   John directly went to his office and took some papers and entered the meeting room to meet the union leader. Zinu and Charlie were waiting for him. He sat besides Zinu. Karl escorted the Union leaders to the meeting room and about to left, but John stopped him.

"Karl, please join us ." Karl nodded and joined them.

  The union leaders wished John. John signalled them to proceed.

"Boss, today we are here with the grievance of the workers a.s.sociation. Boss, after the bomb blast all the workers are feeling insecure about their security in the workplace. Boss, it is not like that we have any doubt on your capability, but yesterday's incident had shaken everyone's trust on you. Now n.o.body wants to join their workplace until you would not able to ensure their security. Some workers are very angry. They started to protest against the authority. We somehow managed to suppress the issue. Boss, we are here to inform you of the workers' mental state. Please consider it. " One of the Union leaders said. 

   John nodded and lost in thought. Everyone present there thought he would be very angry on the leaders, but to their surprise, John was calmer than usual. Everyone waited for John's reply. 

" I don't want my worker friends to have to face any types of problems. I am sorry that I was unable to protect them properly. But I now ensure you that there would no 'next time' of this incident. But I need some time for it. Would you all help me giving me some time to fix all these? "

   John discussed for a long time with the Union leaders. John instructed them to divide the workers into some small groups. Each group will monitor their surrounding in rotation basis. They would inform Karl or any other security guards if notice some suspicious activities. They should be given the monitoring duty once in a month. For this extra work, they would be paid. The Union leaders thought for some time and nodded.

"Yes boss, I think the workers would agree to all of your proposals. We will let you know the result of our discussion." They both left the meeting room satisfied. 

  "Charlie, what do you think? Will the workers agree with my proposals? 

" I think yes. We must have to involve everyone to keep an eye on any of the suspicious activities until we completely destroy the enemy. By making a small group of workers will help us. They would become more attentive to their surrounding. Apart from that, they would be able to earn some extra money from this work. And your other proposal is also very practical. "

"But we have to find a permanent solution to this problem. I think we should meet all the managers from various departments. "

"Yes, boss. I think that too. We have to improve our security system, but you should instruct the managers to be cautious, for any suspicious activities."

   John instructed Zinu to call a meeting, where all the managers of different departments had to take part. Within ten minutes all the managers gathered in the meeting room. 

  John discussed the bomb blast matter with everyone and instructed them to be alert for future probable attacks of the enemy. He also instructed them to improve the security system of their departments and think about any new way which could help to secure their departments. 

"Today, by evening you all have to recheck the biodata of all the employees under your department. The person involved in the blast of Smith Textile is our employee. All the suspected biodata should be on my table by evening. Meeting adjourned."

   Everyone left the meeting room except Karl, Charlie and Zinu. John was sitting there with a serious expression. No one uttered a word. They waited for John to speak something.

"Karl, what about the investigation?"
