Undying Phantasia 12 Death Battle In The Tower

The battle had begun.

The room was wide as a palace as if a different s.p.a.ce realm is there.Apolion took this at his advantage.He thought going to the sides could benefit him and climb up to deal with them one by one or slowly so he does not get overwhelmed.

But first he had to clear the path to make a way.He can't fight them all as he is not experienced.

He knew he gonna get saved anyway,however,did not want to waste the lifes given to him for future use;he thought wasting them at first by trying to find another way to activate them as there was another section for it in the book but he didn't look at it since he wanted to prioritize how to survive with battle skills.

Clack!

Swords clashed in the blue round s.h.i.+eld of Apolion's skin.This is an innate automatic skill which appears when the 'Absolute Armored phisiology' user is attacked in any way:creating a s.h.i.+eld to defend it's user in the skin.Called the 'Innate skin s.h.i.+eld '

Ruaaag!

Screams of abyssal monsters resonated from the small mouths of the zombie-like creatures before charging in all together with their swords becoming bright with a blue light.

before they could even attack, Apolion moved far away as quickly as possible and catch the book shelves and climb to go to a place where you can stand.oddly enough it seemed that the is a platform for you to stand in the round library;with many ancient objects and statues of knight-like armours.

The more strange it became as deep as it could be endless in all its splendor..But where is the escape? Where is the hope?

He was lost.His mind perplexed...for an instant.

Before being grabbed in the leg and bought back to life;being taken down again but this time a sword came towards directly in his eye.

Shoo!

Apolion dodged it immediately moving to the side only to be hit by another sword from behind as another zombie-knight.

Bang!

Blood dripping from the tip of the s.h.i.+ning blue sword.It perforated his intestines ;the pain was spreading like a virus towards his body.

The other creatures have now become silent.

Apolion was clenching is teeth as hard as possible.This pain...was very immense.It was his first time experiencing it.He could scream all he wanted but he knew that he had to maintain calmness to see if anything else could be seen to learn from the experience if ever survived.But even if he was to die he should at least see the clear picture even if its terrific and horrible.

A glimpse of a circular purple glowing ball could be seen withing the broken altar it might be the key to eliminate all this disaster,however,nothing matters no more.

He fell in the floor.All eyes locked in his body as they watch him die.They oddly did not make any move as if they had another purpose to do.

He saw the endless sky of the tower.He now had flashes of his memories from the past.

Apolion's pov

This is what feels like to be dying alone, is it? It seems I might not make it if I have no other life left as he promised.My eyes are burning.It supposed to be on fire yet I feel water coming out around my face.Was this all pointless? I now regret things I should have done before but I have no more words to express my feelings- its too late.I should have known that there is danger yet I foolishly accepted this ; thinking I would one day come back gloriously and have lived an adventure worth living.I should have being more careful and just live my life how it is....

It was all peaceful and maybe now I know why a simple life might give you the greatest pleasure.It was all simple but without any tension or any suffering what a wonderful world.

.I had lost in the blink of an eye.

If I ever died

I do not know where will my soul or spirit go but at least..I know death is not the end after all this..

But I am scared...I am scared.

I feel lucky to know from the billions of people on Earth I was chosen.

But It all ended just like that...d.a.m.n it...what guarantee is there for me..maybe I shouldn't have chosen this path and go back home and live happily.

The pain is too much.I never knew simple wounds I see happening could be this painful....

Will I be able to resurrect or even live?

Suddenly everything turned black...

"Where am I?" asked Apolion confusedly as he woke up from the ground filled with water all around him.The sky was filled with stars.

"I see nothing good coming out of this." Said Apolion ;"Wait! why am I naked?!"exclaimed Apolion in surprise.

The strange phenomenon left him perplexed.he soon relaxed.The environment was calm.

The sky was like a beautiful night of galaxies closer like distant Suns in a wonderful dance.

A big light appeared in the middle like a colossus from the sky forming a never ending tower.The world became brighter and brighter till a ray of engulfing light devoured everything in an instant like an explosion.

Everything blanked out.

"What is this?" Apolion looked nervously as he stopped covering himself with the arms fromt he light.

"You are the mightiest G.o.d-slayer..' THE WORLD BREAKER EMPEROR'!...

An ancient voice resounded throughout the void.Filling Apolion's ear with direct command and truth within.

A figure could be seen standing.All light and white.galaxies floating around his body.A silhouette of humanoid figure.

'What's he saying?' wondered Apolion as he let the figure finish.

Translated

"Oh I forgot you don't remember it yet..well i will speak in the language we know now." said the figure with deep ponder of the matter after looking at the confused Apolion as if he was a stone.

"Well,I am you and you are me.Stay with that knowledge for now.I can't maintain it for longer.However I will give you an ability which was already yours,however,you can use it only 3 times a year." narrated the figure hurriedly as if its the end of the world is nearing in a n.o.ble manner.

''What what power? and what you mean? its too quick!'' said Apolion in a panic.

"I have no time,nevertheless,no one knows about it -neither those 'angels' you met. I will let you know when the time comes.I am supposed to awaken in time you died in this lifetime only once to save you regardless even if its old age..save you from human 'mortality'..the concept of being ordinary as you are destined to be great and have a missions to do and carry out.This was set by you!

