"You say that there will be benefits, but what about the costs? And how in the world are you going to prove that it will work?"

While I accepted only a limited amount of guests for the after-party, I calculated the number of delegations, not people. That was the only reason that allowed the Nadia to be in this place!

"While I did not create an item capable of harvesting yang essence, I can do it with ease, but it all depends on whether you will like the effects brought up by the one we have on hand. As for testing it, when we will be done with introductions, I would like to invite a single man from all of your delegations to accompany one of our cute girls to the private chambers, when they will test out the effects. I wouldn't dare to waste the time of all our esteemed guests, only to flaunt my crafting abilities!"

Even if it wasn't anything direct, I managed to hint them who in reality created all the weapons that they were so eager to buy just a moments before. As long as they valued relations.h.i.+p with me high enough, there wouldn't be any problems in widespread promotion of my 'Harvesters'!

"As for the benefits of using them, let's start with the most obvious one. Greater effects."

Grabbing one of the gla.s.ses from the platter that one of the girls was carrying around, I took a sip of the fine wine before throwing the cup behind me in a nonchalant gesture.

"As I said, using this item will bring better effects when two people use it separately than them f.u.c.k.i.n.g around for the sake of clas.h.i.+ng essences. As for why I can be so sure about it, well… I tested it out personally before even figuring out that I could promote it."

Moving back to the doors, I made sure that they are shut tightly before going back to the central point between the couches.

This time, I made a longer break. The words that I just said could be interpreted in diffrent ways, but no matter whether they thought that I spoke about morality or the spirit. In both cases, using the harvester could bring great effects, but without any medium to propagate the morality per se, I could only strike at the other meaning of the word.

"While I took a while to build up suspension, I think that most of you already realised what I meant. Yes. It would be far better to focus on the real training in the forbidden forest. This way they will learn that the ultimate price is death, not just watching your beloved be f.u.c.k.i.e.d by someone you lost to. What's more, with the exception of the geniuses, everyone will face both wins and losses in their life. And speaking from various experiences, I can tell you, that if someone will get to humiliate their opponent and then watch their significant other being ravaged, they will end up in worse state than if that situation never occurred!"

As I continued my preaching, I could feel my body tensing up as my own temperature raised when I imagined the situation in which either Baxhar or Veriel would lay down with Eve. Only with the powerful pull on the strings of my consciousness did I manage to hold myself back from erupting in rage on the spot, just from imagining this scenario!

"And let's not forget the most important thing to you all. Money."

This time,  I didn't hold back with the length of the break that I took. I simply moved back, rested on the back wall of the hall and waited for someone to pick up the only question that was left hanging in the air.

"What do you mean by that?"

This time, it was a representative of the wisdom ascendance sect. While they played the entire auction rather lowkey,  only fighting for the sword in the middle of the event, with all the purchases they made, I think they came out with the greatest benefits from all of the gathered sects. I guess the wisdom in their name didn't exclude financial shrewdness!

"I don't intend to sell those just for the sake of getting some small profit. What I'm going to propose to all of you here, is to acquire the rights to use all of the 'Harvesters' that I will produce. In other words, I invite everyone here to invest in the production of those items as well as research and development of the yang harvesters and new editions. When the products will be done, I would like to establish a joint area, where both male and female cultivators could leave their essence for a small price, while those interested in clas.h.i.+ng energies, would be able to obtain it without going as far as stealing someone else girlfriend!"

Explaining my idea, I smiled internally. So far, all of the businesses that I created and settled were aimed at making the profit in the long term instead of just racking up a fortune and falling behind the times. It was obvious that at this point, the ascending wisdom sect would be interested in buying the recipe as well as sole rights to craft and use my harvesters. Just a single look at the face of their representative was enough to see it! 

But in the end, it wasn't about making the money but generating, even more, favours with all the powers in the city, to make both me and Eve untouchable to the Katenaris. No matter how valuable she was to the family, without the help of the outside expert, they wouldn't be able to capture her against the will of the entire city!

"You said benefits… May I know what kind of remuneration are you looking for if we were to agree to invest in this business?"

Did I consider joining the naturals? I think I'm gonna change my mind any second. How could this guy ask just those perfect questions?
