"Nope." Sky replied after signing on the paper. Arlo's lips tilted up.

"You are an interesting woman. Anyway, do you want any help to resolve your issue?" Kris asked as his voice carried a sense of superiority.

"Nope." Sky replied nonchalantly. That wasn't something she needed help.

Sky glanced at the news and her lips turned up. News channels were showing the report which was signed by Sanem and Jimmy which would clear that she helped them to get married and the Jin family was forcing their daughter.

Kris was tongue-tied by her response, "Are you letting the rate of your stock plummet?"

Sky smirked, "I didn't know President of Kris international has nothing to do other than following the news about Harley and its president."

Arlo silently laughed and thought about himself, 'Will she say, 'President of Sigma industries has nothing to do and working as my secretary'.

"Would you like to have dinner with me?" Kris completely changed the topic.

"Nope." Sky replied as she typed a reply to the message which was sent by Jimmy.

'I would have a managed without leaking about it. Anyway, Thank you.'

Sky heard Kris asking why for her rejection.

"President Lan, we have no reason to dine. I have work, So..." Sky didn't even finish Kris cut in.

"See you soon." Kris hung up. Arlo smiled thinking he daily eats lunch with her.

Sky furrowed her brows. She called Andy to her office and pa.s.sed the files. "Anything else for the day?"

"Nope. There is a meeting to finalize the designs of the summer collection. Will you lead?" Andy asked. It was told to Andy to lead the meeting. Since Sky was free he asked.

"Sure! Time?"

"It's in half an hour." Andy replied.

Sky nodded and gestured him to leave. Since there wasn't much else to do, she went through about Harley's next venture she was planning.

She was sketching on the paper when a piece of news caught her attention. That was the second time the Jin family spoke about David.

She picked her mobile and called Sam, "Sam, Can you locate where is President Jin now?"

"His office!" Sam knew she would ask, so he kept track of him.

Sam's instant reply made her realize he was prepared. "Want to join?"

"Nope, Return office soon." Sam replied and hung up.

Sky took a file from the drawer and her handbag before leaving her office. Andy stood up when he saw Sky coming out, "Ms.Sky?"

"Andy! arrange ten guards with the armed guards in the bas.e.m.e.nt in five minutes." Sky paused in her steps and turned back, "Andy, lead the meeting. I need the designs on my table when I come back."

Arlo looked at her if incase she would call him but she went off. He contemplated before calling Sam. "Where is she going? Are you going with her?" Arlo asked directly.

"Since your people are there to protect her, ask them yourself." Sam hung up ruthlessly.

Arlo gritted his teeth and looked at phone wallpaper, "Because of you, I have to listen to them."

His voice wasn't high but it was audible to Andy. After Andy hung up the call and looked at him in confusion, "Arlo, did you tell something?"

Arlo shook his head and returned to his work.

By the time Sky reached the bas.e.m.e.nt one, Two armed guards, eight guards, and a driver were near Maybach waiting for her.

Armed guards were David's guards. Sky identified them immediately, "Why are you two here? Where is my Dad?"

"Miss, Chairman Harley sent us in the morning if in case you need bodyguards." One of the guards replied.

Sky nodded and her lips tilted up to know how well her people understood her. "Jin construction company." Sky said as she sat in the car.

After about twenty minutes, four cars parked outside the Jin construction company in a flashy manner which attracted the attention of people.

Guards stood in front of the car door before Sky got down. Sky got down with a file in her hand and a device. She turned on the device and pa.s.sed to the guard next to her with the file.

She was wearing a white pencil formal pant, white top with a white blazer. A broad white belt on her tiny waist which had a rectangular golden buckle and golden small rings towards the right of the belt defined her curves. Amidst of the black-uniformed guards, she stood out as her white pumps clacked on the floor.

The public just got a glimpse of her back with her long mocha brown hair. Two guards stopped at the entrance and closed the door. The receptionist didn't dare to stop them and directed them to the president's office when a Harley guard asked.

News about Harley people in the building spread like fire in Jin construction company. It was just a three-floors building and President Jin's office was on the third floor and Sky took the stairs as elevators weren't safe since they were under Jin security people.

All the employees of Jin company were looking at them in bewilderment. They only got a glimpse of Sky.

When Sky reached the third floor, guards opened the door and stood rooted. Sky entered first and two armed guards followed her next, the other four stood behind Sky.

President Jin involuntarily stood up seeing Sky. When he noticed two armed guards, he was taken aback. Sky removed her sungla.s.ses and looked at President Jin.

The latter was stunned to see Sky. He couldn't digest that a girl he saw on Sat.u.r.day was actually the girl in front of him. He generally claimed that girl as President Harley but looking at her elegance and formidable air around her, he shrunk back.

"You..." He pointed his finger at her which were shaking.

"Yes! President Harley." Sky's words were as cold as her gaze.

President Jin felt the room temperature was decreasing but sweat beads started forming on his forehead.

Sky leisurely sat on the couch and pointed the opposite side for President Jin to sit. He subconsciously followed and sat on the couch.

"Are you trying to leach off the fame using Harley or somebody else is instigating you?" Sky every word was like dragger to him.

"I... I... ..." He could make himself to say anything.
