David let out a chuckle as he left, "La.s.s, Are you planning to make some rivals here?"
"Dad, I didn't start it." Sky said and continued to talk about other things. She wasn't the one to pick on anybody but that didn't mean she would listen to somebody's nonsense.
"Looks like Chairman Harley is busy with a beautiful girl." A man in the sixties interrupted David and Sky.
"Chairman Lan!" David shook his hands with chairman Lan who was with a young man in his late twenties.
"It's her first time at the business party, so I was telling her about some stuff." David explained.
"Your daughter?" Chairman Lan's eyes twinkled looking at Sky.
"My a.s.sistant!" David didn't deny his doubt but just told them, what's her ident.i.ty for the evening.
Sky saw a glint of disappointment in Chairman Lan's eyes. She s.h.i.+fted her eyes to the young man and was amused.
"He is my son, Kris. You must have met him." Chairman Lan introduced his son Kris Lan who was president and CEO of Kris international.

When Sky saw his interview video, she felt one word for him, 'Sophisticated'. The way he carries himself, the way he talks and his way of dealing with things was refined and elegant.

"Kris Lan, You are always on news, every single day." David greeted him.

Arlo received a picture from Ryan. He clicked it open and saw four people talking. He identified all four and his eyes rested on the girl.
In the group of men wearing dark-colored clothes, a light pink gown and a fair skin tone highlighted more.
Sky was in a light pink long gown that had lace and stones detailing and plain skirt sweeping the floor. Due to lights, the small diamond pendant was sparking on her collarbones and stars in her hands twinkled.
Even though he couldn't see her full-face in the picture, he had one word for her, 'Gorgeous'
Arlo's thoughts distracted by a voice message, "I'm sure she will be stolen today." Ryan's voice sounded in the room.
Arlo went to his room from the study to get ready for the party. He stopped in between his tracks looking at the mirror.
If he attends the party as the President of Sigma, Sky would know the real ident.i.ty of him. If he attends as her secretary, many people in the hall knew about him and strike a conversation with him. Sky would know his real ident.i.ty in that way too.

Kris gave a slight smile to David and remained silent as his father and David spoke. Sky looked around and spotted Sam on another end of the hall. Latter also noticed her.
Sky moved closer to David's ear and whispered, "I will meet Sam and his brother. Give me a call if anything."
David nodded, "Be careful."
Sky nodded at David and gave a faint smile to Chairman Lan and Kris before excusing herself. Sky walked towards Sam and noticed many eyes on her on the way. She wasn't even half away but she was stopped.
