Adam could not sleep try as he might Adam just could not sleep. Every time he closed his eyes to go to sleep a powerful he would feel like his head was going to blow up. So to ease the pain he sat up and saw Ralingar sitting at the edge of the boat watching the sky crash with red lighting and dark clouds swirl as General Zains Watchers roamed the sky like vultures searching for there next victim. Without turning around Ralingar said to Adam grimly as he felt the cold chill of the evergrowing darkness engulfing the world " "so you feel it as well?" Ralingar said. Ralingar was silent "These means that the Scale of the Balance has finally been tipped to the side of Chaos, if we may have entered an Age of Darkness not unlike The Reign of the Dra'ghouls"

" have faced thousands of evil men and had to endure pain that would drive most men mad but this pain is unreal." Kai said then Adam currius asked Ralingars job is so he asked him " Ralingar what is your job?" Ralingar replied " I am the General of Kal'oreracks Army." Ralingar looked at Adam and said " we should not worry once Zargorwarth is defeated then the balance will be restored." Nina then woke up with a start and yelled out " everyone get out of the boat!" Jason asked " why what is the matter?"

Nina replied " there is something in the water!" the boat shook then everyone woke up as twelve huge tentacles shoot out of the water they were connected to a huge monstrous squid. Nina put her ring on and was transformed into her Guardian Form she then cried out " everyone jump!" they looked at Nina she then pointed at the squid and cried out " if we don't jump then we will die!" they decided that they would jump as they jumped Nina formed a circle of water around them as they watched the squid crash there boat and then the squid was sucked into a whirlpool. " what was that?" Victor asked standing on the floor of the Water circle Ralingar replied " I believe that due to the amount of dark energy in the world the Swamps and Marshes of Byigarak are falling apart at the seams it is a side effect called Corruption and the Squid was the beginning of what is yet to come. I fear that Zargorwarth will not stop until Tylingariea is his and everyone is under his rule. "

Nina avoided several more whirlpools and carried them until she saw a path of land that was away from the minefield that used to be The Swamps and Marshes of Byigarak. Ralingar said " we can't go back now we must press forward to the Far Western Kingdoms." Nina looked back at the Swamps and Marshes of Byigarak and thought " I wonder if this Corruption also affects the human and animal life as well as it does the swamp life."

Nina put this worry away and tried not to think about it to much. Since they left there horse in the care of Boatman they had to walk. Nina was still looking at the Swamps and Marshes when she turned around she saw that the rest of the group had left her and was rounding a large hill. She cried out " wait up!" she ran to join her friends at the top of the hill as the sun set they decide that this would be where they would set up camp.

They had a good meal and then went to bed so that they would be rested for the long trip to the Far Western Kingdoms in the morning.

Ralingar set up camp while Victor made a fire, Nina and Luke ran off to play with there guardion forms.

" Adam, I don't know anything about you. How was life on Terra? I never got to see its beauty before." Kai'la said to Adam

Adam paused and as he told her his backstory Kai'la felt odd like she was in a fog around Adam, his aura made her heart beat quicker.

she stood up and ran off. Her once she was far enough away from the camp that she could not be seen.

Kai'la nodded her mind a little at ease " I have heard those words spoken before by a Kailengareon that once was my friend and close lover." Kai'la thought as she headed back to camp with Adam
