Karan has decided that he has to win at any cost. Well not really, as Esha is not going to kiss someone else even if he didn't win anyway but he still should try to win after all she believes that he can win.

He figured that the best strategy to win this compet.i.tion was to talk to as many women as possible. He was confident that it will be very easy to impress them. He didn't want to use [Domain of Roses] unless the situation goes out of hand. He asked Xiuying for some advice.

"Thanks but why did you think so?" Karan asked. He was feeling happy because of the compliment.

"Look around, there are at least one thousand couples here, means you have around five hundred compet.i.tors," Xiuying explained diligently. "And since this university is the best and most famous one, none of them were actually your everyday guys."

Karan gave a thought to her words. And she was right. Most of the guys came here from rich families. Some of them were quite famous on social media while a few of them were even acted in a couple of movies. And the couples were not just made yesterday, a lot of them were in a serious relations.h.i.+p. And the girls were on a similar level so it will take more effort to impress them than a normal girl. And everything has to be done in two hours so he doesn't have enough time to talk with even half of them.

That stuck his head with enlightenment. Guys were treating them as potential votes to win the kiss. Unlike guys, girls had not much motivation to become 'Miss Fresher' and they were just here to enjoy but everything seems ruined. The announcement of Esha had created an interesting dynamic.

"If you are going to treat them like everyone else, you are not going to stand out much," Xiuying commented. "I must say that your girlfriend has an exceptional amount of charisma."

Karan smiled as he was happy that someone praised Esha. He now was on the same wavelength as Xiuying. A conventional strategy will not work. He had to do something creative.

Karan and Xiuying looked around to figure out what they can do. Suddenly Karan noticed the dance floor. There were very few couples dancing there even though it should be filled right now. He thought that it's a good idea to dance there for a while, it will help him to get in the spotlight. He was not very good at dancing but Esha had taught him some steps here and there so it would not be much of a problem.

"Do you know how to dance?" Karan asked Xiuying as he gestured towards the dance floor.

"Yeah. That's a very simple dance, so it's easy." Xiuying replied. She also figured out what Karan had thought.

Karan extended his hand towards Xiuying in a gentlemanly style. She gave a smile and put her hand on his. They walked towards the dance floor in an elegant style. It caught the eyes of some guys and girls. Girls were amused by the couple while guys think that he's an idiot for wasting his time dancing.

"Umm... Well if you want we can dance too." A guy from the group said and raised his hand towards his partner.

"Huh... Now you care about us. Previously you were busy, Nah? Anyway, forget it." The girl put her hand on the guy's and they went towards the dancing floor.

Other guys also took the hint and took their partners to the dancing floor. The girls were now somewhat happy as they got to dance. They can only thank that handsome guy.

All around people saw the ones from the group get to dance floor one by one. They too didn't want to just waste this party and they followed them too.

As the dance floor was not too large, couple after couple took turns to dance. But none of them disturbed Karan and Xiuying. The dead party was now turned into a lively party that all the people were enjoying. Everyone was laughing, dancing and having fun.

Karan and Xiuying left the dance floor after some dancing. They too had a lot of fun and managed to liven up the party. They walked towards a large group to socialize, after all, Karan still need votes. The group was very open and comfortable with them. "Hey, Karan. Seems like you are having fun." Esha commented as she glanced towards Xiuying who just smiled at her.

"You bet I am. Want to dance with me?" Karan responded as he raised his hand.

"My pleasure." She put her hand on his and they walked towards the dance floor. "I was dying to dance with you."

Karan looked back towards Xiuying and winked at her. She understood and went to talk with other people. Lots of girls were curious about her as she came to the party with Karan. She didn't waste this opportunity to gather votes for him while he danced with Esha.

Karan and Esha reached the dance floor and started dancing. Previously music was slow and romantic type whereas it was now s.e.xy and more energetic.
