All the communication is done through her young a.s.sistant Bai Xin. She herself communicates with her boss through emails and phone call to take instructions.

In the conference room, the masked lady was surrounded by a group of country's top lawyers, company's legal representatives, and few executives.

They received an overnight notice for this emergency meeting to discuss an important matter that can affect the company's reputation in the market.

"President, Infinity Software is a product of Feng Corporation and has been in their product portfolio for seven years. Now all of a sudden if ROBOMIND- TECH will claim it's right on the product, it can backfire on us. We will be the laughing stock in the business circle for claiming rights on the product after seven years. n.o.body will believe in our claim!" The company's head of legal department spoke cautiously when he came to know that their President wants to file a legal suit against Feng's with respect to legal rights over Infinity Software.

"I agree with this. Moreover, it will be considered as an open war against Feng Corporation. Getting into the bad books of a big conglomerate like Feng Corporation is not beneficial for us." One of the executives voiced out his thoughts.

With this everybody turned their gaze at the masked lady, antic.i.p.ating for a response.

Rolling a black pen in between her fingers casually, she was holding her silence as if thinking about something. All the lawyers and company representatives sitting in the room were equally silent, holding their breath in fear of what decision their President will take.

It's not they are scared of their boss but today she seems to behave differently… her eyes were cold and indifferent, making them s.h.i.+ver involuntarily.

After a moment she took a deep breath and said, "I don't care… Send the legal notice to Feng Corporation. Tell them to either join hands with us and share the 70% profit with 8.3% compounded interest for seven years, of the money earned from Infinity Software till date. Plus, let go of Infinity Software permanently from their grasp. Otherwise, according to corporate law ROBOMIND- TECH holds the right to file a piracy, cheating and defamation case against them for using one of our unfinished products without prior permission"

Hearing this, for a one whole minute there was an awkward silence in the conference room and everybody stared at their expressionless President with a mouth wide agape. It's not they have doubt on her capabilities but a baby fish can't go against the blue whale, no matter even if the fish is baby eel or baby piranha. A whale is a whale and fish is fish…

"Huh? Join hands with ROBOMIND-TECH? 70% profit with 8.3% compounded interest for seven years? Let go of Infinity software permanently? Or face a legal suit? Aren't these things the most impossible when it comes to fighting against Feng Corporation, President?"

"President, considering our company's strict guidelines regarding the selection process of evaluating a company to work with, do you think Feng Corporation is worthy enough to work with us?"

"Exactly, looking through our previous work record, we have rejected every offer of working with private ent.i.ties due to their non-fulfillment of our mandatory CSR profit contribution"

"Feng Corporation's CEO Feng Jianyu is famous for being a ruthless businessman in the corporate circle. He will never entertain our demands and share profits with us and that too with 8.3% interest. It's too risky to mess with Feng Corporation when we don't have any proof that Infinity Software was our product"

"Considering our demand of asking Feng Corporation to give up on Infinity Software is also not feasible. It's already a dead product in the market after being outpa.s.sed by SIRIUS."

"I don't think fighting against a powerful company like Feng Corporation for a dead product is worth our money and efforts. We should drop the ideas"

"Exactly, President?"

"I think it will be in our best interest?"

"President, please reconsider!"

All the executives and legal department representatives started voicing out their opinions one by one. But among them, a man in his early forties was sitting quietly all this while. He paid attention to every opinion but didn't voice out his own. Being one of the first employees of the company to be personally recruited by the President, he is well versed with the working technique of the masked lady sitting right across him.

If she has decided to do something then even G.o.d cannot change her decision. But this time he was more curious to know what surprise she is hiding behind her mask.

When the masked lady heard all those opinions, she raised her head and unconcernedly drifted her eyes at the executives sitting in front of her for a brief second. Her eyes stopped at the man who hadn't spoken anything yet, and her brows perked up. "Hou Feng, You don't have any opinion?"

"No opinion! ROBOMIND-TECH is your company and I don't think our President needs to justify her decisions. If you have decided on something, I'm sure the decision must have reached after thorough research. All that we have to do is to wait and let the scene unfolds for the desired outcome." He answered blatantly, his expression showed his sincerity and trust in the President's decision. It caused the mouth of other executives to shut instantly.

After Hou Feng's reply, no other person dared to say anything after this as their eyes lowered in shame.

Satisfied by Hou Feng's answer she glanced at the other executives sharply, "Not only Feng Corporation will join hands with us, but he will also give up the owners.h.i.+p rights on Infinity Software. This is the best available option for Feng Corporation in the long run"

Her eyes devoid of any emotion and she didn't bother to explain herself anymore. Her actions speak louder than words. "Hou Feng, prepare a legal notice and send it to Feng Corporation Headquarters ASAP. I want to sign this deal within this month and see Infinity Software in ROBOMIND-TECH's portfolio."

She didn't forget about a certain someone, thinking about him her gaze turned malicious and an evil smile crawled on her lips. Her scary smile makes the executives scrunch in fear; even Hou Feng gulped watching her. "Hou Feng, after the matter with Feng Corporation, is solved you have to deal with another company, and possibly it will involve international laws of COUNTRY B."

Hou Feng nodded his head in affirmation; he understood the President is giving him an advance head on to go through the laws of COUNTRY B.

"Meeting adjourned!" Throwing the words, she tossed the pen on the table and proceeded to walk out of the conference room, the tik-tok sound of her heels against the marble floor only reflected the confidence of the lady who has walked out, leaving the dazed and puzzled executives gawking at each other.

Whereas Hou Feng smirked looking at the departing figure of the alluring girl to whom he met 5 years ago and that day become the best day of his life. Today if he is counted as one of the best lawyers of the country, the credit goes to her.

If the years back that teenage girl had not helped them, then instead of having a successful career he might be still rotting somewhere in the dungeon like place, among the dangerous mafia leaders, handling their illegal businesses.
