"Mommy, who's this pretty Jiejie beside you? She looked so much like daddy!" Ren Xiaozhi asked while pointing at one of the photos in the alb.u.m.

It was weekend and Nian Jiezhen was alone with her daughter. Ren s.h.i.+yuan wasn't around since he was having a business trip to another country.

"Who?" Nian Jiezhen paused from chopping the tomatoes just to turn to her daughter. She was in the middle of preparing their breakfast.

Ren Xiaozhi was sitting at the end of the table while looking at one of the photo alb.u.ms that she found in her parent's room.

She raised the alb.u.m a bit just to show the photo to her mother, "Is she Daddy's sister?"

"Oh…" Nian Jiezhen trailed off upon seeing her photo with Ren s.h.i.+yuan in his female attire. She turned back and continued chopping, "That's your father."

A loud gasp was heard from Ren Xiaozhi, "This woman is Daddy?!"

"Mm, he liked dressing up as a girl back then."

"E-Eh? Then… are you saying that… Daddy is gay back then?!"

Nian Jiezhen chuckled, "No, he's not."

"But you said he liked dressing up!"

"Yes, he did but that doesn't make him gay. I mean, he's totally straight."

"Straight?"

"He likes women instead of men. You can say he wore dresses as a disguise."

"Ehhhh…"

Ren Xiaozhi pouted as she looked at the photo of her father, wearing something so girly. He really looked like a girl tho.

A sudden thought entered her mind so she couldn't but ask, "Mommy, do you think I will look like a boy if I tried wearing boy's clothes? Daddy looked like a girl when he wore girl's clothes you know!"

"…"

Ah s.h.i.+t. Nian Jiezhen almost made a cut on her finger because of her daughter's sudden question.

"I kinda want to try wearing boy's clothes, mommy!" She grinned at her mother. "Will I still look cute? Will I turn into a handsome man like daddy?"

"You're a little girl."

Ren Xiaozhi pouted, "Fine! A handsome boy then! Sooo can I try it, mommy?" 

"Huh… I wonder about that."

Later that day, the mother and daughter duo went to the mall to shop for boy's clothing. Nian Jiezhen even bought a wig for her daughter.

Maybe it was because they were both bored that they decided to spend their time and bond together by doing what Ren Xiaozhi suggested earlier.

Upon arriving back in their place, Nian Jiezhen helped her daughter in putting on the short wig that they bought together before she allowed her to enter the room so that she could change into a boy's clothing.

"How can you be like this?" Nian Jiezhen looked at her daughter in disbelief after she saw her went out of the room.

Ren Xiazhi was wearing a wig with the same hair color as her real ones, the chestnut brown hair. She has eyes of pure mischief and it added to her boyish look. She was mesmerized by the red rubber boots on her feet and blue duffle coat,

The little girl looked up and grinned proudly and in a boyish manner at her mother, "Now mommy and daddy have a son!"

It was unbelievable how Ren s.h.i.+yuan's crossdressing genes were working well on their daughter too.

"Mommy, can I start going to school like this? Boys' clothes are so comfy and easy to move around!"

"No, you can't. The school won't allow it." Nian Jiezhen said strictly.

"Ehhhh..."

"Anyway, we should take a photo as a remembrance." Nian Jiezhen chuckled, taking out her phone from her pocket.

"Can we show it to daddy too?" The little girl asked with a wide grin.

Her mother smiled at the idea, "I think he'll be surprised. Should we give him a call?"

"Yes! Yes!"

And so, Nian Jiezhen chatted her husband first, asking him if she could give him a video call and when he said "Ok", she called him.

When the video call went through, the two girls were able to see Ren s.h.i.+yuan in his pajamas since it was evening in his side.

Nian Jiezhen and Ren Xiaozhi were currently sitting on the sofa, side by side, their faces were seen on the phone screen.

He greeted them with a smile, "I'm so blessed to be called by-" He paused upon seeing the little boy beside his wife.

Of course, Ren s.h.i.+yuan was surprised but he quickly gained his composure which make him joked to his wife, "Did you give birth to a son while I was away?"

Nian Jiezhen rolled her eyes at his remark, "Yeah right. I gave birth to a baby monster that's able to grow this big within 4 days."

"Daddy! It's me, Zhizhi!"

"No way. My little alien is a girl not a boy!" 

Ren Xiaozhi pouted, puffing out her pinkish cheeks in the process. "I'm that handsome then."

Ren s.h.i.+yuan chuckled at her remark, "Yeah, that handsome."

His daughter ended up giggling happily as she hugged her mother's arm, "Mommy, daddy said I'm handsome."

Nian Jiezhen smiled, lightly tapping her daughter's nose, "I think you're cute."

"I'm always cute." She pouted.

"Of course you are." Ren s.h.i.+yuan chuckled. "By the way, what gave you the idea of crossdressing like this?"

With an excited grin, Ren Xiaozhi faced him. "I saw a photo of daddy wearing girl's dress! So Zhizhi wanted to try something like that but in boy's clothes!"

Ren s.h.i.+yuan turned to his wife with an amused smile plastered on his lips, "You allowed her?"

Nian Jiezhen shyly looked away from him, "So what? I think it was a good idea."
