Sous Chef Arthur might still be young but he already made it big in the culinary world. Whenever customers sit down at his table, Arthur always makes sure to impress them with great tasting food and amaze them with his fantastic performance. However, it seemed like he met his match today. Who would have thought that among the guests sitting in front of him, the youngest one whom he expected to be the first person to be overwhelmed by his tricks, looked bored and disappointed. Exactly the opposite of what was usual.

When he saw the facial expression of the CEO w.a.n.g's daughter from the corner of his eyes, he saw that she had no trace of even the slightest awe on her face. Arthur suddenly felt that in the little girl's eyes, his charm and skills were not good enough. But instead of getting offended, the sous chef took Europa's reaction as a challenge. He became even more determined to show his incredible performances, the ones that made his name reknowned in the gastronomy field. 

"Hey, little miss. Do you like shrimps?" He asked Europa as he put the spatula away and replaced it with a razor-sharp knife. 

Europa first glanced at the chef then to the knife in his hand before s.h.i.+fting her gaze to her uncle. 

"Go ahead. Give the chef an answer." w.a.n.g Yuvin said to Europa when it took Europa a while to reply. 

Upon hearing her uncle's words, Europa gave her uncel a mixture of innocence and curious look. 

"I don't like shrimps, Mr. sushef. I want apple tart! Will you please feed me that instead of shrimp?" 

Europa's honest reply made the chef laughed heartily. For a moment he was worried that his skills were not impressive enough for the young miss. But the truth was she just simply did not like the food. 

"Europa, you really got the guts!" w.a.n.g Yuvin can only give himself a gentle facepalm. It seemed like when it came to food, Europa knew no bounds. 

"I am sorry, young miss. But I dont have the ingredients to make an apple tart right now. Also, I only plan on serving fried desserts." The chef sounded very apologetic. 

Europa slightly frowned, but her mood instantly became better just by hearing the word desserts.

"It is alright, Mr. Sushef! I think your fried desserts taste as good a as apple tart." 

"Of course young miss!" The sous chef replied with a big smile. 

After the short conversation between Europa and the Sous Chef, the culinary show continued smoothly with everyone enjoying the performances and food taste.

"Thank you, Gianna. Please continue with the surveillance. Inform me if there's a new update." w.a.n.g Reiji just finished talking with Gianna. When she got inside her room, she first checked her phone to get rid of her thoughts in the past. She then saw a lot of messages and missed calls which majority were from Gianna and some were from Hanzo's number. Sensing the urgency from the amount of missed calls, w.a.n.g Reiji immediately made a call back. She chose to call Gianna considering the number of times she called as well as the number of her messages. She thought that Gianna might be in danger since she was staying with the suspected enemy. Thankfully,  Gianna was not in a difficult situation and was actually with Hanzo. 

After hearing the combined reports of Gianna and Hanzo, w.a.n.g Reiji felt relieve knowing that the people they allowed to set foot inside their villa were the good guys. However, she was also anxious that the people who w.a.n.g Yuvin came across with were already on the move. But since

she was occupied for the entire day, she had no choice but to rely on Hanzo and Gianna for the mean time.

A gentle knock at the door interrupted w.a.n.g Reiji's train of thoughts. She quickly collected herself, ready to face the person outside her room. 

"CEO w.a.n.g, the gowns you ordered from Flambeau has arrived." It was Ai who spoke."

"Oh, come in. The door is open." w.a.n.g Reiji instructed. 

Hearing w.a.n.g Reiji's command, Ai opened the door. Behind her were two bodyguards who carried boxes containing the gowns w.a.n.g Reiji will be using for the commercial filming.  

"Please put the boxes in my walk-in closet." w.a.n.g Reiji said to the bodyguards. She then turned her head to Ai and gave her instruction. 

"Ai, could you please help me prepare the gowns for the commercial shoot later?"  

"Of course, CEO w.a.n.g." Ai quickly replied and excused herself before heading to the walk-in closet.

w.a.n.g Reiji thanked the modest servant before she dismissed her and the bodyguards. When she was already alone in the room, she decided to give her a.s.sistant a phone call. But it seemed like Rentao sensed her intention and was now calling her number.

"Rentao? Are all preparations done? I want the commercial shoot to start and end without much hustle." w.a.n.g Reiji immediately spoke as soon as the lines got connected. 

"Everything has been taken care of, CEO w.a.n.g. You need not worry. Besides, the marketing team and I will be accompanying you to the set." Rentao's tone brought ease to w.a.n.g Reiji's mind.

"Thank you, Rentao. I shall end the call now. I need to return to the dining hall before the two chairmans become suspicious of my actions. I'll see you later." Having said that, w.a.n.g Reiji did not wait Rentao's reply and abruptly ended the call. She then kept her phone inside the drawer before throwing a quick glance at the gowns she will be using for the commercial shoot later.

"Once the commercial is out, there is no turning back. I must prepare myself to welcome the changes and enemies that will be brought upon us by this grand move. " w.a.n.g Reiji mumbled to herself as she glided her way out the room, unsure of whatever lies ahead of her and her family. But she was sure of one thing though, she cannot allow herself to fail and fall.
