"No. You won't believe that is the only reason why, but I am telling the truth, brother." Anna wiped the tears on her face and shows her brother that she was only having a nightmare and nothing else.

Aaron stared at her, and then he sighed, "You know what? Fine. Whatever you say, just come with me, I have to show you something."

At the moment, Aaron doesn't have the time to interrogate his sister. He has to show her something very interesting. So interesting that it will make Anna wants to investigate further into it.

"What is it?" Anna asked.

"Fix yourself and just come with me. You'll see once we get there." Aaron won't reveal any details because his sister might know what he wants to show her and that will only spoil the fun.

After a short while, the twins climbed down the stairs. Tess, who saw them climbing down called them, "Kids, is there anything you want for dinner?"

Usually, it would be Mary who would do the cooking, but Mary is out for tonight and won't be back until tomorrow morning. It would just the twins and the elder master of the family that will be present.

"Anything would be fine, nanny Tess."  The twins said at the same time, and after that, they left the mansion. They didn't even glance at Tess when they both said that.

Tess can only shake her head at the twin's behavior. The way they left and won't say anything else is just the same way as their father.

As much as Tess wants the whole family to be together again, it is still far-fetched. Even if Arion is alive and well, and would come back one day, Tess is not sure that it will be a happy reunion.

The elder master of the family is angry at Arion, and Arion's son despises him. A happy reunion is impossible to happen in the Coleman family.

"Child, if you really are alive and well, it's your fault that your father and your son feel that way towards you," Tess mumbled under her breath.

"Brother, since when did you get your own car?" Anna was surprised to see her brother owning a car. She remembered that her mother and brother made a deal to each other that Aaron can only have a car is when Aaron successfully finished twenty missions in one year.

"Since the moment I finished my twentieth mission," Aaron said with a grin plastered on his face. Since the moment he reached the age that he legally can drive a car, Aaron has been working hard to successfully finished twenty missions given by his mother.

Since the missions were set by his mother, it was no easy task to do. But he did his best, and it's a good thing that he had Lucia at his side to help him out.

"You must be so proud of yourself." 

"I always am proud of myself." Call it narcissistic, but it's natural for any Colemans to feel proud of themselves. It's one of their ways to gather their confidence when they needed it. Arion looks at his sister and asks, "How about you? When will you ask mom for your car?"

Anna and Arion took their driving test on the same day and they both pa.s.sed on the same day also. And the only difference is that Arion is the only one who made a deal with their mother. "Well, our dear mother recently made a deal with me. A very annoying deal if you ask me." No matter how many times Anna remembers it, it only makes her laugh and feel irritated.

"Oh? What kind of deal?" Aaron is curios about it since Anna never gets annoyed by the deals they made with their mother.

"She said that I can only get my own car when Kyle and I are officially together." At first, Anna thought that her mother was only joking, but after a few times of confirming it, she realized that her mother was being serious. And it really annoyed her.

"That's an easy deal," Aaron said with a frown. Compare to the deal he made with his mother, Anna's task is quite simple and easy to finish. "You can just say yes to Kyle and ding ding ding! Mission accomplished."

Anna gave her brother a piercing glare, "Brother, I wouldn't do that just because of a car. It might be one of our mother's test or something." Anna can never be too sure when it comes to her mother. "Besides, I'm not in a rush to be in a relations.h.i.+p with Kyle. You never know if he suddenly changes his feelings or something."

"We're talking about mom, so I understand. But do you really have to say that? Even though I don't like Kyle, I can see that he is being serious with you."

"Brother, life is life, anything can happen." Her previous love is a bad experience for Anna, and her being cautious in this new love is something that n.o.body should blame her for. Getting hurt again is what Anna wants to avoid as much as possible.

"Ugh. Why do you sounds to bitter? It's hard to believe that you like Kyle if you talk like that." Since Aaron is focusing on the road, he can't look at Anna straight in the eyes. Sometimes it really bothers him whenever Anna talks like that, but he can never ask her that since he knew that Anna would never answer him.

After a long drive, Anna and Aaron finally arrived at their destination. The old mansion of their family. It has been a long since any of the family members ever stepped foot on this mansion. And her grandfather never talks about the old mansion.

Even in her past life, she is curious about the old mansion. Now that she is here, she is excited to go inside and explore every nook and cranny of the old mansion. She wonders if there is some kind of secret behind the old mansion.

"So, why did you brought me here, brother?" Earlier, her brother said to her that the place they are going to is where the fun is. And she wants to know what kind of fun her brother wants her to see.

"Well, it's up to you if you want to call it fun, but I can a.s.sure you that once you see it, you will be intrigued." The day Aaron got his car, he used it right away, but he did not know where to go. As he was wondering where to go, the old mansion of the Coleman family suddenly came across his mind.

He went to the old mansion and explored, and as he was exploring the place, he saw a very intriguing object. It caught his attention, he wanted to touch it, but he stopped himself since he also wants his sister to see it. That is why he decided to bring his sister today, here at the old mansion.
