I Don't Love You 4 Let's Cancel Our Marriage

I have never felt so hurt, so lost... So incapable of doing even the smallest tasks. And this was only the beginning, the beginning of the pain, the suffering and the endless congo line of emotions that were in store for me. I'm scared... Someone, please hold me.

My eyesight blurs, but not because tears were welling up. Everything became fuzzy; my heartbeats pounded loudly, echoing in my ears, alongside fading pleas for help until I heard the someone banging on the door.

"h.e.l.lo? Miss, Are you okay? Are you bleeding?" a male voice could be heard and for some reason, it sounds so familiar. Jungkook unlocks the door to see Mingyu on the other side with a bouquet of flowers.

He drops the flower as soon as he saw me on the floor with nothing but a white bed cover with some blood on it, " Yoon Byeol-ah! Are you okay? Where are you hurt? " He asks as he quickly hugs me, knowing I needed that.

" I'm fine! " I said, pus.h.i.+ng him away so Jungkook doesn't get mad. I am still mad at him for everything with that Lisa girl.

" I'm so sorry I came late..." he apologizes as he holds onto to me tightly. He then carries me in bridal style, " Let go of me... I never ask for your help" I said as I wiggle my legs.

" You need my help... Your husband is not even helping you so why would I stand here and watch you in pain?" Mingyu said with a soft tone, knowing that it was my weakness. But, it won't work this time Kim Mingyu.

" Mingyu, that work on me anymore. So let go of-"

" Take her away and get her somewhere safe " Jungkook suddenly orders and my eyes were wide open. " What? No! I want to stay with Jungkook!" I yelled with tears in my eyes.

I am not spending the rest of the night with Kim Mingyu. No! Never! But, Mingyu was already walking out the front door, making me panic. " Mingyu-ah... Please let me go... " I said with a weak tone.

Jungkook needs me right now! He is probably hurt because he couldn't hold me even if he wanted to. I need to tell him that everything is fine, "Mingyu... Please" I begged again when he suddenly drops me on the bed.

He then starts to unwrap my cover but I was too weak to protect myself until he stops all his movements, " Baby... Does it still hurt? " Mingyu asks as he softly looks in my eyes. " Who did this to you?" he pauses and then continues " You must be in a lot of pain... Baby, please talk to me... "

He slowly wraps his arms around my naked body as my chest was pressing against his own. " I'm so sorry you had to go through that," Mingyu said, softly patting my back. I begin to sob painfully in his embrace.

" lay down and rest, I will bring you food and clean your blood..." Mingyu softly smiles but I grab him by the arm, " You don't have to clean my blood, I'll j-"

" You don't need to be embarra.s.sed... This is not the first time... remember?" he softly chuckles. I remember that day when I was on my period and accidentally got it all over his bed.

He cleans everything like he said he would, " Wanna wash up? " Mingyu asks, ready to carry me to the bathtub filled with bubbles. I nod my head and wrap my arms around Mingyu's shoulder as he carries me to the bathroom.

he slowly puts me down in the tub and gets a bowl of warm water; it was for my hair. I slide down into the water, letting it fill and cover everything around me. I rest my head on the bowl that was on Mingyu's lap, I close my eyes as soon as Mingyu starts to wash my hair.

I feel him softly caressing my head and then suddenly his soft lips were on my forehead. I froze and gasp for air as I open my eyes, " Mingyu, what are you doing?" I ask with a confused tone. "You don't even miss me? Woa... I missed you like crazy..." Mingyu replies.

After a few hours, Mingyu put me in bed and didn't go home until I was deeply asleep. I kept having nightmares of what happened with Jimin today. I'm so scared that I tremble just thinking about it.

Next Day~

Under the gentle winter sun, its rays warm my skin - like kisses from the divine. I love winter. I could drink it up like a tonic. I run my fingers through my long black curly hair that I curled this morning, bouncing with every step I take as I walk towards Jungkook's office.

I enter Jungkook's office to see Jungkook seriously looking through a file as he softly caresses his bottom lip. I then hear him sigh loudly, making my heart beat faster because of the unusual tension in the room.

" Good morning, Mr. Jeon" I bow and then walk in front of his table, reading out the schedules for the day, " This morning you have a meeting in 20 minutes here at the-"

" Let's cancel our marriage" Jungkook cuts me off coldly with his eyes piercing through mine. " What? What do you mean?" I ask, dropping my file down on the floor. " I said Let's cancel our marriage..." Jungkook repeats again with no emotion in his voice or facial expressions, " Why? Is it because of last night? Jungkook, don't worry I'm -"

" I don't love you " Jungkook adds, cutting me off completely. I stand there, recalling whatever he just said to me a few seconds ago. I don't know why but my heart was aching and my mind was going crazy.

" What? What did you just say?" I ask with tears in my eyes, " I said I don't love you... So let's not see each other anymore. You are fired ". I still couldn't believe this. Is this a nightmare? I need to wake up!

" I already sign the forms. You sign it and don't worry about your parents. I'll talk to them." Jungkook says without even looking at me. I felt my tears freeze as the wind from the window blows my hair. I s.h.i.+ffer as I feel it slowly rolling down my cheeks.

" And who are you planning to marry if it's not me? " I scoff, wiping my tears away quickly. " Why do you care? You are nothing compared to me... you have no right to worry about me" Jungkook states with a cold stare.

" If you're done crying... Get out" Jungkook orders leaving me completely lost and hurt, "Jungkook, I know we don't know each other that much but... I like being with you. I cherish every moment I spent -"

" I don't want to hear it. Come in! " He cuts me off for the last time. I turn around to see a familiar girl walking towards me. I'm fired... then this girl is his new secretary?

" Good morning, Mr. Jeon I'll be your new secretary - Lisa" Lisa greets the man who was my husband for a few days and now... It's as if we're complete strangers.

I feel so raw today; like there is no skin over my pain and the wind makes it bleed. I was wrong about how Jungkook would have been thinking about me... The foolish me just over thinks too much!

I slowly take steps back without even being in my real sense. I feel my leg weakening with every step I take, " h.e.l.lo? Ms. Cha? Are you okay?" Lisa tries to help me but I push her away as hard as I could.

She twists her ankle and lands on the floor, " Ya! Yoon Byeol-ah! What do you think you're doing?!" Jungkook voice roars in the slient room. I was shaking, I didn't know what I just did...

Lisa... Why does she get everything so easily? It's like it's been handed to her on a silver plate... She's not even that rich but she took Mingyu away from me and now Jungkook..?

" How can you do this to me Jungkook?! When you knew everything?! I thought everything was going to be fine because I finally had someone to take my side... " I yell with my eyes on Jungkook.

"I thought I found someone who would love me for who I am and... suddenly you tell me that you don't love me... You don't have to love me so... can't we just live like yesterday before that incident?" I ask and with every breath, my heart breaks as if a knife was just stabbing me non-stop.
