His strength had reached the seventh meridian, and his body had improved after being battered by the Abyssal Demon. w.a.n.g Ling's state at the moment is better than he had ever been; in fact, he was so strong at the moment that he doubted if there were any limits to his strength.

He is at the seventh meridian, and he had already grasped how to manipulate s.p.a.ce. He had spent his time when he was alone in this world rather nicely, and he can now trouble in-between s.p.a.ce granting him faster speed.

The in-between s.p.a.ce is known as [Spatial Road]; it is but a simple path that Immortals Traverse from time to time. Also, he had done some pretty outrageous things while he remained alone in this isolated layer, he had already gained access to the fourth innate martial technique of the heaven and h.e.l.l wall.

w.a.n.g Ling was already multiple times stronger than most Immortals at this point. He is not mere Immortal; he is becoming the true embodiment of power. But in the face of Xiao Yu, he was nothing but a Grandchild.

"How are you, w.a.n.g Ling? Your wounds, I need to examine your body, I have seen the Demon stabbing you from behind!"

"I am fine. I have already taken care of it; such things are now fully healed. I don't mean to ask you all of a sudden, but might I ask Grandmother about some things first?"

w.a.n.g Ling and Xiao Yu faced one another. Both of them exchanged gazes, and Xiao Yu noticed his gaze she was prepared to ignore him, but w.a.n.g Ling had his Chaos Qi emerge from within his body.

Xiao Yu's hands trembled as she prepared to go down on her knees only to be stopped by w.a.n.g Ling who stared at her eyes and asked a simple question, "This Qi, you know of it don't you? The Holy Lord bloodline, you have seen it before, you know of its origin and its properties, don't you, Grandmother?"

Showing a smile, Xiao Yu nodded her head, "I do, My Lord." Her words s.h.i.+fted and w.a.n.g Ling creased his brows. He did not appreciate such words coming from her Grandmother.

"Do not refer to me as such, you are my Grandmother, the Mother of my Mother, you have the right to call me what usually does."

Taken aback by his words, Xiao Yu showed a kind look she used to have, "Well, if you say it like that it is rather a good thing, I don't like bowing my head anyway. So, may if you still treat me as your Grandmother let us put this off for the time being we need to return to the Celestial Spirit Realm on the way I shall answer your questions do not worry."

Xiao Yu waved her hand and called upon Yan Renhuo.

"La.s.s, we are to leave now."

"Yes, Mistress Xiao."

In front of Xiao Yu, one of the most influential people of the whole Realm, Yan Renhuo was courteous. Xiao Yu, her name bore the wait of the Xiao Clan. Xiao Jianfa met her in the Origin Realm where the Xiao Clan was initially built, and the only reason why the Xiao Clan is in the Celestial Spirit Realm is because of Xiao Yu's simple request.

The entire story is unknown, but the people of the Origin World is mysterious and beyond the understanding of ordinary people. The people of Origin World are only known to a select few of the Realm, and their existence is too mystifying.

According to Legends, when the Celestial Spirit Realm was unchained by w.a.n.g Wudi and was wrought with wars between the Holy Path, Devil Path, and the Abyssal Demons, it was the people of the Origin World who descended upon the lands to quell the anger of the world.

Their interference gave the people of the Celestial Spirit Realm leeway to cultivate and increase their strength so they could protect themselves. It was here that the legend of the two paths' fight between the Abyssal Demons started.

But only a few knew of such legend. w.a.n.g Ling believed this so-called legend as it granted him the ability to comprehend what happened in between the years when the world was wrought with chaos.

When the all-powerful Celestial Realm cultivators died, the gap from the history would be filled if this turns out to be true so, w.a.n.g Ling believed it. The holes that must be filed had been supplied the moment he learned of this truth.

The three of them flew up to the sky and with Xiao Yu's High-G.o.d cultivation, she opened a path for them to leave the Black Dragon's Final Battlefield.

From what Xiao Yu could see, this is the end of the Black Dragon's Final Battlefield, and everything should be destroyed in a month; that also includes the people inside.

But, Xiao Yu couldn't care less for these people. They are not one of hers, so why bother trying to save them?

This whole Realm will collapse under the pressure of its own s.p.a.ce. Without its regulator, which was the Black Dragon, this will come to be sooner or later. And so, the three stealthily escaped the Black Dragon's Final Battlefield, but they didn't need to step to the Lower Heaven as they directly popped escaped to the Cosmic Road.

w.a.n.g Ling finally got to see the stars from a different perspective. On the bottom of w.a.n.g Ling's feet were different colors that create a path to different worlds.

The varied colors were stunning, but the three of them caught sight of the invisible path that cannot be seen by anyone else.

"Rarely does it happen, but it seems like the both of you can see it; that line you are seeing is the [Union Line] only the people of the Origin World and some of the Celestial Spirit Realm can see it. Come, I shall take the both of you home."

This is the path they would need to traverse to reach the world that should not exist, the Celestial Spirit Realm. Xiao Yu brought them with her with ease.

Their journey for the Celestial Spirit Realm shall last a whole week before reaching their target.

What can be a journey that stretches to months, with Xiao Yu's help it was significantly reduced to seven short days.

w.a.n.g Ling did not forget his original plan to question Xiao Yu regarding her knowledge, but before he could, he caught sight of a familiar figure running along the same path as they were.

A flowing white hair and a glowing beastly aura. Her figure had already been etched in the mind of w.a.n.g Ling before and even though she wore tattered white robes, she could still make out who it was.

"Xue!"

He cried aloud to get the attention of the maiden ahead. Xiao Yu also recognized her figure and then stopped dead on her tracks.

Bai Xue stopped and turned to see who it was who called upon her name.

Her eyes caught sight of three figures, but the only who stuck to her was the visage of w.a.n.g Ling. And her frown turned into a smile, she kicked the ground and summoned strength unimaginable for someone at her level.

"My dear husband!" she yelled aloud as she hugged w.a.n.g Ling.

w.a.n.g Ling, on the other hand, felt a pang in his heart.

From the bottom of his heart and soul, he shed a single tear as he held her tightly in her arms, "Xue." He whispered so tenderly.

But on the back of his mind, w.a.n.g Ling questioned, [Who are you?]
