The CEO's Lovely Wife Chapter 133 - 133 Undescribable Feeling

The man just got himself punched. Because of the unexpected punch, he was not able to prepare himself and got knocked over, resulting in him to land on his b.u.t.t. The punch was abrupt yet full force that he can taste the metallic taste of blood from his gums. His felt his cheek and found it swelling and throbbing in pain. However, what was more painful was his stinging b.u.t.t. 

He looked at the man who just punched him with blazing red eyes. How can his luck be so bad today?

First, he was being sent to run some errands in his company like some lowly employees do when he was a currently already a manager. He did not even had the time to leisurely eat his lunch, but then while he was hurrying to buy something, he had b.u.mped into this man who was stupidly s.p.a.cing out in the middle of the busy street. He gave the foolish man who he b.u.mped into a good scolding to let out some steam and yet it was cut short by some stranger punching him in the face.

"Hmph!" The man who punched the burly man to the ground harrumphed and ignored him as if the burly man does not pose any threat to him. He then turned around and looked at Ma Rong with raised brow. 

"You okay there?" The stranger asked and checked on Ma Rong, completely ignoring the furious gaze of the burly man. He saw that Ma Rong looked up while sweeping his long straight hair to the side and tucked it behind his ear.

When the stranger saw the gorgeous face of Ma Rong, his heart almost jumped out of his chest and his eyes widened a little.

In his entire life, he had never thought that he would meet someone with such angelic face like the one before him. He looked at Ma Rong unblinkingly from the slight furrow of his brows, the upslanted eyes, straight nose, and full lips. His cheeks were also dyed pink, either of anger or embarra.s.sment.

"Yeah. Even though I could have handled that myself, thanks anyway for helping me." Ma Rong said, his chest pounding rapidly. He was really on the verge of bursting into anger and bash the darn b.a.s.t.a.r.d man who cursed him from start to finish. That last part the burly man said had made his nerves snap and he was about to swing a punch but the man before him beat him to it. 

"Mmkay." The stranger nodded his head and let out a dry cough, a little embarra.s.sed. He just realized that the person he thought as beautiful as an angel was in fact a man. 

d.a.m.n! The person he helped was in fact a freaking man! 

"You two b.a.s.t.a.r.ds! You dare ignore me? B*llsh*t!" The burly man staggeringly got up and spat blood. His eyes were glaring daggers at the two men before him. "So you two were in fact a "thing," huh? Are you blind? Or just plain stupid?"

The stranger looked at the burly man with a blank look, as if he was looking at a dead person. His back was straight like a rod and his eyes were sharp.

Just now, he thought that he had finally found a candidate to be his girlfriend but reality slapped him hard. He knew he was straight; he does not swing that way, okay? Even if the man had a very angelic face, the stranger liked women ah! 

The stranger then fished out his phone and swiftly dialed a number before placing it on his ear. He said something to the person on the other end in a low voice enough for the people near him to hear what he had said. After that, he nodded, thanked the person, and ended the call. 

"If--" The burly man looked at the stranger and realized that the aura emanating from him was formidable, as if he was a young master of a powerful family. "Compensate me! You punched me and I need medical fees. If you give me money, I won't pursue this matter."

Ma Rong frowned and looked at the burly man who b.u.mped into her with piercing gaze. If anything, the burly man should be grateful that someone else had stepped in because if there was none, he would have already beat the sh*t out of this ugly man to death. 

He then looked at the side of the stranger and noticed his eyelashes were long, longer than his. Somehow, he was feeling jealous of it. Well, aside from that, just based on his side profile, Ma Rong could guarantee that the man was so handsome, second only to Lexus. 

"Make way, make way."

The burly man then turned his malicious gaze into this sound, feling delighted. It was the police. What a great timing this is. He can get the police to help him get his medical fees. Should he ask for more compensation? But that would be too obvious. 

The crowd parted for the police to walk through. Finally, three men in police uniforms stopped in front of the crowd, looking stern with their backs straight. The one at the center looked around the spectating people ans frowned in displeasure. For them to just stand there and watched this scene unfold with bright eyes, he was greatly disgusted by them. With a scoff, he waved his hand once and the two men behind him immediately moved and started to push the crowd away to force them to disperse.

"Mr. Gu, please explain this situation to me?" The police office who seemed to be the leader of the three asked the man beside Ma Rong. Even though he sounded respectful, his eyes were not at all. 

Ma Rong looked at the man beside her who the police officer called as "Mr. Gu." His face was calm but his eyes were glowing curiousity. Does this man related to that  Gu Family? 

"Yes, Officer San." Mr. Gu smiled pleasantly at Officer San. He could not help but admire this police officer. He came from a humble household and so was very hardworking. Also, because of his past, he was br.i.m.m.i.n.g with a strong sense of justice. 

Ma Rong looked at Mr Gu who was recounting the details of the incident in full detail, from start to finish, nothing more and nothing less. He frowned at this, however, for he found out this Mr Gu had been there right from he beginning. 

"Take that man away." Officer San said and the two officers swiftly moved to the burly man and had their hands holding the byrly man's arms. The burly man was dumbfounded; his mind seemed to not function anymore as he let the police officers pull him toward the police car.

"Well then, Mr Gu, Miss, have a good day." Officer San said and turned to leave. 

Miss? 

Ma Rong raised an eyebrow as she looked at the wide back of Officer San. She was quiet and her eyes were unfathomable.

"Let me introduce myself. I am Gu Chen. You seemed new here." He smiled and stretched out his hand to Ma Rong.

"Ma Rong." Although reluctant, Ma Rong still received Gu Chen's hand to shake and nodded. "Yeah, you could say that."

Gu Chen stared at the hand of Ma Rong in surprise. First, Ma Rong's hand was a bit smaller and slender. Second, it was so soft and smooth. Last, he felt like there was an electric current that zapped him making him to let go of Ma Rong's hand abruptly.

Thinking that he looked stupid, Gu Chen dryly coughed and looked at Ma Rong with a small smile.

"I'll see you around, Ma Rong." He turned and left.

"Ah...I forgot to say my thanks." Ma Rong then shrugged his shoulders only to slightly frown in pain. Seemed like he got hurt during the collision. Sighing, he shoved his hands in his pockets and walked in the opposite direction of Gu Chen. He did not notice that Gu Chen looked back and stared unblinkingly at him.
