Mateo released a sigh of relief at that and held Noah tighter, not wanting to let him go anytime soon.
Noah kept on holding Mateo. "If you can forgive me for what I've done, I can definitely forget about everything that happened last night. I love you. I love you." He whispered against Mateo's skin. "Thank you, Mat."
For the longest time, they just sat there on the bed, wrapped around each other. Murmuring words of love and promises to each other and crying out of relief.
Because it was a relief. They were so close to losing something so beautiful.
"Oh come on, stop crying, Maikoh," the redhead smiled at him, wiping his tears away. "You never blush, but you sure cry a lot. Now, put something on for G.o.d's sake before you drive me crazy, and let's go eat our dinner." He said as he stood up.
"How do I drive you crazy?" Noah, who was feeling a thousand times better now, pouted up at the tall man innocently.
Eyes narrowed, Mateo pointed at the older man's body. "You're only wearing your boxers," he licked his lips. "That's how."
"So you don't like what you see? I'm offended." Noah replied, still pouting. He got up to find something to wear.
Walking towards him, Mateo trapped the man between his body and the closet, looking deep into his eyes. "The thing is; I love what I see. Too much," he stated. "And I might not be able to stop myself if you keep this up." He was caressing the man's sides gently. Nosing along his warm skin, causing Noah to s.h.i.+ver.
Eyes closed and enjoying himself, Noah leaned to whisper in the redhead's ear. "Don't stop yourself then."
"What about dinner?" Mateo asked with a pout. "I tried really hard to make this one as a surprise for you."
Rolling his eyes Noah pushed the younger away and huffed. "Fine, fine… let's go eat dinner first, then we sleep."
Smirking mischievously, Mateo grabbed his arm and threw him onto the bed, straddling his waist in a blink of an eye. "Now that I think about it, dinner can wait," he leaned down nipping at Noah's lips. "I'd rather spend my time here, lying beside a very hot, s.e.xy and beautiful wolf," then his eyes widened in surprise, and he laughed, "You're blus.h.i.+ng Noah! I did it!" he was amazed. And more than a little smug and satisfied with himself.
Averting his eyes and biting his lips, Noah mumbled a quick "Shut up," before he crushed their lips together.

Hours later, when they were both sweaty and panting from all the things they'd done to each other, Noah turned to Mateo, "What does it mean?"
"Hmm?" Mateo was mindlessly rubbing Noah's thigh.
"Maikoh," Noah said. "You called me that earlier. What does it mean?"
Mateo smiled blissfully. He turned on his side to look at Noah. "It simply means wolf. You are my wolf."
So simple.
So beautiful.
So heartwarming.
"I love you," Noah pecked Mateo's lips.
"Right back at ya," Mateo grinned. "Dinner?"
"You're disgusting," Noah got out of bed and headed for the shower. "Shower first."
"Oooh!" Mateo moaned, jumping to his feet and following the naked man to the shower. "Shower s.e.x! I love that!"
Noah laughed loudly.

He used to be a lonely wolf. Always wailing loudly in sorrow, but now he had a very cheerful and naughty redhead beside him, attached to him, body and soul. He was in love and enjoyed life.
Mateo was the pa.s.sion he needed to live.
Sure, they had their arguments. Sometimes, Mateo missed what he didn't know he might have lost by staying there. They did fight every once in a while, like every other couple out there.
But at the end of the day, they always went to bed together, and they loved each other.

People in the city would always talk about a man and a wolf standing at the top of the mountains. The latter crying happily at the moon, and the man always smiling down at him.