Even better way to say it its that..This is not a destiny neither a job...you were not destined for greatness..you have set the goals to surpa.s.s anyone you came across and reach your dear 'goals'..

All this is now the past a long history in the sea of time.

I will awaken once again after you have reached a level of enlightenment in the mind.I will give you the knowledge to do so as well as the power I said-the ability.We are now weak..to the extend we are lower than many beings in the universe..the truth is half of your soul is missing.You have to regain it as one mission.Your power is that of an ordinary person.We are lucky we got knowledge from a mysterious book from our family even thou your 'memories' were lost and gained a bit of harvest but the reason you are able to gain 'superpowers' or abilities that easily is that you got a boost up by the ability given to you by them.

The only reason you are so strong and able to easily gain powers is that fortunately you reincarnated in a knowledgeable family and our soul is strong enough to be like that of an average person even thou half is missing and weakened significantly since then...to regain the soul lost go and defeat the Demon lord in h.e.l.l named 'Mammon' one of the demon's who left Satan's faction.Since the 'Great War'...his location or clues of where he is probably found in the library in the seventh heaven named 'Library of the HOLY HEAVEN'S KNOWLEDGE'..you can reach there through those angels you met.

When you go back to Earth you have to get stronger and reach the HEAVENS..again.'' narrated and explained the figure directly on point like a almighty being.

''Well I can't stay for long sorry.I wish I could'' said the figure as his body was fading..

Apolion lay standing in the water with a confused mind unable to have the time to digest what he has being revealed so suddenly..''Wait I can't understand everything that easily and I might forg-''responded Apolion desperately before being cut off.

"Here" immediately his figure extended its hand and touched Apolion's forehead as it transported itself in front of Apolion.

Suddenly floods of memories and records and knowledge immediately flooded him like a gigantic torrent, including the whatever the mysterious figure told Apolion.

He was paralyzed.His body unmovable.He lay standing with eyes as wide as possible but dead and continued so until it stopped...in 30 seconds...it felt like an eternity to him.

''Ahh ahh hehe'' Apolion was panting and grasping for breath it seems oxygen was present even thou this world seemed dream-like and galactical.He fell in his knees.''Thanks when I do all that I will look for you again'' responded Apolion to the figure's sudden action soon after very tired and trying to digest the information as well as staying calm.

''I look forward to it'' The last sentence before it faded like paper eliminated by fire from below to down.

...''Well I guess I have to give it a try,be ready you d.a.m.n stupid zombies!''..Screamed Apolion before the world broke like gla.s.s.

A knight zombie was about to stab Apolion's head and another going for his backpack when suddenly...

A ma.s.sive wave emmitted from Apolion.Like a supernova it blew the whole zombie knights away.

Some survived- around 10 and looked in surprised with their s.h.i.+elds covering them.

''Huh..not bad.Let me show you my skill.It's name is..'World Negation'! calmly replied a voice from the shadows of the ashes.

A big force fiend was created all around the palace of bright red and dark black colour. The swords suddenly stopped s.h.i.+ning and the zombies were excreting a purple energy out of them but still standing but seem to become weaker and struggling to stand.

''Well let me see what you gonna do without your powers now!'' said Apolion before das.h.i.+ng as fast as a cheetah and taking a sword in the way;he neared between each one and began decapitating them.

Kah Kah Kah!

Rays of undulating slashes with high intensity and as bright as lights in fireworks presented themselves in rainbows.

One by one.Heads rolling like b.a.l.l.s.Cuts after cuts.Like a mad demon.

AAh!

The last head fell.

The world became silent and the altars ball stopped glowing.

'Ahh this ability boosts my power by 10 by every enemy inside it.Even physically.It also cancels all powers linked to vrilin and supernatural powers per say. I am surprised thou I killed them..I feel calm.As if it was common to me yet not.' Apolion thought a lot before releasing a deep sigh.'I guess I will see what they have here a bit I see a lot of gold thou I am not sure if it is but I will take it since it can be used for trading maybe.That is after I get my bag' innately thought Apolion as he went to take his bag and looking at the gold minerals in the tower where books were.He noticed them after the fight.

It seems his mind wasn't clear at the time to realize their existence.

'Hmm interesting.everything is valuable in the wild..well in the situation I am now at the moment.Although being the chosen one feels good sometimes its tiring' signed Apolion in his mind.

He took a rest after a while and eat one of the fruits of the trees he got from the bag as he had.He took a small bag which had much more s.p.a.ce than it looked liked. Well as the 'instructions of use' said it could acc.u.mulate at least 10 kilograms even thou it is int he size of a palm and on top of that 'light as a feather'. It was a small rectangle with a opening at its wight -like a letter's mouth but small-and looked like it was made by a unknown metal which is flexible as it is metal coloured yet malleable and easily change shape from a flat rectangle to a cylinder as you insert the hand.

30 minutes later

'Well lets see'. Apolion was trying to find one of the books from above.

'Eh? What is this?'' He captured a book from above the colossal rounded bookshelves and looked at it with calmness.
