Mend My Broken Heart 23 Flight To Paris

Lyndon suddenly remembered his brother Leonard. He looked at his phone and discovered that it's his death anniversary today.

He remembered the things in the past and he feel cold. He was wrongly accused by Misha. He wasn't the one who hurt her, it was Leonard. He couldn't forget the day that they met. It was on the park, he was having some troubles with his brother's lackeys. That afternoon, he was told by her mom to fetch him and bring him home. He was reluctant to obey but his mom gave him a deathly glare. He knew her too well, she would eventually kept on nagging if he did not comply. So, he went to the nearby park and find Leonard because he often hanged out there. But instead of finding him, he came across with his lackeys and beat him for no reason.

When he saw Misha, he felt a glimmer of hope. He clutched his arms around her slender waist. Back then, she smelt so good. Even though she had been running for quite some time. Her natural scent was like of jasmine and honey. Soothing to the nose. He didn't let her go. To his surprise, they dashed out together and she even held his hands. He felt genuine joy for the first time. His eyes lit up as he looked at the girl in front of him.

He did make a small lie.

It was being the second target of his brother's lackeys. Then, he realized that they were actually there to pick up girls. What surprised him even more was that, she sent them flying.

What he didn't knew back then was Leonard was spying him around the corner. He was there. He's standing on a nearby tree and he heard all of their conversation. Until now, he couldn't believe that his brother would do such a thing to him.

He was the one who Misha met on the library. It was their last true meeting. His sickness began to resurface and he had to be absent most of the time. He didn't knew that Leonard would pretend to be him. He couldn't believe it until he saw it with his own eyes. He was so angry with his brother at that time. He thought that he would spare Misha and leave her be but he didn't.

Leonard broke Misha's heart and shattered his image to her. He wanted to get even but he pa.s.sed away suddenly, leaving him his broken ego.

When he thought of these things, he could only feel aggrieved. He wanted to vent his anger but who and where to.

He wanted to compensate.

He wanted her to know that he wasn't the one who hurt her. To quell her anger.

He wanted to profess his love to her. That all this while, when he learned that she was the one whom he met before, she is the only woman who changed and moved him.

He wanted her to know that she was his inspiration to strive and conquer his sickness.

These two weeks will be his only time. He hoped that it will be enough even though she agreed to get married to him. He still wants to own her heart. All will be in vain if he did not own her heart. So, he decided to court her during these two weeks.

'Ahh.. How nice it would be. Walking hand in hand in the most romantic city in the world.' He was lost in thoughts and not knowing, he already long arrived at the airport.

Arnold already kept calling him back to reality but it doesn't seem to be working out.

''Sir, Miss Misha is here." he said. He doesn't want to lie but he really can't let his boss have his mind lost.

He snapped back to reality when he heard her name. He looked outside and learned that he's already at the airport.

Arnold hurriedly got out from the car and opened the backdoor seat for his boss. Lyndon stepped out and stood at the entrance. He wore casual. He had that laid back look but it did not hide his kingly aura. He looked das.h.i.+ng. He started to walk by the staircase and Arnold followed him dragging his suitcase.

He entered the VIP lounge area and immediately spotted Misha. She was talking to a man. His face darkened. He felt like he's been cheated. He stride towards Misha and grabbed his waist from behind and casually asked, "Who's he, dear?"

Misha is startled. She was about to elbow the man behind her but failed. Lyndon grabbed her tightly. Her mouth twitched. 'This idiot. ' she cursed inwardly.

She just smiled. "Nothing of importance, let's go? The plane is already here." she replied to him and casually put her hands on his chest. Lyndon smiled at her and nodded. He leaded Misha away from that man. He's seemed familiar to him but he couldn't point where and when he exactly met the man.

The man in front of them is already raising his brow. He wanted to laugh out loud but he dared not to. He knew Lyndon well enough. He eyed the back of the couple as they get out from the lounge area. 'How interesting.' he thought. He put his hands on his pocket and then he grabbed his phone on the table. He dialed some number and began speaking in French.
