Xei Weihui had joined the office in suburbs and had stopped with every activity from her side. Her younger brother was aware of it and they would meet often to know about Feng Zhantian. 

It was a year later after Cai Xin's death that Feng Zhantian visited that suburb. There he met Xei Weihui. She seduced him with mixing a drug in his drinks and ended up having him stay with him for a period of three days, which she said others that it small romance. Feng Zhantian left her and was confused when she came to him that she was pregnant with his child. She told him to take her responsibility. Instead Feng Zhantian was utterly disgusted by this news. He asked her to abort the child and said that she shouldn't think of getting that child near him. He only loved his daughter, Feng Xinying.

Xei Weihui was angered beyond words. She went to give birth to the child in secret but Feng Zhantian had come to know about it and the child was forced into adoption. 

She was bitter beyond words and was now looking for permanent damage to Feng Conglomerate. Her opportunity came Feng Zhantian once again visited the suburb years later. There she told him that she had abandoned their love child only because he wanted and that she was the sister of the woman who was killed in that accident. She convinced Feng Zhantian that wanted to take care of Feng Xinying because she felt responsible for her in many ways.

Feng Zhantian was convinced looking at the fact that she had waited so long for him. Little did he realize that the day he would marry Xei Weihui, his daughter would leave him. 

For Xei Weihui it was a victory. But for Feng Xinying it was a narrow escape, a blessing in disguise because she wanted to kill Feng Xinying. 

Staying in the Feng Mansion gave her access to all that she had ever wanted. 

Now her target was Feng Zhantian whom she started killing slowly. She would give him poison in minute doses every other day. Five years later Feng Zhantian died because of a heart attack. 

In the meantime, she had thought that her nephews would bring Feng Conglomerate down, but they came to know as to how their mother was killed. Xei Weihui's younger brother didn't reveal her name when the brothers interrogated him and was killed by them. The brothers thought it was the uncle who was behind all this. It was much later that they came to know that there was actually someone else who was pulling strings behind the curtain. Xei Weihui had managed to stay very quiet behind all this. 

In Xie Yuansheng's past life, she had exploited his emotions and love for her aunt to the extent that he would punish Feng Xinying everyday.

She was happy that Feng Zhantian had left a lot of money to her and she could now splurge. Now all she wanted to do was find her daughter and give her rightful place. Her only regret was that Xie Yuansheng had fallen in love with Feng Xinying and she came to know about it when he married her. With Xie Yuansheng being so loyal to his wife these days, she found it impossible to do much against her for the fear that he might become suspicious.

When she found Ru s.h.i.+s.h.i.+, she wanted to bring her to the Feng Mansion, but Ru s.h.i.+s.h.i.+ had attempted to murder Feng Xinying and Xei Yuansheng unfortunately, after she had come to know that she was her stepsister. 

Xei Weihui had tried to cover her tracks in her own way, but Feng Xinying was just too brilliant. She discovered Ru s.h.i.+s.h.i.+'s game and denied her entry into the Feng Mansion. 

Xei Weihui had tried her best to bring Ru s.h.i.+s.h.i.+ into mainstream in order to get the status of being Feng Zhantian's daughter in front of the society but she was just going down only because of her addiction for drugs. 

It was the last straw when Xie Yuansheng got Ru s.h.i.+s.h.i.+ arrested. This was the last blow to her. How dare he touched something that was so precious to her? 

She made a plan to bring the coupled down with one blow. She exploited the fact that Feng Xinying wasn't exposing herself in front of the Feng Conglomerate only because she wanted to prove her worth. And now because she wanted to become a big star, she wasn't telling anyone about her true ident.i.ty. What a stupid girl? 

Xei Weihui used that opportunity to stake claim for her daughter into Feng Conglomerate. 

She stood in front of Xie Yuansheng. "I was the person who killed Feng Xinying's mother," she whispered in his ears. "Your mother too got killed. Very sad… but you see small p.a.w.ns do get killed when the queen strikes. Your mother was just a p.a.w.n in the game!"
