.

Gin: {True, from what I have seen of Shadow is that maybe he trains alone... maybe he never really trained and are natural strong.}

Jin: Besides, you are far the strongest I have faced who are in the same age range as me, which makes it more fun, now show me that scream you did in the arena!

Jin was standing and pointed at Gin and suddenly a huge skeleton avatar appeared out from the ground, howling it's battle roar!

Skeleton: ROOOWWWWRRR!!!!

Gin: Wowh, Wait! I haven't said yes!

The Skeleton attack's with it's huge arm right at Gin, and a impact was made to the ground.

Ground dust (Not the Dust That has elements) were spreading everywhere and it starts to clear, and Gin was nowhere's to be found.

Jin: Where did he go?

Jin was looking around and saw Gin up on the trees.

Gin: Can we just talk about this first!

Jin: Hmm... can we spar first, then talk, right now I'm in my training session.

Gin: How that make any- fine, if I spar with you right here and now, we talk after right?

Jin: That was the plan, yes!

Gin felt like he had no choice and jumps down from the tree, and took out his spear.

Jin: I always wonderful how you just take out a spear out of nowhere.

Jin took his hand on his waist and hold his katana like sword and was ready for the spar.

The wind was blowing and when a single leaf landed on the ground they both charges at each other at full speed.

Gin was faster and struck first, but the skeleton blocked the attack, meanwhile Jin swings his katana at the head but Gin noticed Jin tactic and jumps on the skeleton and then on the trees.

Gin: {I have to find a weakness of his semblence, but I can't use the [Howl Of The Ghosts] I promised the princ.i.p.al that I wouldn't use it, but it sure is strange that Jin wants to spar without an explanation..... Wait a minute, System, is Jin infected by the curse!}

System: Indeed, he has a curse known as (Battle Maniac) That makes him to fight strong opponent without thinking it through first.

Gin: {So that's why he wanted to spar so badly, he kinda seemed wierd when I- oh sh#%.}

Gin was suprised to see James on the training ground, looking for something or someone.

James: Gin! Where are you, Something has happend to Ruby!

Gin landed in front of James, which made James startled and Gin asked what happend.

James: I don't know, somehow Ruby got so depressed that she went towards the dark forest!

Gin: Dark forest?

Jin then showed up and told Gin about the dark forest is the nesting ground for the Beowulf Grimms and the reason they haven't got attacked by them is becase of a special sound wave to repel the Grimm.

Gin: What are we waiting for, let's go and find her, Jin we have to hold our spar for today!

Jin: I understand, but I'm coming with you!

James: Y-Yeah, me too, I can't let my friends be there alone!

Gin, James and Jin runs toward the location where Ruby suppose to be.
