Everybody in the company knows who Samantha Zhou is. She's the beautiful princess of the known Zhou family who just came back succesfully from New York. Despite the fierce compet.i.tion, she still got the lead role for the most talked musical in Broadway in which made her a superstar in the theater world. Her name is known internationally and a lot of hollywood directors wants her to act in their movies, but Samantha especially went home just to get married to her childhhod sweetheart. It was such a sweet and famous story online that was envied by a lot of people.

However, because of what happened at her wedding, people starts to belittle her achievements and starts to make fun of Samantha. They believes that she's just another brat who grew up with a golden spoon and doesn't know a thing about the world.

Deep inside, they want to believe that they're living a better life than her.

So, when she came to the Zhou company that morning. Every employee that she pa.s.ses by couldn't help but steal a glance at her way. And no, it wasn't the kind of looks that are given to those you admires.

They stare with curiosity, hungry for gossips, hungry for something to make themselves feel better and make Samantha feels smaller.

If it was the old Samantha, she would be seething in anger because of these looks. She has the pride of someone who worked hard for her recognitions so she would surely hates it if her achievements get buried by those who knew nothing.

But, the Samantha residing her body now is someone who just wants to live her life in indulgence. She knows that no matter how these people belittles her inside their mind, just with one word from her, they would lose the job that's serving themselves a food in their table. As long as she didn't openly hears their thoughts, she doesn't care.

She walked with grace and proudly took the executive elevator that can only be used by those who are in higher positions in the company. Mainly, her father, mother, brother and her. This alone seperates her from everyone so she really didn't have to say anything else.

When she got to the top floor of the company, where her father's office is, his secretary immediately and politely accompanied her to his door. She knocked once and stated her name and a voice full of glee replied to let his daugther in.

As soon as she took a step inside the room, a warm hug enveloped her and a sweet perfume envaded her nose. Her mom encircled her arms around her tight, as if silently consoling her.

"My baby. I was about to go to your house cause I heard you fainted again" Her mother said after hugging her for a few minutes.

"Mom, you might crush samantha with your hugs" her brother who stood up after seeing her said.

"Sebastian, if you don't want to be the receiver of the same hug, you better shut up." her mom replied, however despite his brother calling out her mom for giving samantha a tight hug, he then went close to her and did the same thing. In which obviously shocked the current samantha cause this is her first time seeing this man and as her brother, the beauty genes is flowing on his veins too so to be suddenly hugged by a beautiful man made her heart beat fast.

"Bub, are you alright?" he whispered in her ears with great concern. His voice sound so worried. His arms is full of warmth that made her estatic heart to calm down. She traveled her eyes across the room and saw her mom who is looking at her with love and also a man who is probably her dad who is also staring at her intently with great concern for her well being.

'Ahhh, this is the family of Samantha Zhou. The ones who sacrificed their everything just to make her happy.'

For once since her take over in this life, she felt relieved. The stress from all the things that happened to her all at once poured out and the brave mask that she's been wearing all this time crumpled. She became fragile, yet safe.

'What a real fool you are samantha' She thought as she smled and returned her brother's hug.

"Hmm, I'll be alright" she replied.
