Yu Fengyao sat on his horse watching the magnificent palace visible from behind the palace gate which stood firm. His facial expression looks solemn. Yu Fengyao walked up the stairs to one of the palaces where the morning court was always held; Yingming Hall. This palace looks simple but also elegant. The palace pillars that support every side of the palace have merits carvings done by previous emperors that are useful for the people so that the Emperors after them can remember and follow all the policies they made for the people of Zi Empire, so the Zi Empire can become better along times.

The arrival of Yu w.a.n.g to attend the morning court this morning made the ministers gathered, feels surprised inside their hearts because Yu w.a.n.g supposed to be still in the period of his marriage holiday given by the Emperor. Although the ministers felt somewhat confused by the presence of Yu w.a.n.g in the morning court, they still walk up to this handsome and attractive young man to greet.

When the young head eunuch informed him of the emperor's arrival, he glanced at the ministers' side and was somewhat surprised to see the figure of Yu w.a.n.g there. Even though he looked surprised but since he had long been a palace eunuch, the head eunuch's face quickly went cold without expression as usual.

Shortly after the head eunuch's voice was heard, a das.h.i.+ng figure dressed in golden Emperor's clothes was seen sitting on the emperor's throne. A young man in his mid-twenties who sat on the throne looked handsome and dignified. Although only a few years this young man became Emperor, the existing ministers looked amazed and also obeyed him.

This young emperor was one of the children of the previous Empress and was a genius in government so that when he ascended the throne, this man quickly controlled the government and also cleared all of his political opponents brilliantly. His intelligence in controlling the situation quickly attracted admiration from the ministers and also many influential families in Zi Empire so that he could easily control the throne.

The young emperor; Yu Fengyan sat on a throne made of green jade which could adjust to the temperature. This young man always has a smiling face that makes many people feel close to him and lowers their vigilance. Not many people know that this man who looks like an immortal thinks and acts like an old fox. Only his close people know his smiling face mostly a facade, a deep one.

Today the young emperor who used to control himself looked surprised to find Yu w.a.n.g who was supposed to be on a long holiday in the morning court. His usually warm smile looked stiff looking at his little brother who looked sour. Quickly averting his eyes, Yu Fengyan sighed softly, he knew that his little brother would look for him after the morning court finish to vent his anger on him.

His younger brother would not care about their differences in status now when he complained to him later and Yu Fengyan would also let his impudence because he was not interested in suppressing Yu Fengyao as emperor. Morning court that morning went smoothly. Many problems that occurred in Zi Empire were discussed and reviewed by the ministers. The emperor listened to reports from his ministers who worked well to solve the problem and make a clear report. Yu Fengyan only said a few sentences throughout the morning court and occasionally he would glance at Yu w.a.n.g who was not interested in taking part in the morning court. His younger brother only listens to what the ministers review and waits for the morning court to finish.

Approaching lunch, the morning court finally finished. Yu Fengyan glanced at the head eunuch and let him close the morning court. Waking up from the throne, Yu Fengyan glanced at Yu w.a.n.g. Yu Fengyao saw the glance walking along with the emperor's entourage who came out of Yingming Hall to Ruizhi palace; the Emperor's residence.
