Kamui is no longer the same guy earlier, he lost his humanity. His eyes no longer retain their humanity and only darkness and malice retained to his consciousness.

I furrowed my eyebrows as I look at Kamui's new look. Before we can even react, Kamui already managed to dash forward and reappear in front of me.

The voice of Kamui was deeper and a bit filled with malice. Is this the result of his malice awakening? Still, his voice seemed to be familiar. The only thing is that I forgot where and when I heard that voice before but I know that it was still a recent activity.

Asuza rushed towards us and cast a healing spell to us.

"What is the plan Asuzsama?" Ryoji asked.

Asuza flicks her arms and two whips appeared in her hands. The whips' end are all shaped like the head of a snake and they looked like they were about to move if used to whip something but I doubt an animated item can move without any mechanism or magic.

Ryoji closed his eyes and his pistol suddenly glowed red. Like how Moonlight does in her bamboo sword, Ryoji's pistol morphed into a hand cannon and merged itself to Ryoji's hand. These guys are showing off their capabilities to morph normal items into magical items. Still, I don't need to get jealous because I can still use magic with a little limitation than them who are always limited to mana whenever they use magic.

Kamui dash forward, with his two arms formed in a fist. Those fist is gleaming with danger just by looking at it from plain view. But I did not sense any fear and nervousness from Asuza. Without batting an eyelid, Asuza runs forward while wielding the two whips around.

As soon as Asuza reached into the range of Kamui, the snake-shaped whips glowed red and their tips suddenly move on their own. Holy f*ck, those whips are snake whips?! Kamui slams his fist to Asuza but she just dodges away with ease and counters the attack of Kamui with a whip from her two whips in rapid succession causing Kamui to groan in pain.

I saw an opening immediately and since Asuza is still in the way, I run straight to the wall and did my momentum in a good angle so that Asuza won't be able to get caught by my attack.

"Fireball!"

At the same time, Ryoji pointed his cannon arm to my fireball, angle it a bit and released a cannonball out. It was perfectly angled that it collides with my fireball. The whips started to grow bigger than what it originally looked like and the heads of the snake started to grow bigger which makes them look like a menacing snake, ready to devour anyone that blocks its way. Is this the real power of a Magician Councilor?

The snakes moved on its own and rushed towards Kamui and bit his two hands. Then, Asuza looked at us.

"Deal the final blow! Destroy the bamboo sword!"

Wait, what? Destroy the bamboo sword? Then what the heck is the point risking our lives to deal damage on him if the only thing that can defeat this guy is just destroying his main weapon?!
