"You two… Bathroom!" Xiu Mei pointed.

Rong Xiang and Bai Xin rushed to hide inside the bathroom as Kong Da was about to come anytime.

It was no secret that Rong Xiang was Feng Jianyu's a.s.sistant, equally capable, dangerous and famous for his unparalleled loyalty for his boss. Whereas, Kong Wei had already seen Bai Xin in the club so she cannot take risk coming in front of any of them.

"Utilize this opportunity, but don't let me hear you" Hearing Xiu Mei's teasing comment from behind Rong Xiang's blushed furiously and Bai Xin gave him a side-eye "What are you blus.h.i.+ng for? XM is just being naughty, don't think there's any chance for you"

Rong Xiang raised his brows at the pet.i.te woman.

 Bai Xin widened her eyes when after closing door he pushed her against the wall. His hands rested beside her head almost threateningly, his eyes brooding down at her, his face so close that it touched the tip of her nose.

Bai Xin stared into his eyes like an a.s.sa.s.sin's sharp and intimidating eyes, but it seems the man was immune to her scary gaze. Before she could contemplate over the matter more, Rong Xiang cupped her cheeks, his lips captured hers for a light kiss.

Bai Xin was shocked, but the moment Rong Xiang's lips touched hers she felt something different for the first time. This man was gentle and careful unlike those men from European underworld from whom Xiu Mei saved her.

Unknowingly her hands reflexively wrapped themselves around his neck, as he let go of her cheeks and snaked his hands around her waist to pull her closer. She kissed him back but her kiss demanded pa.s.sion. The kiss was intended to be short but turned into a hot and intense.

"Robert, matcha tea for Mr. Kong Da and a black coffee for Mr. Kong Wei with a drop of sugarfree, he is highly diabetic," Xiu Mei said to the man who escorted them here, her gaze glued to the two men sitting across her.

"How do you know that I'm diabetic" Kong Wei felt surprised, just yesterday she kept on forgetting their names and today she is not only aware of their personal preferences but about his disease too. Surprisingly, only a handful of people are aware of him being highly diabetic than how come she knows.

Xiu Mei continued to stare at them as if looking at two clowns. She broke her silence, "Come to the point. My time is precious"

"Y-Y… ahem…" Kong Da cleared his throat and said, "Your today's presentation was mind-blowing. Undoubtedly this product would be a huge success when available in the market. R-tech's president is really a genius to come up with extraordinary ideas" In response, Xiu Mei rolled her eyes before glancing at her wrist.w.a.tch.

"I think you are here either to talk rubbish or tell me something that I'm already aware of. How about instead of wasting time with me, try saving Kong IT from bankruptcy" She said, disgust visible in her eyes as she sits back leisurely crossing her legs, "I just checked you lost 90% of the share value. If it was some other businessman he would have been working his a.s.s off to save hard-earned money of investors, but look at you… Utterly shameless"

"Miss. XM it's not like that" Kong Wei immediately retorted, hiding his fist that was balled in anger. His jaw clenched in and out as he tried hard not to pick the flower vase from the table and smash it on her head. "We know our company's value is nothing in front of R-Tech but you have no right to…."

"Cut it off. Just clear the purpose of your visit and leave" She snapped, "Stop pulling this façade in front of me. I know what you are" She said before pouring another cup of tea for herself. Her eyes lowered to check Feng Jianyuy's message on her phone asking if everything is fine on her side. She pressed a b.u.t.ton on her smart.w.a.tch to let him hear their conversation.

"Issue a statement that you are not holding me responsible for yesterday's incident anymore, it was a misunderstanding and the matter has been resolved between us" Kong Da spouted out.

"And what makes you think that I'll fulfill your demand?" She asked.

"How much do you want? We are ready to pay"

Xiu Mei scoffed at their face.

"Excuse me. I know my company is currently struggling with funds but that does not mean I can't pay you. Just tell me your price" Kong Da announced confidently.

"Alright! Pay me fifteen billion dollars and I'll do as you said" She answered casually, enjoying the rich flavors of tea. Unknown to them, this was the total amount along with the added interest that Kong's earned from Infinity software and she want it back.

"YOU b.i.t.c.h…. HOW DARE YOU? HAVE YOU….." Kong Wei bolted up from his seat and yelled. His words were interrupted when she raised her palm, "say one more word and I'll order my bodyguards to toss you over the shoulder and throw in the dustbin"

Upon seeing she has picked the remote control to summon the guards, Kong Wei gulped down the rest of the words before taking back his seat. He deliberately swayed his hand at the coffee cup in anger, cras.h.i.+ng it into pieces.

"A petty employee, who works their a.s.s off for a small amount of money every month, dares to speak fifteen billion dollars" Kong Da let out a sarcastic laugh, "Do you even know the number of zeros in the amount?"

"Nine zeros" Then she waved her hand in the air, "Anyway that's not important. Just a moment ago you asked me to quote the price then you lashed out at me knowing fifteen billion dollars is out of your limit. Have you guys left your brains at home before coming here?" Xiu Mei once again mocked them mercilessly.
