(Jane's PoV)

"Siji, White Army, come forth." I said in a low, lazy voice.

Blue flame marked the arrival of my army. Even Tom who had been standing behind my back got teleported on my left side, in front of me, complete with his uniform as the General of White Army. Siji's pony tail and robe swayed as he appeared from the blue flame, on my right side. The men were standing in rows and lines and left a big enough path for our guest to see me, the Master of White Army.

I was still in the same position, didn't move even just a bit even though fiery red flame appeared on my back and enveloped me in it. My robe appeared after the fire disappeared and honestly I was so satisfied seeing the look on their faces.

I knew that using blue flame as their entrance mark would create a powerful impact on our spectators. It was a bit exaggerated, but I was glad I did that. The expression they had on their face was priceless. It was worth my power and effort.

Compared to the greyish light emitted from the old man's army, my glowing White Army was so much better. From what I'd seen, it was a pity that even though that old man was so old already, he wasn't capable of unlocking the army's fullest ability. That grey light looked so dull that I found it hard to believe that they were one of ten mystical armies in Astral World.

It was too bad that there was limited knowledge about the other armies other than the names and origins.

"Old man, now you believe me? I don't know what you've been studying about during your meditation, but apparently you got trick by devils. Instead of gaining peace and calm mind, your inner self is destroyed slowly for feeding them with your corrupted heart." I sneered slightly.

"No wonder they can be so stupid." Tom shook his head in a fake concern.

"Old man, on behalf of your status as their Master, I'll let you go today. Just remember, don't make me caught you again for the same reason. I'm not that nice and patient."

Maybe he had already sensed that he couldn't win against me, or that his verbal accusation was proven wrong, the old man didn't say anything anymore and dragged his nephew back with him. Those men also disappeared after he ordered them to do so.

I only straightened my back after they had left. Red fiery flame reappeared on my back and my robe disappeared instantly.

"You guys can return. Thank you for coming here." I said to the men, and with a wave, I dismissed them.

The only one left was Tom who had returned to his casual outfit, and Siji who still looked like an ancient good-looking man. Sanji was still standing behind me and even though he had stayed silent this whole time, I could sense from the fluctuation of his spiritual power around him that he had prepared himself for a battle. After they had gone, the rapid flow of his spiritual power also returned to normal.

"Thank you." I smiled at him. "Now let's get inside. Siji, I want to ask you something." I said to Siji without looking at him.

Throwing myself onto the couch, I was getting ready to hear Siji's story, his knowledge about the ten mystical armies that I couldn't find in any book.

"To be honest, Milady, I have no idea as well." Siji said even before I asked my question.

I arched my eyebrow. "The old man looks so capable, but he couldn't even use the army to its fullest. I'm curious."

Tom, Sanji, and I stared at Siji in unison. He was the only one in our group who was knowledgeable. Even though he said he had no idea, I was sure he must have heard something.

Siji bowed his head and frowned as he tried to think hard about the possible reason. I remembered what he mentioned before, that he only met some of the other advisors, but he didn't really know about the condition of each army.

We waited but Siji shook his head even after he thought about it for a long time. "I'll scout some information outside, Milady." He bowed a bit.

"Ah well, if you can do that, it will be good. But, please be careful." I nodded at him. Being a soul didn't mean he was free from harm. That was why I asked him to be careful.

After Siji left, Sanji and Tom looked at me simultaneously. There was mixed emotion in their gaze, but I couldn't comprehend what it was. I failed to notice that it was our first time being together in a house without having to worry about how people perceived us. This villa was big and there was quite a distance to the closest neighbor. The previous commotion was a proof that no one would stick their noses in our business here.

Again, I failed to notice that.

I only knew they both shot weird gaze towards me.

"I'm going into my room." I stood up, breaking the eye contact I had with them. "Both of you should clean yourselves and take some rest."

Waving my hand at them, I entered my room and locked it. I sat down on my bed for a bit with my eyes stared emptily into one spot. I wasn't in a daze; instead it was my form of protection. I needed to know where the ghosts were. It wouldn't be funny if one of them appeared and disturbed me.

After confirming that the ghosts could only stroll outside and peek in the windows, I could finally feel relaxed. Taking my bathrobe with me, I went into the bathroom and turned on the tap. Hot and cold water filled the tub quickly. I also found some bath bomb on the shelves in the bathroom. Picking one with the smell of rose, I put it in the water. Minutes later, I had soaked myself in the tub.

All my taut muscles went relaxed as I leaned back and closed my eyes. The smell of rose permeated in the air. It brought a happy feeling inside as the romance side of me was being awakened. When was the last time I indulged myself in romance? I had a boyfriend, but because of the continuous occurrence that happened in my life, I couldn't have a normal date and normal romance story like any other girls at my age.

Did I still have time to have a normal love story? When would it be over? Maybe after my father had returned, maybe after that I could have a relatively normal romance story.

I wanted to go to a date with my boyfriend till late at night and had a kiss in front of my house under the shadows when he brought me back home.

I wanted to hold hands with him while he was leading the way in the carnival or festival.

Being the center of two men fought for my attention would also be good. Hahaha… I could imagine the struggle, though.

Well, talking about normal date, my only normal date was when I was still with Senior Rizal. Even though it was just for a short time, it was still quite a memory to remember.

I shook my head. Unfortunately, the one memory that I couldn't forget yet I refused to remember was my last time seeing him. The b.l.o.o.d.y scene would sometimes appear in my dream and my heart would feel dull on the next day. It was suffocating, yet I could do nothing to take care of it. I could only accept it and bear with it until I would feel nothing.

Well, enough with sad memory. The path in front of me was full of obstacles that I practically had no time to reminiscence about it and dropped my mood even further.

If I couldn't remember any of those happy memories, then might as well I took a nap. The water was still warm and the rose scent was enticing me to relax and… where was my sleepiness going?

One minutes I felt fatigue, but as soon as the smell of rose filled the air, something inside me knocking my heart softly. The water felt feathery with the help of that rose bath bomb, tickling my skin in sensual touch. I hummed softly. Since I was alone, I didn't think it was wrong to indulge myself in a s.e.xual pleasure all by myself.

A change of pace. Let's see. There was a lot happened after our last making love session in my house. Probably because of the stress and everything that only a mere thought of pleasuring myself made my breath ragged. Since it would be awkward for Sanji if we started humping like bunny in heat, I thought that I could pleasure myself; like that one time when Tom was still a spirit.

Totally not because I was too embarra.s.sed that Sanji was here in the same house as Tom and me.

I just needed a change of pace. Pleasure could be attained even without a boyfriend, right?

However, instead of pleasure, why did I only feel more frustrated?

The way my hands rubbed my skin didn't feel the same when Tom was touching me. Everything was so different, even the way I felt down there changed. What was wrong exactly?
