"Listen. From now on, this town, No, this whole territory is under my control. If you want to live here, then everyone must obey my orders." His words instantly infuriated all those pirates. Soon, a guy dashed forward to attack Abium, but immediately Helena blocked his swords with her own dagger.
Clang!
Next instant, she instantly bounded that pirate's movement using the vines and slit his neck.
Thud! Thud!
That pirate's head and body slowly fall on the ground while dyeing the floor with scarlet blood.
Every pirates' expressions stiffened up. That pirate was the only guy with third-tier warrior strength in this pirate town but was killed simply in a slash made their body to tremble.
"Kill whoever going to resist. Hang their heads on the town square." Abium's orotund voice echoed at the entrance that caused all the pirates to take a few steps backward.
"Do you still want to continue?" Abium once gain asked as he thrust his sword directly towards another guy's neck who dashed towards him and killed him mercilessly. Every pirate started to become restless and backed away but still didn't let their grip loose.
"If we surrender now, what are you planning to do with us?" A slim woman with strawberry blonde hair color glared at him and asked with silvery voice. She was now well aware that battling against this elf would be like courting death. Moreover, her sight soon fell towards the few figures who were watching them from behind that door and s.h.i.+vered inside.
Fourth tier warriors! She understood their position and felt afraid inside.
Clang!
Slowly, she threw her Cutla.s.s on the ground while signaled others to throw their weapons. Some instantly followed her actions, but a few others didn't listen to her words and dashed forward. But they were mercilessly slain by Abium's group.
Soon, a total of 20 lifeless corpses laid motionlessly at the entrance of that building, and the pool of blood started to stain the mud road.
"Good! Now you have two choices. First, if you want to live inside this Alastall territory, then everyone must obey the rules I am going to tell. Second, I won't stop you from migrating to other territories so you can go somewhere and continue your pirating." He stopped for a second and continued.
"You have one hour to make your decision. Those who want to continue pirating, you must be out of my territory before dawn." He finished his speech and walked back towards Viper and Murius then whispered something into both of their ears. Both glanced at each other and nodded towards him then disappeared from there as they had never was there before.
Meanwhile, a serious discussion happened in the pirate group. It didn't take long for the pirates to chose their decision, and out of 60 pirates, only 30 decided to stay. Meanwhile, the other thirty more members immediately packed their belongings and moved out using a few boats.
Abium confiscated many of the s.h.i.+ps and boats then only let them take older ones. Followed that, the group gathered all the corpses and burned them outside the town. By the time everything was finished, it was almost around nine in the evening.
The next day morning, Abium informed one of the servants who accompanied Claude to gather everyone at the town square. Soon, Abium walked out from that two-storied house while the others followed him, and soon everyone arrived at the square.
A total of around 1000 peoples gathered at the center, and most of them only wore chains and have slave rune markings on their bodies. He had expected there would be around 300 to 400 slaves but hadn't thought it would exceed his expectations.
"Abi, How are you going to remove their slave markings on their bodies?" Helena had some horrible experience with those slave trades and spoke while constraining her fuming anger towards those slavers.
"Wait." He coolly said and soon s.h.i.+fted his head towards Viper and nodded at him, who already appeared to be waiting for his orders. Quickly Viper dragged a fat guy whose face was covered entirely in black cloth towards Abium and removed the cloth. With a simple glance at that guy's balloon-like face, anyone could easily guess he was some wealthy merchant.
"Who is this guy?" Helena frowned when she saw him. He had fair skin, round hazel eyes, low arched eyebrows, and a triangular nose.
"He is the slave merchant. Yesterday I asked Sir Viper to capture him before he could escape." He paused, then slowly s.h.i.+fted his gaze towards the slave merchant and asked him coldly.
"What is your name?"
"I'm Davy, my lord." That slave merchant spoke in a flat tone. There was no fear in his eyes at all; instead, he smiled at while rubbing his chin.
"If you free everyone from here, then you are free to get out from here, got it?" Abium stared back at that fat merchant and waited for his reply. He knew how these slave merchants would act and waited.
Soon, that slave merchant nodded his head back repeatedly and bowed.
"I will release them, my lord. After all, they are your property." After Viper untied his ropes, Davy moved towards the slaves with his large body and started releasing them. Abium also saw the artifact and watched calmly.
It must be an artifact for releasing the slaves.
After an hour, Davy finally released the final slave and moved towards Abium's direction.
"My lord, do you want to buy slaves from our organization? We can sell them to you in bulk with a 10 percent discount." As Davy walked near to Abium, he proposed with a flattering tone.
"Which organization you working for?" Abium knitted his eyebrows and asked in an orotund tone.
"It's Eagle eye, my lord." Davy's answer surprised Abium.
