"I don't know him. Liking him doesn't come in the picture." Sky said straightforwardly and glanced at him, "Brother Joe, Don't you have a girlfriend?"

Joe shook his head, "I had, I don't have."

"Oh!" Sky replied and strode towards Harley with him.

They spoke about random things and reached the entrance. There were only a few employees around. Joe stopped near the entrance. "Little sister!"

Sky turned back to him, "You leaving?"

"Mmm, Let me finish magazine work then I will come back here." Joe said and took her phone. Since she didn't lock it, he saved his contact information and returned her back.

"Little sister, Call me if anything or... if you just want to talk." Joe kissed on her crown and went towards the car.

Seeing him leaving, she called the number which was saved by him. Joe didn't have her personal number, After glancing at the number, he received it. "h.e.l.lo?"

"Brother Joe, You can call me too, whenever you want to talk to your little sister." Sky said as she moved towards him.

When Joe heard 'Brother Joe', he had turned towards her in surprise. He didn't expect her to call so soon.

Sky wasn't a cold-hearted, she could understand what was going on his head. She even knew he returned from his three months trip a day before and came to meet her. All she could do was being a good sister and stop giving a cold shoulder.

She hung up the call when she reached him and waited for his reply. Joe was stunned, he hugged her and spoke, "I missed you for so many years."

Sky let him hug for sometime before she pushed him towards the car, "I will come and meet you in states after Harley corporation's anniversary. Bye."

"Little sister! I will be waiting for you." Joe said before leaving.

When Sky was about to return back to Harley, she heard her name being called out from Porsche. Before she could react, she was surrounded by the Harley guards.

Sky waved her hands at guards to make them leave.

Seeing Kris opening the car door, she pushed the door to close. "I don't want any news saying President Lan stopped by the Harley corporation."

His car and number were well known in the capital by many people. Sky once had read about 'Kris visited the hospital' with the picture of his car parked outside the hospital.

She turned around and left. Kris saw her svelte figure leaving, once she disappeared, he drove off.

Sky as usual completed her work and When Arlo entered her office to teach her, he had brought her something to eat.

"Is this pancake?" Sky asked looking at the two circular vegetable pancakes. It looked colorful due to finely shredded spring onions, purple cabbage, carrot, cabbage, red bell pepper.

Arlo nodded and opened the book as he let her eat. After finis.h.i.+ng the pancake, she asked gingerly looking at her reflection on the gla.s.s.

"Arlo! Is there a weighing scale in office?"

"Ms.Sky! I haven't seen it." Arlo indeed had no idea about it.

Sky rose to her feet and went out. Arlo followed her going out and heard her asking Andy.

"Andy! Is there a weighing scale in any department?"

Andy took a few seconds and replied, "Ms.Sky, It's there in the gym."

Andy often worked out in the office gym when he was free hence he knew about it.

"Take me there." Sky said and went inside the elevator. Arlo quietly followed her with Andy. The latter clicked the seventh-floor b.u.t.ton and stood.

Arlo asked inquisitively, "Ms.Sky! What happened?"

Sky looked at him and replied seriously, "Your job depends on my weight."

She was fitting into all her dresses so she knew her weight wasn't increased much but after hearing to Joe and remembering how Georgia always told her to put on some weight and she would look even more beautiful, she wanted to check once.

Andy heard Sky but didn't think much about it. Arlo looked at her in disbelief. He knew that she won't fire him for that but he started to think what if it may affect their lunch.

He peeped at her from top to toe, she just looked exquisite to his eyes. Since he knew her appet.i.te increased evidently, he started to doubt about her weight.

The gym was in the recreational floor. Since it was the last one hour of working time, there were many employees on that floor. Hearing the sound from CEO's designated elevator, all turned towards it.

Andy exited first and led the other two. Employees started greeting them. Arlo and Andy received more than Sky.

"a.s.sistant Gill!"

"Secretary Arlo!"

Andy occasionally nodded but Arlo didn't care. Many female employees were envious of Sky but they didn't dare to gossip as Andy had fired three women and two men when he heard them talking about Sky Barton.

He was just amiable with Sky and his image was terrific in the Harley and n.o.body dared to disobey him.

This was necessary as Sky never attends social events other than handling from backstage. So he had toughened up with Sky's help.

Arlo's cold and austere demure never let anybody approach him. People who knew his real ident.i.ty behaved like a mouse hiding from the cat.

"Ms.Sky. It's here." Andy pointed at the electronic digital tempered gla.s.s weighing scale.

Andy supported her when she untied the ankle straps of her heels. She stepped on it and checked she was still the same weight and heaved a sigh of relief.

Arlo had peeked at the scale and sighed lightly before speaking, "So is my job safe?"

Sky smiled to herself before responding, "Yes! you are safe."

She got down from the scale and looked around for the chair to sit and wear the heels. She saw them near the exit and picked the heels by their straps and walked towards it.

She had merely taken a few steps when Arlo briskly scooped her in his arms. Andy furrowed his brows and looked at Sky.
