Then, she felt a chill as a dagger was placed on her face. The thug said coldly, "Try and scream again and I'll leave a scar on your face. Let's see how you're going to be a prost.i.tute again in the future. I'm sure n.o.body will seek after you."

w.a.n.g Shu was so scared that she allowed the thug to pull her into the darkness.

Soon, the sound of her s.h.i.+rt being ripped apart could be heard.

Tears kept rolling down her eyes as w.a.n.g Shu felt that her world was crumbling apart.

Although she had used all sorts of ways to climb the corporate ladder which included having intimate relations with a few men, these men were all people of status and their bodies were clean. However, at that point, the man that laid on top of her reeked of alcohol and was so dirty that she was on the verge of vomiting.

What worried her most was that she did not know if this guy was a carrier of any diseases. Being raped was nothing, but if she were to contract diseases that did not have a cure, her life would be over then.

The thug tore w.a.n.g Shu's s.h.i.+rt and pressed her down. Seeing that she had submitted to him, the thug placed the knife down and started taking off his pants.

w.a.n.g Shu was on the verge of giving up before she noticed that the knife was left on the ground. The thug did not seem to have his guard up. Hence, she swiftly picked up the knife and stabbed him.

She trembled and threw the knife on the ground when the thug was laying in his own blood. w.a.n.g Shu crouched down and kept trembling.

"I've killed someone, what should I do?" w.a.n.g Shu was so frightened that she kept repeating those words.

As she was trembling and about to make a call to the police, a figure appeared behind her and asked, "w.a.n.g Shu, is that you?"

w.a.n.g Shu turned around and saw her ex-acquaintance standing before her.

This man was Zhao Jun. He had pursued after w.a.n.g Shu before when they were in middle school. In fact, he was very adamant about it. However, w.a.n.g Shu did not feel the same way back then as Zhao Jun came from a very poor family. She encountered Zhao Jun later on in life during a friend's gathering. She was rather regretful as she saw that Zhao Jun was now a lawyer and was quite well off.

"What? You killed someone?" Zhao Jun was shocked as he walked towards her. "What happened here?"

w.a.n.g Shu was anxious as she told him what had happened.

"What should I do now? What should I do now?"

"w.a.n.g Shu, listen to me. You can't report this to the police," Zhao Jun s.n.a.t.c.hed her phone away and said sternly.

"He tried to rape me and I'm just exercising my right to self-defense," w.a.n.g Shu said.

"Believe me, I'm a lawyer. You're able to escape the instant you stabbed him once, but you kept stabbing him until he died. If the judge were to pa.s.s any judgment, you'll have to go to jail for going overboard."

"What should I do then? I don't want to go to jail, I really don't." w.a.n.g Shu held onto Zhao Jun anxiously.

"I've got an idea, but I'm not sure if you're willing to do it." Zhao Jun's gaze turned cold all of the sudden.

"What's your idea?"

Zhao Jun approached w.a.n.g Shu's ear and whispered. Soon, the latter kept shaking her head when she finished hearing him out. "No, I can't do that. I'll be dead if I were to be discovered."

"No one will know if you're discreet enough." Zhao Jun held onto w.a.n.g Shu's hand and said sincerely, "w.a.n.g Shu, I've dreamed of being together with you all these years. I don't care if I'll be sent to h.e.l.l. Although you've committed a crime, I'm willing to bear the burden together with you. Believe me, everything will be fine."

w.a.n.g Shu pondered in a daze before she nodded her head after a while.

In the middle of the night, there was a car parked just beside the forest on the outskirts.

"Lil Shu, please wait for me here. I'll head in and bury the corpse," Zhao Jun said.

"Thank you Zhao Jun," w.a.n.g Shu said sincerely.

"Everything is worth it when it comes to you, even if I've to go to h.e.l.l." Zhao Jun immediately carried the corpse from the car and headed towards the mountain.

As he was halfway through his journey and n.o.body was in his sight, the corpse on Zhao Jun's shoulder moved.

"It's fine now. That girl can't see us anymore."

The thug got off Zhao Jun's shoulder as he threw bags of blood that were on his body to the ground and smiled. "Brother, you're really amazing when it comes to picking up girls. I'm utterly impressed. I'm sure this woman would stay by your side for good."

"Mind your own business and shut your mouth," Zhao Jun said coldly.

"Don't you worry, my mouth will be sealed tight as long as there's money." The thug rubbed his hands together and asked, "Can you give me the remaining acting fees?"

Zhao Jun reached for his wallet and took out at least ten bills of a hundred bucks. He accidentally dropped them on the ground as he was handing them over.

The thug bent down to pick them up. However, he felt an intense pain in his chest when he stood back up.

A dagger was mercilessly stabbed right into his heart.

"A dead man's lips will never open." Zhao Jun pushed him down to the ground and he let out a burst of sinister cold laughter.

Zhao Jun then buried the thug and took his phone to call someone when he was done with everything.

"Master Dong, everything is done."

"Zhao Jun, please take good care of this p.a.w.n. I'll talk to you again when the time comes," He Haodong said.

"I understand, Master Dong."

Zhao Jun returned to the car when he hung up the phone.

w.a.n.g Shu was like a startled kitten as she sat in the car and trembled endlessly.

Zhao Jun threw her into his embrace and gave her a kiss.

w.a.n.g Shu tried to reject him at first but she soon melted inside Zhao Jun's embrace. Soon, the car started shaking and a mixture of their soft moans could be heard in between…

The morning light pierced into the room through the window.

Ye Xiong rubbed his eyes and yawned as he stood up.

Yang Xinyi had already changed into her clothes and was brus.h.i.+ng her teeth in the washroom. Her arched hips looked incredibly seductive.

"Dear, this posture of yours is incredibly attractive." Ye Xiong praised.

Yang Xinyi rolled her eyes and said, "You will follow me back to my company today, alright?"

"I have a job. Why should I follow you back to your company?" Ye Xiong asked curiously.

"I'm going to give you a position in the company."

Ye Xiong's eyes brightened up in delight. This was a sign that his wife had a change of heart towards him.

"It seems that you're somewhat a capable man based on the position you bear in Feiyang International Hotel. So, I plan to give you a position in our company as well." Yang Xinyi cut to the chase and said what was on her mind.

"What do you mean somewhat capable. Just for the record, I'm extremely capable. Furthermore, my salary is incredibly high and not anyone can simply hire me," Ye Xiong said in an upright manner.

"Hurry up, I'll wait for you downstairs." Yang Xinyi washed her face and walked out of her room.

Ye Xiong went back to his room to wash his face and change his clothes before he went downstairs. Tang Ning that big-bust cousin-in-law had yet to wake up.

They had a simple breakfast before Ye Xiong followed Yang Xinyi to the garage.

A black Porsche sports car was sitting quietly inside the garage just like a lion in its deep slumber. It looked extremely mesmerizing.

This car belonged to Yang Xinyi and it cost around eight million bucks.

Yang Xinyi rarely drove this car and would often drive the staple vehicle which costs around a few hundred thousand bucks. She would only drive this car in special circ.u.mstances where she had to show off.

Besides this Porsche, there was also another red Mercedes Sedan inside the garage. That was the vehicle that Ye Xiong scammed Tang Ning out from and it cost around three million bucks.

Ye Xiong looked at these two vehicles that cost millions before staring back at his Jetta valued around some ten thousand bucks that n.o.body wanted. He had the urge to never want to drive this useless car ever again.