I didn't expect it is an eagle eye. As he was about to decline, suddenly, he thought of something.
My territory need peoples. This organization is the right choice. With a sigh, he nodded in his mind.
"Good, although I have some unpleasant relation with your organizations I will make an exception for you," Abium said. "This town needs a total of another 1000 slaves within the next three months. Can you able to arrange it?"
Davy almost falls on the ground when he heard that bulk order, and his hand starting to become sweaty due to nervousness.
"Yes, my lord. Do you want dept slaves, war slaves, or criminal slaves?" Davy asked with a stiff smile.
"I don't want any more criminals. War slaves or dept slaves are good." Abium replied with a weary sigh while looking at the surroundings.
"My lord, do you need mortals or warriors. Because we sell them based on their warrior strength." Davy also understood his intention, so he asked curiously.
"You can even sell warriors?" Helena was listening to their conversation, suddenly interjected.
"Yes, my lady. We have warriors who have strength up to 3rd tiers. As for above tier warriors, you have to attend the auction to purchase them." Without minding Helena's rude behavior, Dave answered her with a polite smile on his face.
"Hmm, we don't want any warriors now. This town needs an urgent need of laborers, so; we want healthy mortals." Abium said, "So, what is the average rate for a healthy mortal? I don't care about gender."
Dave nodded his head and started talking.
"My lord, mostly mortals slaves, are cheaper, and the rate ranges from 1 gold coins to 3 gold coins." Abium surprised a little when he heard about the rate and nodded with a pleasant smile on his face.
In the future, the mortal slaves will have no worth. But that time, I need them urgently. After he made up his mind, Abium started to speak,

"Good, arrange them quickly. If I'm not here, you can talk to her." Abium said as he pointed towards Helena while Davy stole a glance at her and nodded repeatedly.
"You can go back with your crew members now. Also, send these letters to merchant guild and adventurers guild in the Dewsummit capital." Abium stopped for a second and continued. "Tell them. Baron had already taken control of his territory so they can come and open their branch here next month."
Davy, also starting to understand Abium's plan, caught those letters and bid farewell to him then moved towards the port with a wide grin on his face.
This territory is going to change soon. Dave knew about this territory's wealth and sighed.
But who would have expected this baron completely would occupy this Alastall territory in a single day.
I didn't expect those two famous pirates groups would go and annoy a necromancer. Davy simply shook those thoughts and soon arrived in front of his s.h.i.+p.
"Morons! We are going back to Wadel kingdom's Mermaid port city. We got a bulk order." Davy shouted towards the crew members and soon climbed up to the deck.
Soon, a large merchant s.h.i.+p starting to move towards the northern direction. At the same time, Murius also climbed on to that merchant s.h.i.+p and stared at the north where that s.h.i.+p was moving.
…
Abium, on the other hand, quickly returned to the temporary house, leaving other matters to Viper and Helena then fell into deep thought.
First, he ordered Claude to select a total of 100 young peoples from the slaves and start training them with advanced techniques. As for the others, he told Claude to give intermediate sword techniques.
If his territory wants to survive the upcoming monster waves, then he must prepare beforehand.
Now I don't have any work in that magic tower. I will stay here for now.
Following that, he took out the materials he got from that demon's spatial ring and placed it on the table. A head-sized reddish color orichalc.u.m ore, s.p.a.ce crystal, a root of an unknown herbal plant, and a stone tablet were placed on the wooden table.
"Azolla, is there anything that would be useful for me? I want to auction those useless materials when I'm returning back to the capital." He spoke while folding his hands.
'Hmm, orichalc.u.m would be useful for making a good weapon in the future, and you also need s.p.a.ce crystal when you are building your spells.' Azolla said. 'Sell this Rainbow plant root. It is useful only for creating spirit potions, and some second-tier mages will show some interest.'
Azolla's words made his eyes widen a little.
'Can it raise my spirit power?' He asked curiously.
'Yes, kid. But potion brewing is not an easy task. Moreover, you have only one of the material required for brewing spirit potion.' Azolla said with a chuckle.
'Ha! Then I will use another way to raise my spirit.' Abium said with a wide grin as he took out a small white spark from his spatial ring. He had almost forgotten about this precious treasure.
'Are you going to use this Divine shard to increase your spirit, kid?' Azolla asked in concern. But Abium didn't reply. Instead, He tightly shut his amber eyes and send his spirit power towards that shard.
Spark!
Like a flash of light, he sensed some invisible power blocked him from even scanning that shard. He soon opened his eyes inside the spirit realm and looked at his surroundings. In front of him, the same crystal-like divine shard floated up in the air. Surrounding that empty void, he also saw many white clouds hovering all over.
'I expected to appear in that mysterious fountain room, but I'm only in the empty void.'
