The two parted jokingly and soon, most people had drifted in to dreamland except for one or two people .

An kai had just finished taking a shower . he went to his bed and thought through the sudden appearance of Roline and Christina at Han Corps so he got his phone and called Xin Yi in the night .

"what happened during the day and why did "my wife" had to be at the office? An kai asked with a calm tone in his voice . he was obviously ignorant about what happened .

"I heard that you will be joining the Ans so I left . I won't be working with you in the future . that's all . Xin Yi said from the other end of the call . she played her cards well not to trigger An kai's anger . the call soon ended but An kai didn't stop there, he called the receptionist of there company too .

"am sorry sir but we only received orders from the young Miss, she said that Xin Yi, your a.s.sistant was fired for missbehaving with Ms Christina and that's all I know .

"okay . An kai said before he hung up the call .

I will look through this tomorrow after dealing with the divorce thing . An kai thought as he pulled the covers over himself . he just wanted to rest for the best, for the person who cared so much about his well being .

An kai looked at the photo near the table lamp in his room and he gave a smile . "I know you're the only person who never gives up on me, I will never let you down . I swear that on my life . however broken I feel, I will never let your hopes to crush down . I will keep on moving as long as you're here with me but thanks to Roline, I know how to cherish people like you . you're so rare to find . I love you very much aunt Xia, you completed what my parents left incomplete . . . . .

and the night soon ended . the birds outside were so noisy but not irritating . the morning was bright since it gave so much hope . the place An kai lived in was filled with aged people so they would walk around to stretch their bones out of habit . An kai was not going to work so he decided to jog around . he met old men walking under the guidance of little children as even others were driven in wheelchairs .

"Grandpa, I really love sleeping alot but aunt insists that I push you around every morning, why so? it's too boring to begin with and I feel exhausted afterwards . " a young girl was complaining to the man seated in the wheelchair . he had wrinkles every where, even one had trouble to see if he was able to see . An kai was jogging slowly behind them .

the girl soon stopped pus.h.i.+ng the wheelchair and sat down under a tree but she didn't stop rumbling on but the man never at once said a word .

"should I give you a hand? An kai asked the little girl but she didn't answer . she moved near the old man and gripped the wheelchair handles very tight . "Grandpa, one of the devils you talked about is here . will he kidnap you and ask for money? if yes then, am going to shout so that people can come and help us out, alright? the girl said beside the man's ear and she later gave a high "waaaah!" out of the blue . An kai moved closer and covered her lips . "ssh, am not a devil or a kidnapper . I stay near there . I just wanted to help . An kai said but the girl was still struggling away from his grip .

"I will let go of you if you promise not to shout again, okay?

the girl nodded understandingly . "people here are mostly old . how come I don't know that we got a celebrity over here? the girl said with a look of disappointment .

"do you know every single person here?" An kai asked .

"yes! except you .

" do you mind me introducing myself to you?

"Kai and you?"

"it's not good for girls to speak to strangers so formally . "

"am only 7years" the two talked as An kai pushed the wheelchair . the girl was talking nonstop as An kai wondered how she spoke so sensibly . An kai pushed the wheelchair in to his home .

"I will let you be my crush so, my crush, where are you taking us? the girl said with a straight face . there was no fear or regret in her tone leaving An kai dumbstruck .

"you're too young to say such things . this is my home, I live here with my mother so I would like to introduce you to her, is it okay?
