Lu Xian Yu threw Nan Bohai to his men as if he was not heavy at all. It was as if Nan Bohai's weight became as light as a feather.

"You should be grateful that my wife is kind enough to leave your daughter alive. If something like this happened again, consider your family dead."

Nan Bohai couldn't do anything but to give up. Lu Xian Yu's position was too high at that moment and he also has the Wolf King's backing. In the end, he hardly accepted his loss. He couldn't take revenge for his daughter even if he wanted to.

After giving Nan Bohai a warning, Lu Xian Yu brought Li Bingbing in.

"The atmosphere here is not good for you and our children." Lu Xian Yu placed his hand on her waist, "Especially for you and the baby."

"Then should we go back?"

He nodded, "Yes, we should."

"I want to take a nap."

Lu Xian Yu kissed her temple before he released her. "Take all the rest you need. Just let me know if you need anything."

Li Bingbing went to their room to get some rest. While she was lying down on the bed, she suddenly remembered something. 

She went and opened the drawer to look at the red cards inside. It was her marriage certificate with Lu Xian Yu.

They may have married each other already but they decided to have a proper wedding ceremony and it was going to be held when they get back to China.

She picked the certificates and smiled. Who would have thought that one day, she was actually going to marry Lu Xian Yu?

Thinking back when she first met him, if she had made different life choices, would she end up meeting him? Would they still fall for each other? Will he be there during her dark times?

She couldn't think of the answers for that but one thing she knew was that she was in the present and that she loved him now.

She touched the ring that was on her necklace. If it weren't for Xia Sinian, would she still be in conflict with Lu Xian Yu?

"Sisi… I'm already married to him…" She mumbled to herself. "And I still can't believe it… Isn't he so persistent?"

She lied down and stared at the ceiling for a while. She raised the marriage certificates and look at it instead, a faint blush appeared on her cheeks and her lips curled up in delight.

Just then, Lu Xian Yu entered the room and saw her staring at their red cards, "You're looking at it again."

Li Bingbing huffed, "So? It's none of your business."

Lu Xian Yu smiled, "Are you that happy?"

"So what if I am?" Li Bingbing huffed. "Why are you here anyway?"

"To get some stuff. Shouldn't you be taking your nap right now?"

She placed the certificates on the side before she called for him, patting the s.p.a.ce beside her. "Come here."

Lu Xian Yu didn't question her, he obediently went to lie down beside her.

She snuggled to his side and smiled in content. She closed her eyes, "Stay here for a while, Xian Yu."

He gently smiled at her, wrapping his arms around her. "Okay…"

"Our children are going to be so bada.s.s." She suddenly said out of nowhere. "I'm glad that you decided to let them learn martial arts."

"It's for their own defense. Yun Che and Altair are one of my best men. Learning from them will be an advantage for the kids."

"I'm glad that you suddenly thought of it." She raised her head to look at him, "I want to learn too you know but I'm too old for that now."

He chuckled lightly, "That's fine, you have me to protect you anyway."

"Yeah..." She yawned softly. "I wish our next baby is a girl again."

"No, not a girl." If their next baby was going to be a girl again, it would become too hard for Lu Xian Yu. He already has a hard time taking care of Mengmeng and warding off evil boys from her, how much more if he had another daughter?

Li Bingbing pouted, "If we have a son, he'll be so naughty like you!"

Lu Xian Yu raised a brow at her, "Me? Naughty? Look who's speaking!" He was rather behaved!

"I'm not naughty..." Pouted Li Bingbing. "I'm the most decent girl that you'll ever meet."

"Oh really?"

"Well... Maybe not, there's Meimei who's better than me when it comes in etiquettes."
