Slave To The Darkness 193 193 The Dark Memory

Naomi walked up to Cedric and handed him the vial. She sat on the edge of the bed and touched Yuki's cheek. "I missed you, Mistress."

Yuki looked at Cedric and saw the grave look on his face. "Is it really that bad?" She reaches up and touches Cedric's cheek. "I want you to continue to call me, Big Sister." She glances at Naomi then back at Cedric.

"It'll be okay, Cedric. I will have faith in Amaris. She is the one that saved me and changed my life for the better. I trust you and her with my life and I always will." Naomi smiled.

Cedric held the vial in his hand and looked down at Yuki. He slides out of her and sits down next to her. "I will give you this but you must realize that I can only give you what I saw. The memory will start off with me, okay?" He holds the vial above her like it is a carrot on a stick.

Yuki watched the vial and heard what Cedric said. "Mmmmmmmk, I understand." She reaches out for the vial and finally takes it from Cedric. She sits up and pops the cork. She drinks that blood in the vial fast and falls back.

~~Memory begins~

Cedric was running up a staircase. With each step, his transformation came undone. 'Faster, I must get to her before anyone else does.' He reached the doors and throws them open. As they opened the stench of blood was strong. "Yuki!"

Yuki stood in the middle of the room and turned to Cedric. She was holding onto a man and she turned and saw that it was Cedric at the door she pouted. "You found me so fast." She ripped out the guy's heart and drank his blood before tossing the heart away.

Cedric looks around the room. There are dead bodies all over the room. Cedric could tell that they were no longer alive. "Yuki…" He ran up to her and picked her up.

Yuki allowed Cedric to pick her up. She closed her eyes and listened for the hearts beating in the building. "Cedric, I want my revenge. This family dared to ruin my coronation as the princess. I do not take these things lightly. I want and need blood. You will let me get what I need right?" She looked up at him sweetly before touching his cheek and leaving a b.l.o.o.d.y handprint there.

"If that is what you truly desire, I will not fight you. I will stick with you the whole time but are there anymore living creatures left?" Cedric carries Yuki out of the room and into the hallway.

"Yes, there is still dessert." She giggles and holds onto his neck. "Are you mad that I left without a word?"

Cedric stopped and looked down at her. "What do you think? I am f.u.c.king livid. If you wanted you could've asked but you left all of us and it looked like you were suffering." He set her down and pulled up her chin. He kisses her deeply and feels her body begin to turn to putty. He pulls away and catches her as she collapses. "I will witness the rest of your attack where are we going next?"

"Behind the ballroom is a secret room that is hidden away from sight. I want into that room. You know that I can get in there but will you be able to?" Yuki looks at him happily.

"I will have no issues and I know that you will not have any issues as well. I will carry you there. Tell me how many have you killed and are you still thirsty?" Cedric looked down at her as he walked.

"Mmmmmm, fifty servants, seven family members, and a dozen or so deranged vampires that were in the bas.e.m.e.nt." She smiled up at him as they pa.s.sed by some of the servants that had their hearts ripped out. She looks up at Cedric ignoring the bodies."Don't you think that they should be punished? They tried to ruin my reputation and kill me... your dearly intended."

Cedric's eyebrow twitches as he walks towards the ballroom and he opens the door and there are no bodies, no living person taht one could see. "I think that you are doing a lovely job punis.h.i.+ng them."

Yuki hopped out of his arms, "you know we were supposed to dance after the fact but that got ruined. Dance with me, Cedric." She steps up and places her arm on his shoulder and takes his hand in hers.

"I know that we were supposed to dance. I did not think about it but if that is what the princess wants then that is what I will do." Cedric placed his hand on her waist and pulled her in close. He leads her into a waltz.

"Mmmmm. Thank you, Lucifer. I really do enjoy your company." Yuki stopped the dance and held his hand leading to the room that she was talking about. She disappeared from his sight.

Cedric held out his hand and pa.s.sed through the wall and saw the family that was huddled in the safe room. He stood in front of the door scowling.

"Please help save us. This vampire has gone mad!" The man screamed at Cedric.

"And what right do you have to order me around? I heard all about your plan." Cedric spat the words out and glared profusely at the guy. "Not only did you plot with others to dethrone the princess but you tried to end her life!!"

Yuki looked back at Cedric and her eyes sparkled. She bounced over to the cradle and picked up the baby. "You see there is a very simple solution to this issue. I kill every last one of you. Right down to the baby in my hands."

"No, please he is too young. He does not know any better." The man started to beg for his son's life.

"Is that how you treated your only daughter? Your firstborn begged you to save her and yet you treated her as if she was dirt. You even sold her as a slave." Yuki squeezed the baby's neck in anger then loosened her hold. "You will treat this one well but you will not treat your girl well. So for that, I will kill all of you." Yuki coldly smiles and kills the baby by draining the baby's blood. The baby turns to dust.
