" Silent are we, at least you all have some shame, but destroying my courtyard. Now i dare say there are some mental issues to be looked at. Surely there is a need to exercise these demons that have possessed you...

Now I am no exorcist but i surely will seek compensation for the damages incurred to my property. So come forth the culprits..."

Some among the crowd started to waver as they heard the words of Taf. Maybe he too was also a victim of someone else's schemes. However, in the house, someone could not contain her laughter as she heard his words.

" I should have figured he would cast himself as the victim. The textbook role reversal, simple yet quite effective when used correctly."

May chuckled as she watched all that unfolding from inside the dwelling...

" You receive compensation, look at my d.a.m.n house you b.a.s.t.a.r.d...!!!!"

Taf words caused Malnor's rage to ignite to the peak as he pointed at the pile of rubble that was now his dwelling.

Hearing his enraged shouts and following his hand that pointed to a smashed building that wreaked of smoke, Taf looked up...

" Oh, i see..."

Scratching his chin Taf observed what was left of the wreck. He paused before again giving his attention to Malnor whose face became redder by the seconds...

" So my friend you are also a victim of these vandals and their seemingly antisocial behavior, shouldn't we be brothers equally seeking compensation for damages done, well maybe not so much equal seeing what remains of your dwelling is dust, but still...."

There Taf stood seemingly befuddled by the reaction of Malnor...

" You're really starting to p.i.s.s me off kid, now stop uttering bulls.h.i.+t. Why the h.e.l.l did you destroy my house..?"

The fuming Malnor could not help but shout as the youth with dark dreads acted oblivious to the situation he faced...

" Why the h.e.l.l are you asking him anything Malnor, beat the b.a.s.t.a.r.d to a pulp..."

A yell came from the crowd who had gathered, obviously annoyed by the stall in the proceeding...

" Hmm, are you an idiot my friend? I am guessing contrary to your persona at the moment, you are a cool-headed individual. Look at us both, what would you say is our main difference? It is so obvious a blind man would seek refuge from its glare..."

Taf didn't pay much attention to the crowds yell but was seemingly as cool as a cuc.u.mber. As he watched the fuming Malnor soon he saw a change in his expression as he looked at him from head to toe...

" Wait.., you haven't started cultivating as of yet?"

It finally dawned on Malnor as he felt no qi being emitted from the youth with dreads. As he spoke the crowd too did come to the same revelation...

" See I knew you were a smart individual, I am but a new recruit yet to have a grasp on this cultivation world. So if this is the case, how would someone in my position do damages on such a scale huh?"

As Taf spoke Malnor paused for a moment and as he thought about Taf's words they indeed did make sense...

" Guess I was indeed mistaken.."

Malnor spoke somewhat apologetic while he responded to Taf...

" Brother we all make mistakes right but remember we all are apart of a sect.."

Taf started off in a speech first speaking to Malnor then the crowd on a whole who were seemingly drawn by his words...

" Let us not turn on one another by the whims of others, let's not cast a stone on our brothers and sisters before they are fairly judged. I may be but a new recruit but beneath these optimistic eyes, I see that there is more to being apart of this sect than this. What do you say, my fellow members....?"

A sincere smile began to form on Taf's face as he spoke, soon heads began to bow in slight shame as they all agreed what had spoken did make much sense. Seeing this Taf knew he had indeed hit his mark with his audience.

" Now to wrap it up.."

He thought as he continued with the look upon his face...

" You know, even those vagabonds that destroyed my courtyard, I forgive you as one day we might be on the battlefield and by some indirect means, my poor wretched life might be saved by your selfless sacrifice...."

As Taf's smile resembled that of a saint and his seeming ignorance to the real world by his words were noted, the crowd seemingly became more soften by his ignorant bliss.

" My name is Martin, allow me to help with the restoration of your courtyard, these are but minor inconveniences for a person such as myself..."

A man of somewhat large built came forward from the ma.s.ses offering his a.s.sistance...

" My brother your rewards will be grand in the heavens..."

For the first time, Taf genuinely smiled as his speech gains even surprised him...

" Let me also help, brother, My name is Tena and i would love to be of a.s.sistance. We are from the same sect after all.

A woman of average appearance too made her way forward...

" Sister there is something divine about a giving heart, if each of my thanks were merited equally to that of an Lqs, you would be awarded millions..."

As Taf spoke more and more persons came forward to offer their a.s.sistance in helping with his restoration.

" Brothers and Sisters, I think we are forgetting someone in direr need of a.s.sistance. Since I am surrounded by such generous hands, let's all give it to the one who needs it the most. My brother over there..."

Taf now pointed to Malnor who remained quiet through the whole ordeal...

" Brother thank you I am Malnor, I misjudged you and spoke some harsh words, I offer my apologies..."

An ashamed Malnor then hurried over to Taf being quite sincere...

" Being human means we all are flawed brother Malnor, but also being human means we are able to see and rectify these problems. Please, everyone, call me Taf.."

Taf then gave Malnor a firm pat on his back, out of the two you would think he was the one in his late 20s and also at the 9th stage of qi condensation.

Soon everyone hurriedly exchanged their contacts with Taf and contrary to how the whole affair started there were laughs and smiles all around...

" Ah, tomorrow drinks are on me Taf..."

Malnor laughed as he left seemingly forgetting his destroyed dwelling...

" Brother after what you have gone through I think i will be the one buying.."

Taf once more patted the Malnor's back before showing him the door. As Malnor was the last to leave of the group a person's footsteps could be heard...

" You know you are something else, you even had me in awe., you sure have your way with an audience"

As May spoke she had a seat next to Taf who currently sat in a relaxed stated...

" Hehe, for a second I actually believed I was really the victim."

He replied as he watched her wrapped her silver hair neatly with the ribbon...

" Now i think it's time you got to understand the real meaning behind what occurred. To ensure there are no more unforeseen events I think we should use the s.p.a.ce stone when training henceforth..."

As May spoke her necklace glowed pulling both herself and Taf within...

????????

Within the clouds above hovering were three individuals, there they were observing all that occurred...

" How can a child wield the heaven's tribulation, should that even be possible?"

If Taf were to hear the voice that spoke, he would recognize it as the elder who questioned him within the gathering. Try as he may he couldn't have seen her face but here She was a beauty whose hair was as fiery as Malgrey...
