As I make way up the gla.s.s fitted elevator. I take a deep breath as I try to stop my breakfast from this morning coming up.

Walking with strength in my stride, I ignore all the stares from the office workers around me, as I make my way past the secretary who tries to stop me.

"Dylan... President is on an important call" She says while trying to block my path.

"Move out of my way. How dare you try and stop an owner from walking in his own home" I answer her coldy and with a bit a fear she moves out of the way.

Pus.h.i.+ng the large oak doors open, where the sign reads President lee.

I made my way into his office that screams mega wealthy.

As I enter, he raises his head and acknowledges my entrance as if he was expecting my visit today.

Putting a smile on his face, he speaks to the other person on the line, "President Wan, I will have to talk to you later. A very important person just walked in. I will call you later. Aha."

And proceeds to put down the responder.

"h.e.l.lo there Dylan. What can I do for you today?" He asks

"Well "Uncle" I see you are doing fine. Considering you failed coup attempt."

He scoffs, " Come on, Dylan. It's just business. Business and family never get along" as he stands making his way over to the bar pouring himself a gla.s.s whiskey.

He then proceeds to take a seat on the guest seating, motioning for me to do the same.

"Mr.Lee. My team finally finalized the report for my motor vehicle accident. " I say as he swirls the quarter filled gla.s.s cup and takes a sip, "And do you know what they found? Uncle?"

"Why don't you enlighten me?" He asks smirkingly

"They found that my breaks were perfectly consistent of an anti-lock and master cylinder failure."

"Is that not what our internal investigation concluded? It seems like your American contacts aren't as impressive as you thought" He said as he recalled how strict my team was when retrieving my vehicle from the Korean forensics department.

"You are right on that point. But the whole picture isn't drawn yet. My team found that it was perfectly consistent, that it was too perfect. You see the thing is Uncle, life is made of imperfections. The anti-lock system and master cylinder in my vehicle was designed to fail. I was just lucky that it happened now, it was a long term plan."

" 'Oh noo'" He mocks concern, "Who could have done that?"

"Well Uncle, Lenin once said, when it is not immediately apparent which political or social groups, forces or alignments advocate certain proposals, measures, etc., one should always ask: "Who stands to gain?", You see uncle you can stop playing the villain now. While I can say you stand in a position of benefit, you are not the one who gains most with my fall... It's someone else."

"Like who?" He asks testing how much I know

"Rothschild" I say blandly, It's the first time since entering his office that I finally get him to get a reaction from him as I see him grip the gla.s.s cup with full force.

"How do you know about them" He asks straightforwardly dropping all pretences.

"Weren't they ama.s.sing shares of S-Group for the past 2 decades? And aren't they the reason why the project which led to my expulsion, had miraculously suffered from sub grade production?' "

"But I still don't know why... I have a hit a wall... Something which I think only you can answer. Now please tell me why you are working for them?"

He smiles condescendingly, "Me? Working for them!?" He throws the gla.s.s filled with alcohol at the ground, causing it to shatter and shards to fly and leaving small cuts on his hands.

"Do you really think I will for one second bow my head down to those pieces of tras.h.!.+" He says as he rhetorically asks me.

"Then why try to force me out of the company ? 'Uncle'? And don't give me bulls.h.i.+t like protecting me. I want the truth."

"The truth, can you handle it?" He asks as he stares at me condescendingly waiting for an answer.

"I'm here now, aren't I?"

"Yes you are." He sighs heavily, "I suppose I owe it to Suzy"
