Abel never felt this powerful before. On his way back to the Rogue Encampment, he realised he he left a deep footprint with each step he took. But, as he got closer, his steps became lighter again.

He was slowly grasping his new gained ability. By now, he no longer felt the suppression of the Dark World. It seemed as though it had already accepted his presence.

Back in the Rogue Encampment, Flying Flame was joyfully laying inside the intermediate mana gathering circle, bathing in the mana droplets. Black Wind was also sleeping, but Abel’s arrival had scared them wide awake.

Since they hadn’t seen their owner for days, Black Wind immediately ran towards Abel and started complaining while Flying Flame looked suspicious at its owner’s changes.

Previously, Abel only had the scent of a dragon in his soul, but now the scent was spread through it his body. He was basically like a human dragon.

No human or any intelligent being had ever combined with a dragon core before. It’s force was too vicious. Abel was only able to do it since his soul had unexpectedly combined with the energy of a dragon before, but no one knew what would happen to him afterwards.

Abel realized the reason Flying Flame looked suspicious after he connected with it through the soul chain. Flying Flame told him that his entire body was filled with a dragon’s scent. Luckily, he hadn’t exited the Dark World yet. It might have caused chaos otherwise. Even a pseudo-dragon like Flying Flame had caused countless spiritual beasts to move away when it was pa.s.sing through the Double Moon Forest.

He then ignited the transformation necklace with his power of the will, and all of a sudden, his dragon scent had vanished.

Although Abel was now an official Wizard, he still hadn’t gotten the rank 6 Wizard pattern. On paper, he was still not a rank 6 Wizard, but he didn’t think it would take long. He just needed to learn some official Wizard spells.

Abel needed to learn these 5 spells: ‘Inferno, Static Field, Telekinesis, Ice Nova, and Ice Blast’ as a beginner Wizard, and they were all doc.u.mented in the book Wizard Morton had given him. He had used Inferno and Telekinesis through a magic staff before, so he was very confident about those.

Back in the Holy Continent’s Lila valley, Bartoli had already got breakfast ready while she was waiting for Abel to show up, but today he was late.

She felt happy these days. Although she hadn’t begun to fit into this world, she sensed that it was very peaceful compared to the suffocating Dark World. In this world, she felt alive.

Since she had escaped from h.e.l.l, she needed to eat again. Her dry and forgotten taste buds could enjoy food once again. And although she couldn’t change her altered body, she could still stay alive as long as she kept replenis.h.i.+ng her energy.

To him, the more spells he knew, the better. He only needed to unleash the spell once, and it would appear on Skill Tree in his Horadric Cube. Then the next time he needed to use the spell, he would just need to ignite the Skill Tree.

Most importantly, he could now use the Fireball on his Leaf magic Staff after becoming a rank 6 wizard. He no longer had to worry about losing control from using a spell 2 ranks above him.

The breathing technique allowed a knight to grasp a little bit of mana from the Dark World. But still, this mana was nothing compared to other occupations that used magic, such as wizards.

Since Abel had now reached the pinnacle for a knight, these skills wouldn’t be that useful.

He didn’t need the knight breathing to gain combat qi since he could absorb it from his enemy, and he didn’t need to get mana from this low level formula either.
