Feng Jianyu approached her and stroked his hand gently on her head, "Mei, what happens? Are you not feeling well?" his voice sounded soft yet seductive.

'eeeeee…. Again this loving att.i.tude! Please fight with me Monster headache, I'll be more comfortable that way!' she cried inwardly thinking to herself.

"Mei… I asked you something" Feng Jianyu keeps on stroking her head like coaxing a frightened kitten.

Taking a deep breath she turned to face him. Looking at her pitiful expression, Feng Jianyu tried hard not to laugh at her. 'Poor Mei…. I'm sorry for my behavior! But what can I do? Jealousy outstrip my brain that night, so I decided to punish you by showering lots of love on you…'

"First tell me, What are you doing here? Are you following me?" Xiu Mei asked narrowing her eyes.

Feng Jianyu chuckles, "Why would I follow you? Did you forget I co-own this hospital along with Brother w.a.n.g s.h.i.+?" He pointed his finger towards the people standing behind him at a distance, "I came with my team for inspection"

Xiu Mei tilted her head to check; indeed some people in business suits were standing a little farther from Feng Jianyu as if waiting for him.

People that came along with Feng Jianyu "…."

They were looking at their boss with a bewildered expression as this was the first time a woman is seen around their Boss. But to their dismay, Feng Jianyu's broad back is hindering their vision, making it impossible for them to see her face.

An hour before they were inspecting a potential land for their next project when Feng Jianyu received a phone call.

It was the call from one of his most trusted man to whom he has planted inside Phoenix Enterprises as a security guard to keep him updated on Xiu Mei's entry and exit timings. When he informed Feng Jianyu that Xiu Mei has headed towards the city centre, it didn't take him a minute to realize that she is heading for People's Hospital again.

After hanging up the phone he dragged his whole team to the hospital without any explanation.

Xiu Mei replied, "Fine! Carry on with inspection!" Feng Jianyu stopped him, "You didn't answer my question…Are you not feeling well?"

Xiu Mei "…"

'No… How can I be fine when you're living inside my house along with your monkey brother? I'm here to get you out of my villa before something worse happens!' she thought, looking at him indignantly.

"Hmm! I'm not feeling well." Holding her head she replied, "My stomach aches!"

"If your stomach aches than why are you holding your head?"

She pulls down her hand to her stomach, "Sorry! My headaches"

Feng Jianyu "…."

"Mei... Now you are holding your stomach!"

"Arghh… Both my stomach and head are hurting! You got any problem?" Feeling irritated, she snapped at him.

Jianyu's brows wrinkled, "I think you seriously need a doctor before this problem exaggerates anymore! Let go and talk to w.a.n.g s.h.i.+"

Xiu Mei "…."

'What's with this man? Why does he want to come with me? How am I supposed to talk to Dr. w.a.n.g in this monster's presence? This is the height of being clingy!!' she huffed cursing Feng Jianyu inwardly.

"Feng Jianyu I can go myself, you please carry on with your work." Xiu Mei faked a smile, "Your team is waiting for you!"

He pondered, "You are right! I should not let my team wait" Xiu Mei gave a sigh of relief hearing this.

Feng Jianyu took out his phone to inform a member of his team, "Everyone is dismissed! We will continue this later" He hanged up the phone as he looked at Xiu Mei with a smile, "Happy?"

Xiu Mei pulled a long face, 'This man is very bad for my blood pressure! Soon I'll become the permanent patient of this hospital!'

"Mei… I'm waiting!" Feng Jianyu snapped his fingers to get her attention. "Let's go" she replied as she strode towards the entrance while Feng Jianyu was following behind her.

INSIDE DR. w.a.n.g s.h.i.+'s CABIN

Xiu Mei knocked on the door before entering inside. w.a.n.g s.h.i.+ got shocked upon finding Xiu Mei enter inside his cabin as he looked up from his laptop towards her. 'Oh, G.o.d! Did the nurse fail to stop her at the reception? Jianyu will kill me if I say anything wrong!'

"Hey Mei! What a pleasant surprise! How are you?" w.a.n.g s.h.i.+ asked with a tentative smile that builds as surprise sinks in. Xiu Mei didn't give any reply and quietly sits down at the patients' chair beside the doctor.

Before he could ask something for her abrupt behavior, Feng Jianyu followed after Xiu Mei without giving any knock. He enters like a regal king and sits down on the chair opposite w.a.n.g s.h.i.+'s desk in a laid-back position.
