"h.e.l.lo, Uncle Sean and Aunty Joana." Karol said, bowing. Both of them sigh in relief, seeing that Karol's condition is alright as both of them heard about today's incident from Robert.

"We have heard from Robert that you need ten gold to buy the medicine for your mother." Joana said, looking towards Karol. "Yes, aunty, you are right." Karol replied with a questioning gaze as he didn't understand why did she say that.

Seeing Karol's reaction, Joana understands his queries and said, "As you are like our son, we have decided to contribute five gold for your mother's medicine." with a warm smile.

Seeing that both of them smile and aunty Joana said, "You are just like our son, and your mother is like my sister, so you don't need to say thanks."

"Who is outside Karol" Karen's voice was heard as they were talking. All of them enter the room, hearing that voice.

Karen was surprised to see that it was Robert's family who has come here at this time."Sorry I couldn't welcome you all." Karen said with a sad voice.

Seeing her in this condition, Joana cried and held Karen's hand and started consoling her. Seeing this scene, all males decided not to interrupt them and get out of the room.

After a while, Joana came out of the room with red eyes and said," Honey, I am thinking of staying with Karen here tonight, okay." Joana said, looking at Sean."Okay, honey." Sean said as he knew he couldn't change her decisions.

"Why don't you all eat here as I had made too much food in the afternoon." Karen's voice was heard. Hearing that, Joana replied," Sure, why not."

After a while, Joana served the food to all three males and took her and Karen food in Karen's room. As she couldn't eat her food by herself as she needs someone help to eat food.

After eating the food, Robert and Sean went out to their home, and Joana was sleeping with Karen as she could help her immediately if she needs any help.

After closing the book, he started to put his mind to focus on his mana gland.
