'Wolves, huh…' Nodding her head, Liya said, "Alright, I will find and kill your wolves. But before I go—" She glanced at the broom which was leaning against the house's wall near the wooden door. "—can you sell me that broom?"
A few notification messages flashed.
The old man turned his head to the broom and then back to Liya. "You want to buy my broom? Why?" he asked, tilting his head in confusion as he didn't understand why would an adventurer would want to buy a broom. "I need it. Will you sell it to me?" Slowly nodding his head, the old man was still confused as to why would an adventurer need a broom. "You can just take it," he said and the broom got enveloped in a golden glow. "Thank you," Liya said with a faint smiling expression on her beautiful face. She walked past the old man and touched the broom with her right hand, and a loot window opened. Tapping on the broom, and looting it, Liya raised and extended her right arm, swiped her fingers down, and the menu opened. From it, she selected the inventory option and the inventory window opened. In it there was only one item, the broom that she just looted. Equipping the broom, Liya closed the inventory window by tapping on the x on the top right corner of the window. From the menu, she selected the character option, and the character window opened. … Liya closed her character window by tapping on the x on the top right corner of the window, and closed the menu by swiping her fingers to the right. "Is the broom not to your liking?" The old man said while looking at Liya's back. Turning around and facing the old man, Liya shook her head. "No, it's fine. I will be going now." The old man nodded his head. "Mhm, I will be waiting for the good news, adventurer." "Yeah," Liya said and walked out of the old man's farm and in the direction of the forest. Leaving the farm, she stopped, unsheathed the broom and snapped the strings that held the straws together and a notification message flashed. 'That's better.' Liya sheathed the stick and continued ahead, only stopping when a wolf appeared in her field of view. The wolf that appeared had black fur and was of a size of a normal wolf. <60 0="">> Unsheathing her two staves, holding one with her left hand and the other with her right hand, she approached the wolf from the front. Seeing her, the wolf growled while baring its teeth and lunged. Liya sidestepped to the right, easily dodging the wolf's lunge. She tightened her left grip and swung her staff, and while her left staff was in mid-flight, she tightened her right grip and swung her right staff. Two damage numbers floated up one after another above the wolf's head, <-21>> <-23>>. It was reduced to 16 health. Dealing damage with her first attack, Liya gained 7 rage and dealing damage with her second attack, she gained 6 rage, gaining a total of 13 rage which was more than enough for her to use her skill – <+30 xp="">> <1 wolves="" slain="">> Bending down, Liya touched the wolf's corpse, and the loot window opened. <3 copper="" coin="">> Tapping on the 3 copper coins in the loot window, the coins got looted, and there were now 13 copper coins in her inventory. She straightened out and turned her head to the left and to the right, looking in those two directions, and to her right stood a wolf. … Searching for the wolves and killing them until it got dark outside, she killed 37 in total. Killing them she received 1,110 experience points which levelled her from Level 1 to Level 6, and looted 111 copper coins, and she now had 1 silver coin and 24 copper coins. Returning back to the old man's farm, she saw that he was no longer standing where she saw him last. 'He must have returned back inside.' She walked up to the house, raised her right hand and knocked on the door twice. A few seconds pa.s.sed and footsteps sounded from inside the house. 'He is coming.' Another few seconds pa.s.sed and the wooden door opened. "I killed all the wolves I could find." The old man nodded his head. "How many did you kill?" "A little over thirty wolves." The old man's eyes widened and mouth opened from shock. "How many?! He couldn't help but shout out. A few notification messages flashed. <+1008 xp="">> As the notifications finished flas.h.i.+ng, the old man recovered from his shock and said, "I don't have anything to repay you with, adventurer. So at least let me give you food and a place to sleep." Liya raised the corners of her lips, forming a faint smiling expression on her face. "Thank you." … After eating dinner, Liya was shown to her room. Closing the room's door, she lied down on the bed, raised and extended her right arm and swiped down, an action which opened the menu. From the menu, she selected character option and the character window opened. … Looking over her attributes Liya allocated 12 points into Strength, 3 point into Dexterity, 9 points into Const.i.tution, 3 points into Spirit and the last 3 points into Charisma. … Liya closed her character window by tapping on the x on the top right corner of the window, and closed the menu by swiping her fingers to the right. She saw the ceiling in front of her and she closed her eyes. 'How do I get kicked out? How do I get kicked out? How do I get kicked out? How do I get kicked out?' This one thought went through her head all until she fell asleep.
Looking over her attributes Liya allocated 4 points into Strength, 1 point into Dexterity, 3 points into Const.i.tution, 1 point into Spirit and the last 1 point into Charisma.
