In the distance a bit aways from Ghost Valley, Old Man Foxglove sensed the precautionary measure he placed in Caleb's body vanish.
"What did that brat to destroy the wisp of aura I left inside his body?"
================================================================
Deep within Caleb's dantian the Malicious spirit was bound there, with black chains with runes imprinted on them draining it's strength, it was struggling fiercely to get out of the imprisonment.
Unknowingly Caleb noticed that he was transported to the inside of his body where he saw the Spirit struggling to get out, the Spirit turned towards him with a look of ravenous hunger and pounced at him while growling, "You!, you're the one who trapped me in here let me go NOW!" screamed the spirit while trying to get towards Caleb's avatar.
Staring at the spirit Caleb said "Why would I let you go?" "Even if I somehow miraculously let you go wouldn't you just devour my mind and take control of my body and leave me as nothing but a mere hollow vessel? So what benefit would it bring me to do so?"
The Spirit listened and stop with its reckless pouncing and it's form started writhing and slowly took the shape of an old man made out of red fog. His Head was bald and he was wearing Buddhist robes and Buddhist prayer beads took form on his neck. Clearing his throat the spirit began "Excuse this old monk's outburst but what can I bargain with little friend for my freedom"
Caleb touched his chin and thought for a while, after a moments pa.s.s he pursed he lips and asked "I would first like to know you're background and how'd you end up becoming such an evil spirit, you're no Buddha"

"Well you see little friend, you are right in this regard I'm no Buddha, my background isn't ordinary in the slightest, I am as you will call in this secular world the The Blood Devouring Demon Monk, I met with misfortune along my journey a few centuries ago and was reduced to my current state of a spirit taking refuge inside that flower to regain my strength" explained the Spirit. "You may call Old Monk Cain or Old Monk." continued the Monk.
"By releasing me I will make you my one and only successor, and only other sentient being with my Blood Absorbing Fiend G.o.d technique to strengthen your fleshy body to the limits of a Fiend G.o.d" Cain said.
Caleb thought for a while and responded to the monk saying " Since you're willing to take me as a successor their must be some reason or requirement you would require me to do wouldn't there?"
Without a pause Cain continued with his promise "Yes there's a catch, you must take revenge upon the people who have reduced me to my current state and if the chance arises recreate or find a physical body for me to reside in, and by taking me as your master I wouldn't dare hurt my own disciple or so the Heavens strike me with Tribulation Thunder."
After digesting all what this Old Monk said Caleb sat down to decide his future on one end a new art that can be beneficial and other side unforeseen enemies that will be a future problem. Steeling his heart he looked at the Old Monk inside of him and resolutely agreed to take on this Monk as his Second Master.
" I already have a master so Disciple will address you as Second Master, Second Master what kind of enemies will I have to face?" asked Caleb
Listening to Caleb's eagerness the Old Monk started to laugh "Young boy, my enemies are at a level that you couldn't possibly combat, just saying their name will alert them of yours and my own presence, so this is a matter of the future, I look forward to your growth"
Grumbling Caleb said "Well that wasn't much help"
