"Oh! Ohk! I got it!" Jacob smiled nodding his head slightly.

"Sarah already knows, what is to be done Jacob. She is medically fit, to give birth to a child as per her medical tests. So, its your turn to undergo certain tests to qualify now." The elderly lady smiled. 

"Ohh! So, what are the chances, that the process will be successful?" Jacob asked, feeling nervous again.

"Well, we dont want your expectation to be very high or very low. Just be optimistic. There have been times when people took several attempts, while some have even achieved it, in just one go." The doctor reasoned out. "So I can not really say, what are the chances. It also depends of qaulity of sperms and qaulity of eggs too!" Doctor shrugged her shoulder, stating the logical reason. 

"Ohh! I see! So first, I give the blood sample and then what do I do next?" Jacob asked getting up from his seat.

"Well, then you deposit your sperms. Our lab a.s.sistant will, guide you in the process. Please go to the adjoining laboratory room. In case all your tests are clear, we will use your sperms otherwise we dispose them off and make sure to inform you, in both senarios." The doctor smiled and soon Jacob left the room entering the adjoining room. 

The blood sample was easier to give than the sperm sample. The boy was given a box by a nurse , in which he had to deposit his sperms. He was made to sit inside a vacant room, with a small sitting in one corner. 

Jacob looked down at his manhood in confusion. "How do I just make it stand like this? In such a boring room?" Jacob locked the door from above and looked at his p.e.n.i.s, again in confusion. "Gos.h.!.+ This is so awkward!!" Jacob peeked through the lense hole and saw the nurse standing just outside the door, looking at her watch. She was waiting for Jacob to do the task rapidly, so that she could take away the box. 

"Ohh!! Gos.h.!.+ So much performance pressure!! I never felt it, even when I was making out for the first time with Hanna. What will the nurse think if I take time to do it? That I am not a man? And if I do it too early? She would think I am an early climax, type of boy!!! That's insane!" 

Jacob quickly unhooked his belt and unb.u.t.toned his pants, dropping them on the floor. He looked at his underwear in hesitation and thought about it carefully for a second. "What should I think of, that makes it rise rapidly?"
