"Huh... " Esha's beautiful eyes opened from being unconscious as someone threw some water on her face.

She tried to remember what happened previously. When she was pulled by vines she used her fires to burn those. But she fell from a small cliff, right inside a pond. She tried using phoenix fire to heal the injuries she had acquired before but because she was in the water it failed.

She encouraged herself and swim to the ground. Then phoenix fire did their job but she fell unconscious soon after.

"Who are you?" She quickly stood up and asked the person who was a woman.

"I'm Choi Jina" The stunning woman replied.

She was a graceful beauty who seemed like from Korean-descent. Her body was slim and in perfect shape. She had a handful of b.r.e.a.s.t.s and really tight thicc a.s.s. Her face was also as gorgeous as her figure. Her hairs were black and short.

Jina was wearing shorts and a top that will allow her to move freely. She had two knives tied to her slim waist via a belt.

Esha couldn't find any malice in her words and expression.

"Very well, I am not going to stop searching. If you want to tag along then come." Esha agreed to her. "We will... kill anyone who comes in the way."

"YES." Jina cheered. "Thank you- by the way, what's your name?"

"Esha." Esha started walking as Jina followed her closely.

"And who are you searching for?" Jina asked curiously.

"Karan. We lost each other at the start of the test." Esha told as her eyes twinkled.

"Is he your boyfriend?" Jina grinned and slightly hit her with her shoulders.

"Yeah." Esha blushed. "He's amazing, you will like him too."

"I can't wait for that." Jina was a pretty cheerful girl.

While they walked then encountered several low-level beasts. Esha and Jina had no difficulty in dealing with those. Esha's fought by shooting fireb.a.l.l.s and beams of fire at the enemy. Meanwhile, Jina was very good at getting behind the beasts and attacking them with her knives.

While Esha didn't care, Jina collected spirit cores of the beasts inside her bag. They continued walking. Esha wanted to climb the cliff but it was not possible so they went along with it.

-EVENING-

"Shhh..." Jina indicated Esha to stop using her hand.

Esha walked slowly and looked where Jina was looking.

Two guys were sitting there near a fireplace. One had a spear while the other had a sword. They were carelessly chatting with each other.

"Let's take some other route. These guys are looking dangerous." Jina suggested.

"No, I want this test to finish as soon as possible." Esha countered.

"Tch... ok. You go from the front, once their attention is towards you I'll attack them from behind and finish them off.

Esha nodded in agreement.

Jina climbed the tree near her and went to the tree near the two guys while Esha waited for a while.

Once Jina gave Esha the sign to act she came out of the hiding and revealed herself to the guys. The guys instantly stood up and grabbed their weapons.

"Someone came to die on their own." One of the guys said while the other guy smiled creepily.

Esha summoned fires in her hand making both the guys cautious about her. When Jina noticed that their full attention is on Esha she jumped from the tree.

*SLASH*

Jina immediately cut one guy's neck from behind. The guy was still alive but gravely injured and fell on the ground. Jina jumped on the other guy to attack.

*CLANG*

But the guy quickly blocked her attack with her sword and pushed her back. Guy's cultivation stage was higher than Jina's so he overpowered her.

All of those happened in just a few seconds.

Seeing Jina being pushed back Esha threw a fireball towards the man giving him no time to dodge it.

*BAM*

"Ahh....." The guy started burning.

After some time his screams stopped and he fell on the ground.

Esha was slightly scared and feeling bad.

"Sor-" Before Esha can finish Jina placed her hand on her shoulder.

"There's nothing to feel sorry about," Jina said. "Get used to it."

"I know." Esha felt a little bit better.

"Now kill this one," Jina said.

"Huh?" Esha looked at the man who couldn't even speak and was crawling helplessly on the ground.

"If I were not with you, will you leave everyone alive? You don't understand that if you don't kill them you are just killing yourself and your boyfriend," Jina said seriously.

"But-" Esha tried to reason.

"No but, do it or we are not going anywhere till he died." Jina offered her knife to Esha.

Esha took the knife in her hand and hesitantly moved towards the dying guy. She looked at the guy's face which was drowning in tears. But she placed the tip of her knife over her chest and closed her eyes, not wanting to look at her actions.

Jina smiled.

Esha killed him. Her first kill was unintentional and she can convince herself that it was a mistake but this one was all her actions.

Unexpectedly she felt like some burden has been lifted from her shoulders. She had broken through the shackles of her morals. She can support Karan without anything holding her back.

It was an exquisite feeling.
