REBORN: Revenge 414 Revenge 415: Let's Wait And See

"What? Why am I a part of this? When did I even agree to this idea?" When he heard the whole details from Josh, Aaron frowns. His day is already starting in a very badly and yet, they want him to work now? This early in the morning? 'How ridiculous.' He inwardly said.

"Uh, do you even have a choice?" Anna asked. Whether her brother agrees to help or not, he will still have to help. If he insisted on not wanting to help them then, Anna will have to use Leonardo Vendallin's name as a threat to him.

Knowing what kind of a person his sister is now, Aaron's lips twitched. He can't believe his mother's att.i.tude is now rubbing off on Anna. 'I really want my sweet and gentle sister back.' He inwardly cried.

"I don't," Aaron answered dejectedly.

"Good." Now that Aaron has no reason to not partic.i.p.ate in this hunt, Anna and Josh are getting more and more excited about what's about come. "Now, Josh, where do you think we should start looking?"

"We all should separate. My father would like to hide it in the most obvious spot anyways." According to his years of experience in playing this made-up game, Josh is sure that it will be easy for him to find it. "Aaron, you can search in that direction."

Josh specifically point his finger to where Nathalia is currently at, and of course, Aaron didn't sense anything from Josh's words.

"Okay, I'll go." Aaron said then, he looks at his sister and said, "Are you coming with me?"

"Nope." An immediate answer from Anna. "I'll go with Josh. He has a lot of experience in this, after all." Whether or not she didn't know about Josh's plan, Anna will still choose to stay with Josh. She heard from Josh that if they manage to find the box before the end of the day, they are allowed to keep whatever is inside it. And who is the best choice other than Josh? No one.

"Fine. Do whatever you want." Aaron is in fact happy that his sister is going to stay with Josh because no one is going to bother him whether he would go search for that box or not. Since the direction Josh told him to go to is sometimes his napping place, Aaron will take this opportunity to catch up on his sleep.

The three people, who were left behind stared at Aaron as he walks away from them. "Do you think they're going to be alright?" Zen asked.

"I don't know. Let's wait and see." After saying that, Josh turns around and starts to look around. As much as he wants to follow Aaron and see the drama he will have with Nathalia, Josh would rather find his father's invention.

It's more important because his father told him that it's the newest and probably the handiest technology that could be used in any mission. Since he is going to officially take part as a member of the organization soon, Josh would like to have that technology first before anybody else in the organization.

Nathalia has been searching and searching, however, she can't even see a glimpse of that box. She's starting to think that Josh was lying to her. By the minute, her excitement is dropping down.

"Where could it be?" She frustratingly said. "If I can't find it in the next thirty minutes, I'm gonna stop looking for it." It's still morning and she's already doing a lot of work, if she keeps this up, she's going to look haggard in the middle of the day.

Not looking to where she is going, she somehow b.u.mps into someone. She looks at that person and was about to apologize, but when she saw that person's face, she no longer has the urge to apologize. 

She turned around and acted as if nothing happened. She continued her search and as she does that, she keeps repeating Josh's word into her mind.

"Nathalia," Said the person behind her. Once again, she pretended as if n.o.body is around but her. "Hey, Nathalia, don't ignore me." He sounded like he is suffering. Nathalia wanted to turn around and see if he is actually suffering, but if she does that, she's only acknowledging that he is there behind her.

He continues to call her, he continues to tell her to stop moving around and listen to him. While he does that, she continues to do what she is doing at the beginning for thirty minutes straight.

By the minute, students are starting to arrive one after another, and they could see that Aaron is tailing behind her and kept on calling her name. In just a glance, Nathalia can already tell what they are thinking. 'They must be thinking that I'm having a lover's quarrel with Aaron.' She inwardly said.

As Nathalia is still not turning her attention to him, Aaron's patience is starting to run out.

When he couldn't handle it any longer, he held Nathalia's wrist and managed to make her face him. He did that gently, he didn't want to do the same thing he did to Nathalia the other day. Forcefully pulling her is not very gentlemanly of him.

His mother kept on nagging him about that.

Now that is has come to this, Nathalia gently pulls herself away from Aaron then, she looks at him. "Aaron, please don't do unnecessary things in front of other people. I don't want to cause another rumor about you and me."

In Aaron's understanding, Nathalia doesn't want to be in the same rumor as him or doesn't want to do anything with him anymore. That thought stabbed him greatly, he can't stand it.

"Since that's the case then, follow me. Let's talk." If Nathalia doesn't want to be seen by other people then, Aaron would gladly change their location to someplace there is no one around as long as he can talk to her.

He pulled her away from the people, and this time, he did it in a gentle way.
