Zhander was taken aback. He didn't answer for a moment. His face contorted in confusion.

Droplet of sweat coated Zhander's nose and forehead even though his face remained expressionless. He stayed still, but his eyes were s.h.i.+fting left and right, fingers tapping on the table.

I knew he had gotten his feelings sorted by now.

"Why is it you that made me choose between you and Estela? Just like my previous girlfriends?" he asked more to himself.

I leaned back, feeling exhausted.

I stood behind the cold man and embraced his back, arms resting on his shoulders. Slightly bent, I pushed my full b.r.e.a.s.t.s against the warmth of his solid back and blew hot air behind his ear as he trembled.
